November 20, 2017 – Update from Denis – The Triumph of the Immaculate Heart!

(c)Mateo Ivankovic 2017   November 20, 2017 Dear Family of Mary TV! Dear Cheryl, thank you for your email asking for clarification about a sentence I quoted from Marija’s October 24, 2017 talk in St. Stephens Cathedral in Vienna: Dear Mary TV, You have a posted interview with Marija on your webpage which claims to translate that Marija said this is the year of the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart.  Have you confirmed with Marija that is indeed what she said or did the translator make an error?  The translator hesitated a few times during that line.  I worry this is going to start a false fire storm! Just because a priest translated it, it still needs to be confirmed before something like this is spread. False information could hurt Our Lady’s Plans and souls. Respectfully, please confirm! Cheryl That “firestorm” is well underway. Yes, false information is being spread, detrimental to Our Lady’s plans and to souls! “Satan is strong and wants to sweep away my plans of peace and joy and make you think that my Son is not strong in His decisions.”   I am grateful to have received a more exact English translation of Marija’s words: “I believe that with this year, as she said, begins the Triumph of her Immaculate Heart.” I’m sure Marija meant exactly what she said. In her testimony she was making reference to what Our Lady had told us all in her August 25, 1991 message: “Dear Children! Today also I invite you to prayer, now as never before when my plan has begun to be realized. Satan is strong and wants to sweep away my plans of peace and joy and make you think that my Son is not strong in His decisions. Therefore, I call all of you, dear children, to pray and fast still more firmly. I invite you to self-renunciation for nine days so that, with your help, everything that I desire to realize through the secrets I began in Fatima, may be fulfilled. I call you, dear children, to now grasp the importance of my coming and the seriousness of the situation. I want to save all souls and present them to God. Therefore, let us pray that everything I have begun be fully realized. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady alluded to the “false firestorm” you mention in her very next message: “Dear children! Today in a special way I invite you all to prayer and renunciation. For now, as never before Satan wants to show the world his shameful face by which he wants to seduce as many people as possible onto the way of death and sin. Therefore, dear children, help my Immaculate Heart to triumph in the sinful world. I beseech all of you to offer prayers and sacrifices for my intentions so I can present them to God for what is most necessary. Forget your desires, dear children, and pray for what God desires, and not for what you desire. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (September 25, 1991). Satan is trying to seduce Our Lady’s children, as he is the whole world, with his shameful face. He’s terrified. He has no time left. He’s lost. And as he did when thrown out of heaven, he’s sweeping with his tail: “Dear children, my real, living presence among you should make you happy because this is the great love of my Son. He is sending me among you so that, with a motherly love, I may grant you safety…” (July 2, 2016). I don’t think we can be too hopeful, too excited about what Marija told us in Vienna: “I believe that with this year, as she said, begins the Triumph of her Immaculate Heart.” All one has to do is look at the messages Our Lady has been giving to us over the past few years. Anyone finding Marija’s words too optimistic, too hopeful, has not been paying attention to Our Lady’s messages. Our Lady’s most consistent characteristic is joy: “Dear children! With great joy, today I am carrying my Son Jesus to you, for Him to give you His peace. Open your hearts, little children, and be joyful that you can receive it. Heaven is with you and is fighting for peace in your hearts, in the families and in the world; and you, little children, help with your prayers for it to be so. I bless you with my Son Jesus and call you not to lose hope; and for your gaze and heart to always be directed towards Heaven and eternity. In this way, you will be open to God and to His plans. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (December 25, 2016). (Note P.S. below) Satan is working overtime to get our attention and gaze off of heaven and eternity – to close us to God’s plans. This is the “false fire storm” we need to be warned about. “Dear Children, listen to me! I speak for your salvation!” (March 18, 2016). “Again, little children, I call you not to be deaf but to comprehend my call which is salvation for you!” September 25, 2003). “You are a part of me!” (July 2, 2014).   Pay attention, as Marija is, to Our Lady’s messages! Our Lady is calling us to go on the offensive with her – to stand by her side as she exorcises Satan from the earth! “I believe that with this year, as she said, begins the Triumph of her Immaculate Heart.” Amen,  Marija! God bless you! Denis Nolan MaryTV.tv   PS. November 14, 2017 – Update from Denis – Yes, Marija did say that!

Marija speaks in St. Stephen’s Cathedral on October 24, 2017 Dear Mary TV Family! Mary Kemper recently sent me this email: “Hi! Not to get too excited about this, but I had time to listen to Marija’s testimony from Oct. 24th and at the 1:27 (one hour and 27 minute marker) the translator said something to the effect that Marija said that she believed this year the triumph of the Immaculate Heart will happen.  I probably didn’t hear that correctly, but I am wondering what you think?  I have followed along with these apparitions from at least 1988 to some extent and am about the same age as the visionaries.  Wow after all this time and when it seems like endless gloom then to think that the triumph will happen this year…………………………………………….  Please listen and tell me what you think.   No doubt that I am probably reading way more into the remark than what was intended.  But shouldn’t that remark be highlighted or commented on or should we let it pass so as not to give people false hope.   I would love to hear what your remarks are about that.   Thank you so much for your vital broadcasts. thanks, Mary Kemper” Thank you, Mary, for raising this question.  Marija actually did say that! You can hear her comment at the 1:27 in this video:  (Evening of Prayer 2017) https://marytv.tv/?page_id=2620 . Our English translator’s words were confirmed by friends fluent in Italian, English and Croatian sitting close to Marija in St. Stephens Cathedral on October 24th. I don’t think you can get too excited about it. More than a quarter of a century ago Our Lady told us through her message to Marija: “My plan has begun to be realized!” She concluded that August 25, 1991 message (referred to by Marija in her talk in Vienna) “Let us pray that everything I have begun be fully realized!”* No wonder four years earlier Satan had offered to give back to God the rest of the world in exchange for Medjugorje!!! He’s terrified. Twenty years ago Our Lady told us: “THIS TIME IS MY TIME!” You better believe I think Marija meant to tell us exactly that, though she didn’t say that Our Lady told her that, and I don’t think she necessarily meant by December 31, 2017 With heaven fighting for us how can it not happen? “Dear children! Thank you for having responded to my call.” (December 25, 2016 message) Mary TV – by keeping our families and homes connected to Medjugorje – is helping us keep our gaze and heart directed towards heaven and eternity. I want to thank Rob, Colleen, Nancy, Bill, Pat and all of you who are helping Mary TV by your prayers and donations to make it possible for Mary TV to continue…. especially now that Our Lady tells us: “Be ready! This is a turning point!” God bless you! Denis Nolan “Dear Children! Today also I invite you to prayer, now as never before when my plan has begun to be realized. Stephens Cathedral in Vienna).

July 22, 2017

The Sun in Medjugorje shining on the Mary TV Building (see PPS below) July 22, 2017 “My children, be ready! This is a turning point!” (June 2, 2017) Dear Family of Mary TV: I want to thank you, our intercessors – our donors. Working together we’re going to be ready! Mary TV is at a turning point. Our technical team in the States is heading to Medjugorje to join Mary TV’s team on the ground upgrading technology and studio equipment. We’ll have new and stronger wireless capabilities; new High Definition point of view (POV) cameras on Apparition Hill and Cross Mountain, and a new High Definition POV camera at another important place of prayer in Medjugorje. Our Lady’s children can be present and pray at any one of these holy places – 24/7 – from anywhere in the world! For the next two weeks, please keep Tom and Matt Matasso, Josip, Kiki and Mario Zubac in your prayers. (I can’t wait for you to see some exciting new developments during the youth festival)! We’re installing new microwave Wi-Fi point to point equipment, new cubes for live broadcasting and new streaming computers… And thanks to your donations we’ve been able to purchase state of the art software for our internet TV channel from an Italian company that provides equipment and software to numerous professional TV and radio facilities, including CTV, the Vatican TV facility. Returning from Medjugorje at the beginning of August, Tom will stop in Bologna, Italy, to attend an operations and engineering class offered by that company in order to fine tune our new Internet TV channel software system.   Already our internet TV channel has begun broadcasting HD quality! We’re also able to set up a duplicate back up streaming computer in Colorado, so that if our main streaming computer for the Internet TV channel loses connection, we can switch immediately to the streaming computer in Colorado with no downtime…. We’re getting ready!!!! And this is where you come in, the most important part of Mary TV’s team. We need your intercessory prayer now more than ever. Tom just told me today: “Our technology is being attacked. It’s very unusual to have so many problems happening all at once – they just keep coming on and on – problems we’ve never had before. It’s very clear it’s a spiritual attack!” These two weeks (July 22 through August 6) are critical to Mary TV, and our ability to be ready for the “Turning Point” that Our Lady announced on June 2, 2017.  Our task is to use communications technologies to connect Medjugorje to the world and the world to Medjugorje.  The enemy stands directly against this project.  Now is the time for all Mary TV’s shipmates to enter into spiritual warfare.  Pray, pray, pray for the team, for their travel, their safety – that our new equipment arrives safely – that nothing will interfere with Our Lady’s plans.  Have Masses said for the success of their work. And pray for the connections Our Lady desires to take place in Medjugorje. These next two weeks are spiritual warfare time!  Just before being called to the Papacy, St. John Paul ll told the world: “We are now standing in the face of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has gone through…We are now facing the final confrontation between the Church and the anti-church, of the Gospel verses the anti-Gospel.” Five years later Our Lady started coming to Medjugorje, prompting St. John Paul ll to declare:“Medjugorje is the spiritual center of the world!” (February 24, 1990). Our Lady’s coming to Medjugorje changes everything! She’s routing Satan. “You are not alone; I am with you through the grace which the Most High gives me for you and your descendants.” She’s here for the duration. “My real living presence among you should make you happy because this is the great love of my Son. He is sending me among you so that, with a motherly love, I may grant you safety.” Before he died St. John Paul ll made his final and last appeal to the Church: “Do not be afraid of new technologies.” He said that using them “is the responsibility of each and every one!” Only with you – the most important part of Mary TV’s team – will we succeed in our mission to bring Medjugorje – by way of new communication technologies – to the whole world! PRAY, PRAY, PRAY! Denis Nolan PS. If you would like to help Mary TV in this mission financially, here is a link to our donation page, where you can donate online using your credit card or send us a check! How you can help Mary TV PPS.  This is the explanation of the picture of the sun shining on the Mary TV Building: MARY TV was LIVE STREAMING Ivan’s May 24, 2013 apparition on the top of Mt. Podbrdo in Medjugorje.  My wife, Cathy, was praying in front of her computer in the US, connected through the Internet, welcoming Our Lady along with everyone gathered on the mountain.  She couldn’t see anything on the screen because it was late at night and Ivan had said “No lights.”  She found herself asking Our Lady for a sign – a little light – as a sign that MARY TV was on the right track and really serving her.  Just after the apparition, when she went to give an account on Facebook, MARY TV’s page opened with this picture, captioned: “Mary Appears Over Building in Medjugorje Photo Taken by Pilgrim”  Our Lady is standing directly over Mary TV’s studios, right where we have two POV cameras that are streaming Apparition Hill and Cross Mountain 24/7  ! MISSION STATEMENT: MARY TV is a lay apostolate founded to put at the Gospa’s service (Our Lady’s service) modern communication technologies to bring her presence in Medjugorje – and her school in Medjugorje – to the world. “Medjugorje is the spiritual center of the world.”  Saint John Paul II Be connected! www.marytv.tv

June 24, 2017 36th Anniversary of Our Lady’s apparitions! Dear Family of Mary TV, Join us in thanking Our Lady on her anniversary: Dear Blessed Mother! Thank you for coming to us for 36 years! You make us so happy! Thank you for being with us and staying with us. We can not live without you. Help us now to truly open our hearts to your presence, and to your love. You can change us if we let you. We accept! Please make our hearts like yours, so that we can love your Son with complete surrender. You are our Mom! Yesterday, thanks to your generosity, I was able to send two large suitcases to Medjugorje containing new technology for Mary TV’s team!  God willing, by the time of the Youth Festival, Mary TV will have some very exciting new features in place! We’re streaming LIVE the Mass tonight, and then the parish’s Adoration from 10:00pm to 11:00pm (Medj time).  And Live streaming tomorrow’s International Mass celebrating the 36th Anniversary of Our Lady’s apparitions in Medjugorje. Yesterday I noticed lights all over Mt. Podbrdo at 4:00pm (EDT)…..and then realized it was the apparition taking place at Our Lady’s statue (10:00 pm Medjugorje time)…. Cardinal Schoenborn (main author of the “Catechism of the Catholic Church”) assured me that taking part in an apparition via the internet, is the same as being right there with Our Lady where she is appearing. If you are praying, welcoming her, you are blessed by her the same as the people right next to her during her apparition, and even the religious items you have by your computer for her to bless are blessed the same as the religious items placed right in front of her where she is appearing…. Our 24/7 POV camera on the statue of Our Lady on Mt. Podbrdo (where apparitions still take place) is one mile away.  Take a look:    https://marytv.tv/?page_id=309  A new camera with a lens that would bring us right up close is expensive….  $25,000. But considering the whole world then would be able to join the apparition….welcoming Our Lady and receiving her blessing, it’s worth it! It’s worth the price of a good used car to give this gift to the Gospa!  (And that is where the permanent sign will be, the sign Our Lady has said is for the whole world to see.) https://marytv.tv/?page_id=1468 If God has blessed you with the financial means to do so – consider giving this gift to the Gospa for her 36th Anniversary! Thank you and God bless you! Denis Nolan PS. Don’t miss this Monday night’s Fruit of Medjugorje at: https://marytv.tv/?page_id=167 . In episode #271 a diocesan exorcist gives a powerful testimony of the importance of Medjugorje. During his first pilgrimage as a newly ordained priest 29 years ago, he had his first encounter with spiritual warfare. . June 1, 2017

June 1, 2017 Dear Apostles for Our Lady, Eighteen years ago during an apparition in Medjugorje Our Lady spoke with Vicka about Mary TV. Afterwards Vicka, who continues seeing Our Lady every day, wrote: “Our Lady says that the plan is good – but you need to wait a little. Now you can get prepared little by little, until Our Lady tells when the right moment is. You don’t need to hurry (make haste), but to be patient.” Slowly Our Lady started bringing together – in America and Medjugorje – an amazing technical team. And then nine years ago she asked me to begin praying the rosary over the internet. Today my wife and I pray daily with her children on six continents, consecrating the internet to Our Lady of Medjugorje. Mary TV’s Medjugorje internet TV channel broadcasts 24/7. (Note the countries where Our Lady’s children are praying with Medjugorje through Mary TV: https://marytv.tv/?cat=5.) On February 24, 1990, Pope John Paul ll said, “Medjugorje is the spiritual center of the world!” What would cause the pope to make such an incredible statement? Fourteen years beforehand he had said: “We are now standing in the face of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has gone through. I do not think that wide circles of the American society or wide circles of the Christian community realize this fully. We are now facing the final confrontation between the Church and the anti-Church, of the Gospel versus the anti-Gospel. This confrontation lies within the plans of Divine Providence.” He recognized the hand of Providence – Our Lady having decended among us. “Dear children, my real, living presence among you should make you happy because this is the great love of my Son. He is sending me among you so that, with a motherly love, I may grant you safety,” (July 2, 2016). The Pope’s envoy to Medjugorje concluded his April 5, 2017, Press Conference (streamed Live from Medjugorje by Mary TV) urging everyone to bring the light of Medjugorje “to the world that is sinking into darkness.” Archbishop Henryk Hoser said he had come to Medjugorje in the name of the Pope to encourage and fortify those spreading the presence of Our Lady, the Queen of Peace, to the world: “That call that is so intense here is so important for the whole world…You, my dear friends, should be the carriers of the joyful news. Say to the whole world that in Medjugorje we can find the light again!” If you aren’t already doing so, ask Our Lady if she’d like you to start sending a monthly donation to Mary TV (see “Spring Fundraiser” above). Only together can we continue giving this gift to Our Lady – modern means of communication technologies helping her children throughout the world to stay can stay connected to her presence in Medjugorje: “My Son promised me that evil will never win, because you, the souls of the just, are here!” (Nov. 2, 2014). Thank you and God bless you! Denis Nolan

Mateo Ivankovic 2017 April 24, 2017 Dear Family of Mary TV! Thank you for your response to our Spring Fundraiser! Cathy and I – our whole team and MaryTV’s family – want to thank you, our donors. You make it possible for us to respond to an urgent appeal from the Holy Father’s Envoy to Medjugorje – an appeal coming straight from the heart of the Church: “You should be carriers of joyful news: you can say to the whole world that in Medjugorje there is a light… To invoke the Queen of Peace, the Mother of God, is important.  It is this aspect of Medjugorje which is utterly important.  That call that is so intense here is so important for the whole world…. It is God’s initiative.  Therefore, I would like to encourage and fortify all of you on behalf of the Pope, as his emissary.”Archbishop Henryk Hoser, Papal Envoy to Medjugorje, April, 2017 We still need monthly donors!! Please ask Our Lady if she’d like you to become one. We are also thankful for the many one time donations we have received so far in the campaign. It’s you, our donors, who are making it possible for Our Lady’s children throughout the world to stay connected to Medjugorje. From January 1, 2016, to December 23, 2016, hundreds of thousands stayed connected to the Queen of Peace in Medjugorje through Mary TV’s daily programming and Live streaming – hundreds of thousands of her children from these countries! * (see below) If you would like to make a donation on line, follow this link to connect to our fundraising page, and check out our progress! https://marytv.tv/?page_id=1468   We feel so strongly that the world needs Our Lady. She told us: “My real living presence among you should make you happy because this is the great love of my Son. He is sending me among you so that with a motherly love I may grant you safety!” She is staying with us for the duration!  Last month she told us: “You are not alone. I am with you through the grace which the Most High gives me for you and your descendants.”   And she’s looking towards the future. So is MaryTV. Your donation could make it possible for us to finish our TV station in Medjugorje!!!! Being with her in Medjugorje couldn’t be more important: “My Son promised me that evil will never win, because you, the souls of the just, are here!” You can become a donor on the web page at https://marytv.tv/?page_id=1468 Thank you and God bless you! Archbishop Hoser giving his homily on April 1, 2017 – St. James Church WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5TH PRESS CONFERENCE BY PAPAL ENVOY IN MEDJUGORJE STREAMED LIVE BY MARY TV! 4pm Medj time (10am EDT) On April 1, 2017, the Papal Envoy to Medjugorje, Archbishop Henryk Hoser said during his homily in St. James church in Medjugorje: “We need a heavenly intervention.  And the presence of the Blessed Mother is one of these interventions. It is God’s initiative.  Therefore, I would like to encourage and fortify all of you on behalf of the Pope, as his emissary!” See: https://marytv.tv/?cat=5 It is probably only a coincidence that on that same day, April 1, 2017, the Holy Father moved responsibility for Catholic shrines from the Congregation for the Clergy to the Congregation for the Promotion of the New Evangelization, stating that shrines, as sacred places, are especially suitable for conversion and the strengthening of faith. The tasks of the congregation, he said, will include the establishment of new and national and international shrines. Tell family and friends – spread to everyone in your email address book – that MaryTV.tv will live stream the Papal Envoy’s press conference from Medjugorje this Wednesday, April 5, 2017 (4pm Medjugorje time, 10am EDT in the US) …. And let’s pay close attention to the message Our Lady gave us this past weekend: “Dear children!  Apostles of my love, it is up to you to spread the love of my Son to all those who have not come to know it; you, the little lights of the world, whom I am teaching with motherly love to shine clearly with full brilliance. Prayer will help you, because prayer saves you, prayer saves the world…Pray with feeling for your shepherds so that they can witness my Son with love. Thank you.”(April 2, 2017) God bless you, Denis MISSION STATEMENT: MARY TV is a lay apostolate founded to put at the Gospa’s service (Our Lady’s service) modern communication technologies to bring her presence in Medjugorje – and her school in Medjugorje – to the world. “Medjugorje is the spiritual center of the world.”  Saint John Paul II Be connected! www.marytv.tv

Archbishop Hoser giving his homily on April 1, 2017 – St. James Church Dear Mary TV Family, “We need a heavenly intervention.  And the presence of the Blessed Mother is one of these interventions. It is God’s initiative.  Therefore, I would like to encourage and fortify all of you on behalf of the Pope, as his emissary.”   Archbishop Henryk Hoser, Pope Francis’ Envoy to Medjugorje April 1, 2017 Homily in Medjugorje Here is the transcript of Archbishop Hoser’s homily: (Onsite translation to English by the Parish)   Dear Brothers and Sister! I will speak in French. Excuse me, I haven’t yet learned the beautiful Croatian language. We have gathered around the altar on the 5th week of Lent. There are two more weeks dividing us from Easter. In one week it is already Palm Sunday. And in two weeks we are going to celebrate at the end of Holy Week the greatest Christian feast day, the Feast of the Resurrection. The Word of God that we have heard today, speaks of resurrection. And shows us three perspectives of resurrection, three views. The first one is historic. We know that Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Son of Man lived on this planet in the Holy Land of Palestine. We also know that it was announced by prophets that He was going to be born. Just like the Prophet Ezekiel who we heard today. He brings the words of God who is telling us “I am going to open your graves, and I will lift you up, and he repeats, I will raise you up from your graves. That is a prophecy. He already sees the arrival of the Messiah. We know that Jesus died and rose from the dead. That is the foundation of our faith. Without that foundations of resurrection, our faith would be empty. The second point of view is liturgical. It is the path of Lent. During 40 days we are going to pray and we continue to pray. We fasted and we shall continue to fast. We have become more generous towards other and we will continue to do more in the future. The spirituality of Lent is very well known here. You know it very well. Therefore, the Liturgical path that is preparing us to reach the third perspective, is the perspective of our life. A life of each one of us. We live for resurrection. We march toward resurrection. We shall go through death in order to resurrect. The final goal of our earthly life is resurrection. During this path we are to resurrect. Already on a way on that final perspective our conversion is part of resurrection. Jesus says and repeats about the death of the body, but He also speaks of the death of soul. The death of the soul is far more serious, a far greater threat, because in that case we might die for the whole of eternity. Therefore, each time when we could continue to convert ourselves, we are turning ourselves towards God who is the truth, who is life, who is the path. He is the source of eternal life. It is directing us towards love, because God is love. It’s love that makes us alive. It is merciful love that brings us inner peace and the joy of life. But there are two conditions. The first is faith. Jesus, before performing miracles demanded faith, faith in Him that He could do it. “Lord, I believe in You! I truly believe!” And that faith opens our heart for conversion, and opens our heart through the Sacramental Confession that is mercy itself. Our hearts are opened up through confession, they are purified, and opened up to the Holy Spirit and they are filled by it by the Holy Trinity. Christ confirms to us in the Book of Revelations, He says that He is standing at the door of our heart, knocking on it. And if the Most Holy Trinity dwells in us we become the temple of God. I would like to return to the historic perspective of resurrection. In the days ahead of us we are going to read in the gospel, we are going to see that Jesus’ enemies are throwing their nets around Jesus, threatening Jesus more every day. He knows it, He is aware of it, He knows that which the disciples don’t know. There is someone who follows Him on that path of suffering, that Passion. It is the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is always near. She suffers with Him. She feels her helplessness. Saint John Paul II said it was her faith. Often we call Blessed Mother, “Our Lady of Sorrows’. Throughout her life she suffered so much pain. And her suffering grows together with Jesus’ Passion all the way to the foot of His Cross, on the Way of the Cross. At the 4th station, we meditate Jesus carrying His cross and encountering His mother. And the gospel tells us that she was the witness of His horrifying death on the Cross. In her own arms she received the massacred body of her Son. The Christian tradition says that before Mary of Magdalene, Mary, the Mother of Christ, encountered the risen Christ. In the perspective of the life of each one of us, the perspective of resurrection, of course the Blessed Mother is there as well. She accompanies us, she follows us, she participates in our suffering and our pain. If we live in the perspective of God, she is helping us to be saved. She is helping us on our path of conversion. And we have to experience that spiritual presence of hers. We call her especially here, the Queen of Peace. In the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary, there are some twelve titles in which we call her Queen. And Queen of Peace is last. Mary is Queen. When we contemplate the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary, we speak of her as Queen of Heaven and Earth. We meditate upon her Assumption as well as her Crowning as Queen of Heaven and Earth. She participates in all the characteristics of the Kingship of her Son, the one who is the Creator of Heaven and Earth. His Kingdom is universal. She is everywhere and we are allowed to praise her and revere her everywhere. We thank her for her constant presence in the life of each one of us, she is by each one of us always present. Queen of Peace, it is the fruit of conversion. She brings peace into our hearts and thus we become peaceful people, peaceful with our families, with our environment, our governments, our societies. Peace in the world is threatened. Pope Francis, Holy Father, says that the Third World War is partially already here. And the most terrible are the civil wars, those that take place among people who live in the same country. Dear brothers and sisters, I lived for 21 years in Rwanda. Africa. In 1982 Our Lady was appearing there. And she predicted the genocide in Rwanda, 10 years before it actually happened. When she gave that message, no one understood it. In this genocide, in three months, one million people were slaughtered. The apparitions of Blessed Mother in Rwanda were already recognized. She introduced herself as the Mother of the Eternal Word. Also in the perspective of the lack of peace, therefore that call that is so intense here, is so important for the whole world!! We pray for peace, because destructive forces are tremendous throughout the world. It is tragic that families, societies, marriages, countries, are in conflict. We need a heavenly intervention. And the presence of the Blessed Mother is one of these interventions. It is God’s initiative. Therefore, I would like to encourage and fortify all of you on behalf of the Pope, as his emissary. (translator weeps and thanks Jesus and applause in church) Spread throughout the world, peace, through the conversion of hearts. The greatest miracle of Medjugorje are the confessions here. The Sacrament of Reconciliation and Mercy, forgiveness. It is the Sacrament of Resurrection. And I want to thank all the priests who come here to hear confessions of the faithful. I have seen today over 60 priests available for confession, serving the people of God. I have spent many years in Western Countries, France, Belgium…and I would say that Confession, individual confession, practically has disappeared in the Western world with the exception of here and there. Therefore, the heart of man is closed. The world is becoming dry. Evil is strengthening. Conflicts are multiplied. Therefore, let us all be the apostles of the Good News, Conversion and Peace in the world. As I have learned here, I have heard these words: Non-believers are those who have not yet experienced the love of God. When love and mercy of God touches you, you cannot resist it. Therefore, we are going to participate together with those who save lives, we are witnesses of those who are saving lives. As the Franciscans said, there are pilgrims coming from at least 80 different countries throughout the world. This calling has been spread to the ends of the world, just as Jesus said to the Apostles, sending them to the ends of the world. You are witnesses of the love of Christ, and the love of His Mother, and love of the Church. May God fortify you in faith and bless you! (Standing ovation!) March 24, 2017

March 24, 2017 “Faithful Await Vatican Verdict on Medjugorje: Cardinal Francis Arinze, whose new book about Marian veneration will be released this month, tells the Register ‘it’s not so simple’ for Rome to rule on the matter.” It’s puzzling that the March 14, 2017 National Catholic Register article (headline above) didn’t cite anyone who was well-informed on Medjugorje.  The principal sources for the story were veteran anti-Medjugorje partisans Donel Foley and Bishop Ratko Peric (see: https://marytv.tv/?cat=5 ).  Perhaps things are “not so simple” because articles like this amplify and propagate the confusion they themselves create. In an older variation of their assault on the apparition, Foley and Peric wield as their weapon early transcripts of conversations with the visionaries. These transcripts are “the key to understanding Medjugorje,” Foley believes, as they “reveal the serious problems with accepting the visions as genuinely supernatural,” an aspect he highlighted in his book.  Foley hopes that more people will pay attention to them, and he would like the Vatican to publish “an agreed and authentic” multilingual version of the transcripts to help the ordinary faithful “better understand the phenomena of Medjugorje.” [expander_maker more=”Read more” less=”Read less”] What Foley does not mention, although he is well aware of it, is that the version of the transcripts he cites was produced at the beginning of the phenomenon by two local Communist Party members operating under orders to end the apparitions. The two members were the nephew and niece of Fr. Ivo Sivric, a Croatian priest who moved to the USA a long time ago.  When his relatives fell into disgrace for their efforts, Fr. Sivric sought to sabotage Medjugorje by publishing doctored versions of the transcript in English.  Foley, E. Michael Jones and others then built their whole case against Medjugorje around these transcripts. The whole affair calls to mind the famous “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” produced by anti-Semites but publicized as having been written by Jews – and then used to justify attacks on the Jews. Anyone can write transcripts – and if it came from a declared enemy why should I trust them if I can’t listen to the actual tapes? All this “he said-she said” kind of argument may have left the debate in the same situation as that reported by the Register if not for one major recent headline not mentioned in the story or by Foley, Peric, et al.  Authentic transcripts of the actual tape-recorded conversations were recently published as Medjugorje: The First Daysby Fr. James Mulligan.  The book has “a full, un-redacted transcript of 22 tape recorded interviews and on-the-spot commentaries with the visionaries.” A comparison between these transcripts and the snarky Sivric version not only exposes the deceit of the latter but also testifies to the transparency and innocence of the visionaries in the first days of the apparition! They support the authenticity of the apparition rather than the other way around as Foley-Peric would have us believe. In an additional attempt to cast aspersions on these events, the article draws attention to what it thinks reveals Pope Francis’ negative opinion of Medjugorje: Some believe he appeared to allude to the apparitions when, in a talk to 140 superiors general of male religious orders and congregations last November he said the real Madonna is not “at the head of a post office,” every day sending “a different letter that says, “my children, do this, and then the next day do that.” It’s more likely the pope was referring to the apparitions in San Nicolas, Argentina, with which he is very familiar, and not Medjugorje.   After returning from Rome last week, Bishop Hugo Santiago, of San Nicolás, declared the on-going messages being given by Our Lady there could no longer be disseminated (March 18, 2017, “Crux”). In sharp contrast the pope is sending his personal envoy to Medjugorje next week to oversee the pastoral care of pilgrims who are coming from all over the world.  And the Papal envoy hasn’t concealed his joy! (“Archbishop Henryk Hoser to Aleteia: We should not be worried about Medjugorje!” Aleteia, March 15, 2017, (Read Article) The Register’s article notes: For Cardinal Arinze, the pastoral effects of Medjugorje are “the most important thing.  If the effects are good,” he said, “we rejoice.” Important for Cardinal Francis Arinze are the positive effects Medjugorje has had on the faithful who visit. “One point that is not doubted is that people who go there actually repent.  They actually go to confession, go to Mass — that is, they become better Christians…. So it is a shrine.” On October 10, 2007 Cardinal Arinze thanked me for my book, “Medjugorje and the Church”.  “May God bless you for the great diligence put into producing this well-documented work which I shall read with great interest.”  For 25 years, readers of Catholic print media in the US have been bombarded with dishonest reporting on Medjugorje.  I suggest their readers take a look at my book (which carries a Nihil Obstat) to consider the other side.  (Medjugorje and the Church, Queenship Publishing) Denis Nolan MISSION STATEMENT: MARY TV is a lay apostolate founded to put at the Gospa’s service (Our Lady’s service) modern communication technologies to bring her presence in Medjugorje – and her school in Medjugorje – to the world. “Medjugorje is the spiritual center of the world.”  Saint John Paul II Be connected! www.marytv.tv

March 9, 2017

March 9, 2017 The following may help those confused by a recent article written by the Bishop of Mostar-Duvno and posted on his Diocesan website on February 26, 2017, trying to bring an end to events taking place in his diocese – while at the same time the Pope is sending his envoy into his diocese to care for those events! As the bishop of Warsaw-Prague (Poland) prepares to go to Medjugorje as the Pope’s special envoy, the Catholic media is spreading on-going attacks by the Bishop of Mostar against the authenticity of Our Lady’s apparitions there, even though the Secretary for the Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith had clarified in an official directive dated May 26, 1998 (Pr. No. 54/81-06419) that Bishop Peric’s negative opinion “should be considered as the personal conviction of the Bishop of Mostar which he has the right to express as Ordinary of the place, but which is and remains his personal opinion.” For 19 years the Catholic media has ignored this directive. When “Our Sunday Visitor” published this clarification from the CDF in its January/February 2000, issue of “The Catholic Answer”, the phrase “but which is and remains his personal opinion,” was deleted. The Catholic answer it was not. On October 9, 1998, five months after that announcement from the CDF, the Bishop of Mostar, Mons. Ratko Peric, went on record stating before witnesses that he had never met or spoken to any of the visionaries and that he didn’t believe in any apparition of Our Lady, specifically naming Fatima and Lourdes.  “I believe what I am required to believe – that is the dogma of the immaculate Conception which was issued four years before Bernadette’s alleged apparitions,” (witnessed in a sworn statement attested to by Fr. John Chisholm and Major General (ret.) Liam Prendergast; the bishop’s remarks were also published in the February 1, 2001, European newspaper, “The Universe”). Though the Catholic media in America would spread widely Bishop Peric’s June 15, 2006 demand for obedience and an end to the events of Medjugorje it gave little notice to the July 15, 2006 rebuke he received from Cardinal Pulic, the President of his Bishops’ Conference, (“Medjugorje and the Church”, Queenship, p. 183, 184). Bishop Peric’s predecessor, Bishop Pavao Zanic, had a similar attitude towards Medjugorje as shown in the published interview with Gabriel Meyer (“National Catholic Register”, April 1, 1990): “What do you as bishop want to have happen in Medjugorje?  What could the Franciscans and the parishioners there do to work with you?”  Zanic leaned back in his chair: “Simple.  I want Medjugorje destroyed,” (“Medjugorje and the Church” Queenship, 2007, p. 183). On July 25, 1987, Bishop Zanic, with miter and crosier from the altar of St. James church in Medjugorje, condemned all those who purported that the Blessed Virgin Mary was appearing in Medjugorje “to the lowest place in hell.” (“He expected to see the parishioners revolt, but they silently listened to him with respect, in spite of the deep hurt they felt in their hearts,” (Fr. Rene Laurentin, “Seven Years of Apparitions” the Riehle Foundation, p, 7, 8). Bishop Zanic had told Fr. Milan Mikulich, a native of Croatia and editor of “Orthodoxy of Catholic Doctrine” – one of the first priests to visit Medjugorje from America after the report of apparitions in June, 1981 – that if the Vatican didn’t accept his condemnation of the apparitions, “There will be a war in the Church!” Fr. Mikulich responded, “Bishop, I think you are fighting against Our Lady and not against the seers or the Franciscans in Medjugorje.” He replied: “If I lose there will be a war.” (Fr. Mikulich’s testimony was presented at the 1991 Medjugorje Conference at Notre Dame.) His successor, Bishop Peric, continues this same war. For example, when the Franciscan parish in Capljina was to be turned over to diocesan clergy, the bishop was advised to take several weeks, changing the priests gradually in order to make the change easier for parishioners. Instead, he removed all the Franciscans and staffed the parish with his diocesan clergy on the same day fanning the flames of an already tense situation. As he had been warned beforehand would happen, the parishioners revolted giving the example of disorder in his diocese that he wanted and has referred to ever since, (“Medjugorje and the Church, 2007, Queenship, p, 187). An article in the January 6, 1991 issue of “Slobodna Dalmacija” quoting Archbishop Frane Franic, the President of the Doctrinal Commission of the Yugoslav Bishops Conference (BYC), was not spread in the English speaking world. Archbishop Franic reported on a November 27, 28, 1990 meeting of the BYC gathered in Zagreb in special session, preliminary to the Zadar meeting of April 10, 1991: “The bishops used this ambiguous sentence because they did not want to humiliate Bishop Pavao Zanic of Mostar who constantly claimed that Our Lady did not appear to the seers. When the Yugoslav Bishops discussed the Medjugorje issue, they told Bishop Zanic that the Church was not giving a final decision on Medjugorje and consequently his opposition was without any foundation. Hearing this, Bishop Zanic began to cry and to shout, and the rest of the bishops then quit any further discussion.” The result was dissemination of Bishop Zanic’s press release that he sent to the Italian Catholic News Service presenting his own version of that meeting: “Yugoslav Bishops Say Medjugorje Not Supernatural.” On March 29, 2010, seven years before reporting that the Pope was sending a special envoy to Medjugorje, Rome Reports aired an initiative of Pope Benedict XVl: “Vatican Considering the Creation of a New Diocese for Medjugorje,” stating, “The project was proposed in September 2009, but it was not carried out due to the lack of support from the bishop of the area, Ratko Peric.” On September 6, 2008, I received a letter from the Assessor to the Holy See, Monsignor Gabriele Caccia, thanking me for having sent the Holy Father the DVD “Medjugorje and the Mission of Mary TV”: “I am writing at the direction of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVl to acknowledge the receipt of your letter and gift.”  I had also thanked him for writing the introduction to Cardinal Bertone’s book, “The Last Secret of Fatima” expressing my gratitude that the Cardinal had included a chapter on Medjugorje.   “I am pleased to assure you of His Holiness’s gratitude.”  On August 13, 2008, the longtime secretary to Pope St. John Paul II, Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz, wrote to me: “I received your letter from July 25, 2008 with two DVD’s containing the programs of Medjugorje.  In fact, the Servant of God was very interested in Medjugorje, and sent Card. Joseph Ratzinger to know the theological position.” On March 25, 1984 Pope John Paul II said, “Medjugorje is the fulfillment and continuation of Fatima!” (‘Medjugorje and the Church”, Queenship, p. ix), and on February 24, 1990: “Medjugorje is the spiritual center of the world!”  (“Why He Is a Saint: The Life and Faith of Pope John Paul ll and the Case for Canonization”, Msgr. Slawomir Oder, postulator for his Cause of Canonization; Rizzoli, 2010, p.168). On December 8, 1992, Pope John Paul II wrote to his friend Marek Skwarnicki in Poland in his own hand: “I thank Sofia for everything concerning Medjugorje.  I too go there every day as a pilgrim in my prayers.  I unite in my prayers with all those who pray there or receive a call for prayer from there.  Today we have understood this call better.  I rejoice that our time is not lacking people of prayer and apostles!” (“John Paul ll: I send you Greetings and Bless You – The Pope’s Private Letters”, Swiat Ksiazki-Bertelsman Media Sp. Z.o.o., Warszwa, Poland, 2000 / and “Medjugorje and the Church”, Queenship, p. 153). On April 6, 1995 Pope John Paul ll stated publicly: “I want to go to Medjugorje,” (Slobodna Dalmacija, April 8, 1995, p.3).  Several months before the Holy Father’s June 22, 2003, trip to Banja Luka in Bosnia, Zenit made public a report from the Holy See that he also wished to visit Mostar. Though the government had extended an invitation, local media reported the Bishop of Mostar’s response that it would be a mistake for the Pope to come into his diocese (as he told the media every time the Pope traveled to Croatia or Bosnia). And so the Holy Father had to content himself on that trip – his last to the country – with only visiting Banja Luka, the Serbian capital of Bosnia. Previously he had visited the Muslim capital, Sarajevo, twice. He was never able to visit Mostar, the Catholic capital of Bosnia. Bishop Ratko Peric, the Ordinary of the diocese that incorporates St. James Parish in Medjugorje, would not sanction Pope John Paul ll coming into his diocese. The Blessed Mother is calling to us through her messages to pray for the shepherds, not to judge them.  She will triumph alongside them she tells us.   “Again I am warning you, pray for those whom my Son called, whose hands he blessed and whom He gave as a gift to you.  Pray, pray, pray for your shepherds.  Thank you,” (April 2, 2013).  “My apostles, pray for your Church, love and do works of love.  No matter how betrayed or wounded, it is here because it comes from the Heavenly Father.  Pray for your shepherds so that in them you may see the greatness of the love of my Son.  Thank you,” (June 2, 2016).
