August 6, 2018 Update from Denis

Emily and Molly – receiving the Rosary and Staff! August 6, 2018 The Exaltation of the Cross Dear shipmates, courageously sailing with Our Lady out into the deep upon the digital sea! SUCCESS!   Mary TV aired the youth festival LIVE to 130 countries! There were over 5 million requests on Mary TV’s website/server alone! The festival concluded this morning with Mary TV Live streaming the festival’s 5:00am Mass from the top of Cross Mountain. The whole youth festival – so beautiful, filled with such worship and joy – can be watched at https://marytv.tv/youth-festival-2018/ The light is getting out! Your prayers, our team’s hard work, your donations – it was all of us coming together that gave this gift to Our Lady for her birthday! There were many gifts given to Our Lady this past week. For instance, Mary TV was able to procure cameras and technical equipment for the parish, and send the equipment to Medjugorje with two beautiful young women who were traveling to the festival. You can see Emily and Molly (in the photo above) representing the USA on the final night of the Festival, being commissioned to carry back home the light and truth they had received in Medjugorje. (They are being blessed by the Papal Nuncio and given the staff and a rosary for their journey.) They brought gifts and returned with gifts!! It’s thanks to your prayers and donations that we’re able to reach such large numbers of people all over the world- all being able to log on Live to Mary TV at the same time. We now have servers all over the world. All of these technical advances increase our costs. Keep the donations coming. As Archbishop Henryk Hoser, the Papal Visitor now residing in Medjugorje at the direction of the Holy Father, told parishioners and pilgrims on July 25th, the Feast of St. James: “We have a great responsibility towards the whole world, because truly Medjugorje has become a place of prayer and conversion for the whole world. Accordingly, the Holy Father is concerned and sends me here to help the Franciscan priests to organize and to acknowledge this place as a source of grace for the whole world.” And the Archbishop concluded his homily yesterday at the youth festival: “Jesus is the one safe Teacher. Do not be late to enroll in His school. In the same school, you will find one other safe Teacher – Mary, the Mother of God, Mary, the Educator and the Queen of Peace! One such school is worth more than the finest world universities!   With the doors of the Church opening so widely to the graces of Medjugorje the responsibilities of Our Lady’s Apostles increase! A Message from Our Lady through Ivan

(c) Anthony Zubac/Mary TV August 7, 2018 St. Sixtus II and companions, St. Cajetan Dear Family of Mary! Forgive me for not following my regular schedule for reflections over the past week. The Youth Festival eclipsed everything for that time. (We also had a family wedding which was a joy to celebrate!) What a festival of grace it has been!!! We will be discovering the blessings for weeks to come. Today I want to share with you the message Our Lady gave through Ivan during his prayer group’s meeting at the statue on Apparition Hill. Here is what Ivan shared after the apparition: Also to you, I would like to bring closer what was the most important from this meeting. Also, today, Our Lady came to us very joyful and happy and at the beginning, She greeted all of us with Her motherly greeting, “Praised be Jesus, my dear children.” Then, for a while, Our Lady, with Her arms extended, prayed over all of us here. Especially She prayed over you who are sick present here. Then Our Lady said: “Dear children, also today, I desire to call you in a special way to forgiveness. Forgive, dear children, and like this, open the way to the Holy Spirit to your heart. I pray, dear children, for all of you, and intercede for you before my Son. Pray together with me for my plans. Thank you, dear children, for also today having responded to my call.” Then Our Lady blessed all of us with Her motherly blessing, and blessed everything you brought to be blessed. I recommended all of you, your needs, your intentions, your families and especially I recommended all of you, the sick, who are present. After that, Our Lady continued to pray for a while, and She left in that prayer, in an illuminated Sign of the Cross, with a farewell, “Go in peace my dear children.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
