(c)Mary TV 2017 August 30, 2019 Dear Family of Mary! “…Little children, witness with the Rosary in hand that you are mine and decide for holiness…” (August 25, 2019) I believe that Our Lady is very serious about this last line of her message. In these days, with the devil roaming around, seeking someone to devour, we need to be associated with Our Lady. She has the promise to defeat Satan. And so, when we have the Rosary in hand, we are declaring to him and all his minions that we belong to her. “Pray and let the rosary always be in your hand as a sign to satan that you belong to me.” (February 25, 1988) But the Rosary is not only a defensive weapon. It is also an offensive weapon. Our Lady told us:  “Dear children! Today I call you especially now to advance against satan by means of prayer. Satan wants to work still more now that you know he is at work. Dear children, put on the armor for battle and with the Rosary in your hand defeat him! Thank you for having responded to my call.” (August 8, 1985) These are the words of a warrior! Our Lady is not afraid of Satan. She is the one who will defeat him in the final confrontation. She has the promise. And if we are hers, we must be ready to do battle with her. I believe that battle is waged with the prayer of the Rosary as our weapon. And what is the purpose of this battle? It is to save souls. With the Rosary we can intercede for souls, people who really need help to convert and choose God. These conversions are always miracles of love. Again, Our Lady told us: “If you can, grasp the Rosary. Even the Rosary alone can do miracles in the world and in your lives!” (1/25/91) With the miraculous power of the Rosary, souls can be saved!! With this in mind, let’s listen to these words of Sr. Lucia of Fatima: Testimony from Sr. Lucia of Fatima to Fr. Fuentes in 1957:   “Father, the Most Holy Virgin did not tell me that we are in the last times of the world, * but She made me understand this for three reasons.  The first reason is because She told me that the devil is in the mood for engaging in a decisive battle against the Virgin.  And a decisive battle is the final battle where one side will be victorious, and the other side will suffer defeat.  Also, from now on we must choose sides.  Either we are for God or we are for the devil.  There is no other possibility.  The second reason is because She said to my cousins as well as to myself that God is giving two last remedies to the world.  These are the Holy Rosary and devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  These are the last two remedies, which signify that there will not be others.  The third reason is because in the plans of Divine Providence God always, before He is about to punish the world, exhausts all other remedies.   “The two means to save the world are prayer and sacrifice.  Look, Father, the Most Holy Virgin, in these last times in which we live, has given a new efficacy to the recitation of the Holy Rosary.  She has given this efficacy to such an extent that there is no problem, no matter how difficult it is, whether temporal or above all, spiritual, in the private life of each one of us, of our families, of the families of the world, of the religious communities or even of the life of peoples and nations, that cannot be resolved through the prayer of the Rosary.  There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that we cannot resolve through the recitation of the Holy Rosary.  Through the Holy Rosary we will save ourselves.  We will sanctify ourselves.  We will console Our Lord and obtain the salvation of many souls.  Finally, devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Our Mother, consists in considering Her as the seat of mercy, of goodness and of pardon and as the sure door through which we are to enter Heaven.”   * “Last times” isn’t necessarily the same as “end of the world” (The Fourth Secrete of Fatima, Antonio Socci, Loreto Publications, 2009, pp. 99 – 102).     “There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that we cannot resolve through the recitation of the Holy Rosary.” A shipmate suggested that we pray a 33-day novena before the Feast of the Holy Rosary on October 7. We will start on September 4!! These 33 days of prayer will be our expression of commitment to Our Lady of Medjugorje through the prayer of the Rosary. We want to help her in these days to defeat the enemy of our souls and bring about the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart!! I consider it doing spiritual warfare for Our Lady’s plans. (c)Mary TV   August 29, 2019The Passion of St. John the Baptist Dear Family of Mary! “…Little children, God will bless your effort a hundredfold; you will be witnesses among peoples, souls of unbelievers will feel the grace of conversion and Heaven will be grateful for your efforts and sacrifices…” (08/25/19) …souls of unbelievers will feel the grace of conversion… Our Lady’s presence in Medjugorje is a catalyst for conversion, a force for conversion stronger than any other place in the world. Her presence helps people to “feel the grace of conversion”!! It is an overwhelming feeling that floods us with joy, love, hope, forgiveness, repentance, faith, and the desire to convert. It is amazing that she is telling us that when we pray, work and witness with love, we will also become catalysts of conversion! The entire world needs conversion, but they don’t feel the need. They don’t feel the joy of conversion! This may be part of God’s plan to save us from our own self-destruction. Conversion of the peoples!! I am immediately reminded of a beautiful testimony that we have in the Fruit of Medjugorje series on Marytv.tv. A beautiful Italian man shares how he was drawn to Medjugorje, seemingly out of the blue, and there experienced Our Lady in such a way that it changed him completely. He was already a believer but had no relationship with Mary. He had a conversion to Mary, who now leads him to God. Here is what happened, in his own words:   “Fruit of Medjugorje” Episode 73, for June 24, 2013. (It is not available at the moment on our website, but we hope to post it again.)     My name is Augusto. I come from Italy. I will try to share my simple experience that changed my life. “Try” because of my English. And second, because certain things you cannot translate…certain things that happen inside you cannot translate into words, at least I can’t.   So, the story starts a few years ago, five years ago…one night, as my wife said, we were looking at a program about Medjugorje. I didn’t know anything about it. Actually, at that time I didn’t have a deep connection with Mary. With Jesus and God, yes, but with Mary it was not so strong. So, seeing this [program on Medjugorje on the TV] I felt immediately, “I have to go. We have to go.” It was stronger than me.   So, we came on an airplane, with a pilgrimage. And the first day was a rainy day, but I decided to go on Podbrdo. And when the rain became stronger everybody left. So, I was there alone. The only two there were Mary and me! And with this rain, I felt like clean…clean…from all my doubts, all my sins. I felt blessed. And from that point on, I could not do anything else. I was just saying “yes.” I had not merit. It was just grace. (His wife said he was crying and crying and crying on Podbrdo.)   Now I have to come. [Just like] every day I have to go to Mass. Some things have changed totally in my life. I am more open to others. And Mary is the Mother now. She guides me. Normally I used to pray and relate deeply with the Boss. Not so much with Mary. And this has changed totally. Now I am praying every day to her, and I know that she is my Mother. And it is a very incredible feeling, this.   It is difficult to express, but it is stronger than me. Also, now, we come to Medjugorje, though not with a pilgrimage group, for five days. But I have to come. It is simply like this. And the whole time is a blessing. And the amazing thing is that every time that I have a stronger connection with her it is when I am on Podbrdo and it is raining! Even today it is like a kind of blessing.   So, I feel that Mary called me because otherwise I would not be here, for sure. And I will always be devoted to her, because she brings me to God. I have understood that this is the channel. Before, I didn’t know this. Or at least I didn’t experience it.   So, to the people who may be listening to this funny English I would just recommend that you pray and recommend that you give it a chance. Give a chance to Mary to take all of you into her arms and bring you to God, because this is the way to do this. Thank you.     Our Lady called Augusto to come to Medjugorje. The call came through a TV program! But it was straight from Our Lady. And he tells us that this call was stronger than he was!! He was drawn to her inextricably. (Augusto’s wife had the same call!) And when Augusto arrived in Medjugorje, he immediately went to Apparition Hill (Podbrdo). It was there that he experienced Our Lady, alone in the rain. It was there that he understood that he was her child, her beloved child, and that she would present him to Jesus. And all that Augusto could say was “yes.” It was all grace!!   I love Augusto’s parting advice: “Give a chance to Mary to take all of you into her arms and bring you to God, because this is the way to do this.” St. Louis de Montfort could not have said it better. Our Lady longs to take us in her arms and bring us to God! We only need to say yes, when she calls! Augusto was overwhelmed with the feeling of conversion – conversion to Our Lady!! And this was God’s plan for him, so that he would have Mary as his Mother and the one to lead him to God. I think this is what Our Lady may mean when she tells us “unbelievers will feel the grace of conversion”.
