A 33 Day Consecration to Our Lady of the Rosary! Day 10
(c)Mary TV/Anthony Zubac 2019 “It becomes natural to bring to this encounter with the sacred humanity of the Redeemer all the problems, anxieties, labors and endeavors which go to make up our lives.” (John Paul II – On the Rosary) September 13, 2019 St. John Chrysostom 33 Day Consecration – Day 10 Dear Family of Mary! 33 Day Prayer of Consecration to Our Lady of the Rosary – Day 10 In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit! Receive our Consecration Prayer, O dearest Mother Mary! When we pray the Rosary, we can encounter the Lord Jesus in His Humanity through which He experienced all the things that we must manage every day. He lived our life and so did His Mother!! They both know all the facets of our daily life. What a gift! The Father wants us to know that we are not alone on our journey to heaven. We are never alone, but have our brother, Jesus, and our Mother, Mary, with us each step of the way. The Rosary shows us this great gift as we pray it daily. Our Mother told us: December 25, 2002“Dear children! This is a time of great graces, but also a time of great trials for all those who desire to follow the way of peace. Because of that, little children, again I call you to pray, pray, pray, not with words but with the heart. Live my messages and be converted. Be conscious of this gift that God has permitted me to be with you, especially today when in my arms I have little Jesus – the King of Peace. I desire to give you peace, and that you carry it in your hearts and give it to others until God’s peace begins to rule the world. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady presents her Son to us, in each mystery of the Rosary, so that we can learn from Him how to handle our lives. The mysteries are there to be the window into Jesus’ life on earth. When we meet the challenges of our day with Jesus and Mary, we meet them with peace. Divine peace! This is the gift of the Rosary. We are given the peace of a life lived with Jesus and Mary: 25…At the same time, it becomes natural to bring to this encounter with the sacred humanity of the Redeemer all the problems, anxieties, labors and endeavors which go to make up our lives. “Cast your burden on the Lord and he will sustain you” (Ps 55:23). To pray the Rosary is to hand over our burdens to the merciful hearts of Christ and his Mother. Twenty-five years later, thinking back over the difficulties which have also been part of my exercise of the Petrine ministry, I feel the need to say once more, as a warm invitation to everyone to experience it personally: the Rosary does indeed “mark the rhythm of human life”, bringing it into harmony with the “rhythm” of God’s own life, in the joyful communion of the Holy Trinity, our life’s destiny and deepest longing. https://w2.vatican.va/content/john-paul-ii/en/apost_letters/2002/documents/hf_jp-ii_apl_20021016_rosarium-virginis-mariae.html May we pray the Rosary in such a way that we stay beside Jesus and Mary all day long. In that way our lives will bring peace to all those around us, and we will have the strength to meet every difficulty with love. Dearest Mother, as we pray your Rosary, you bring to us Baby Jesus, as our peace and strength. You show us Jesus in every stage of life, as our example and guide, that our lives may be peace! Supplication to the Queen of the Holy Rosary: “O Blessed Rosary of Mary, sweet chain which unites us to God, bond of love which unites us to the angels, tower of salvation against the assaults of Hell, safe port in our universal shipwreck, we will never abandon you. You will be our comfort in the hour of death: yours our final kiss as life ebbs away. And the last word from our lips will be your sweet name, O Queen of the Rosary of Pompei, O dearest Mother, O Refuge of Sinners, O Sovereign Consoler of the Afflicted. May you be everywhere blessed, today and always, on earth and in heaven”. (Blessed Bartolo Longo) We commit ourselves to praying the Rosary for your intentions, dearest Mary, our Mother, as You enter this final battle with Satan, for the sake of souls. We will take up the Rosary as an obligation that we will fulfill with great joy! Together we will pray for Your Triumph over Satan, and for the coming of a New Time of Peace which has been given to us through You, Oh Clement, O Loving, O Sweet Virgin Mary!! Amen Glory be to the Father, to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit! As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen Now we pray our Rosary for today! The Sorrowful Mysteries!! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan ©Mary TV 2019
