Receive our Consecration Prayer, O dearest Mother Mary! Today we begin examining a portion of a conversation that Sr. Lucia of Fatima had with Fr. Fuentes in 1957. We will let these profound and prophetic words of Sr. Lucia sink in, so I will present it paragraph by paragraph. A conversation between Sr. Lucia of Fatima and Fr. Fuentes (1957): “Father, the Most Holy Virgin did not tell me that we are in the last times of the world, but She made me understand this for three reasons. The first reason is because She told me that the devil is in the mood for engaging in a decisive battle against the Virgin. And a decisive battle is the final battle where one side will be victorious and the other side will suffer defeat. Also from now on we must choose sides. Either we are for God or we are for the devil. There is no other possibility.” Our Lady told Sr. Lucia that she was in a decisive battle with the Devil. According to Our Lady there would be no neutral parties in this battle. Over the entire world, there would be only 2 choices, God or Satan. Our Lady has come to us in Medjugorje to lead us on the side of God. She has called us repeatedly to be active in defeating satan through prayer. Her plans in Medjugorje are very important in this final battle: January 14, 1985 (Monday) “My dear children! Satan is so strong and with all his might wants to disturb my plans which I have begun with you. You pray, just pray and don’t stop for a minute! I will pray to my Son for the realization of all the plans I have begun. Be patient and constant in your prayers. And don’t let satan discourage you. He is working hard in the world. Be on your guard!” July 12, 1984 “Dear children! These days satan wants to frustrate my plans. Pray that His plan not be realized. I will pray my Son Jesus to give you the grace to experience the victory of Jesus in the temptations of satan. Thank you for having responded to my call.” May we understand the starkness of our choices now. May we choose only God, always God. May we pray constantly for Our Lady’s plans and be part of them. This is the decisive battle. There is no neutral ground. Dearest Mother, help us to choose the good and to stay safely within your plans for the defeat of satan. We are your little army, and we want to support you as you deliver the world of the evil one. Supplication to the Queen of the Holy Rosary: “O Blessed Rosary of Mary, sweet chain which unites us to God, bond of love which unites us to the angels, tower of salvation against the assaults of Hell, safe port in our universal shipwreck, we will never abandon you. You will be our comfort in the hour of death: yours our final kiss as life ebbs away. And the last word from our lips will be your sweet name, O Queen of the Rosary of Pompei, O dearest Mother, O Refuge of Sinners, O Sovereign Consoler of the Afflicted. May you be everywhere blessed, today and always, on earth and in heaven”. (Blessed Bartolo Longo) We commit ourselves to praying the Rosary for your intentions, dearest Mary, our Mother, as You enter this final battle with Satan, for the sake of souls. We will take up the Rosary as an obligation that we will fulfill with great joy! Together we will pray for Your Triumph over Satan, and for the coming of a New Time of Peace which has been given to us through You, Oh Clement, O Loving, O Sweet Virgin Mary!!
