August 19, 2024 Reflection – May prayer become joy for you!

May prayer become joy for you!   August 19, 2024 St. John Eudes Dear Family of Mary! On Saturday, August 17, 2024, Ivan Dragicevic, one of the visionaries in Medjugorje, shared this account of the apparition he had on that day: August 17, 2024: Dear priests, dear friends in Christ, all dear ones united with us today via Zoom in prayer… While I’m trying to make it short because I know here is the Holy Mass beginning very soon, beginning at 7:00 pm, so to make it possible for them to make it on time there. So using my own words I’ll try to describe the most important from this evening’s encounter with Our Lady. Our Lady was very joyful and very happy this evening when she appeared. She greeted us all with the words, “Praised be Jesus my dear children!” And then she looked over all of us, extended her hands and prayed over us. And then Our Lady looked in the direction of St. James Church and prayed over all those who are participating in the evening prayer program. And then Our Lady addressed us all with the following words: “Dear children! Today I thank you again for living and witnessing with your lives my messages. Dear children, today again I wish to tell you, may the prayer become joy for you. May each one if these days become the joyful moment of your life…. Thank you dear children for having responded to my call.” Our Lady. blessed us with her Motherly blessing and she blessed all the religious articles that are brought here. And then I recommended all of you, all of your intentions your needs, your families and all of you who asked me personally to recommend them to Our Lady. And then Our Lady prayed over the priests present here, and then she prayed over the sick present here. And then she left in prayer, in the sign of the light and the cross, with the words, “Go in peace my dear children” I would say this is the most important from this evening’s encounter…. It is beautiful to hear that Our Lady thanked us this evening, she actually said thanks for living the messages and also for carrying these messages to others. And to remind you once again: Our Lady wants us really to rejoice while we are praying, and in this way to be more open to God’s love and God’s graces. Let us pray during this time even more than before! Our Lady encourages us. She really wants to stay strong with us. She knows that the world goes through a serious crisis. And of course we can see that Our Lady is very concerned about the situation in the world. But at the same time she tells us in her message with prayer and fasting you can even stop wars!  I would like to invite you all to join us praying and in this way we can give a response to Our Lady’s call. – Ivan Dragicevic Our Lady’s words are so comforting and joyful! Thank you, dearest Mother! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph, Cathy Nolan (c)Mary TV. TV
