Dear Family of Mary!
Dear children! Apostles of my love, it is up to you to spread the love of my Son to all those who have not come to know it; you, the little lights of the world, whom I am teaching with motherly love to shine clearly with full brilliance…” (April 2, 2017)
Our Lady loves “little lights”. She never picks big lights to be her special apostles. We are called to be her little lights, and it is such a great honor. Our Lady is teaching us, day by day, to shine a little brighter and clearer. Her guidelines are designed to make us glow brilliantly: prayer, fasting, confession, Holy Mass, Adoration, the Bible, the conversion, and love, love, love!
There are many “little lights” in the history of Mother Church that inspire us on our own little ways. Here are a few, arranged like a little litany of little saints who shine so brilliantly!! Enjoy!
A Litany of Little Lights!!
Our Father in Heaven, have mercy on us.
Jesus, our Savior and Lord, have mercy on us.
Holy Spirit, our Paraclete, have mercy on us.
Mary, Mother of Jesus, pray for us.
St. Therese of Lisieux, “I must stay little and become less and less.” Pray for us…
St. Josephine Bakhita, “We must love everyone. We must be compassionate!” Pray for us…
St. Andre Bessette, “I am nothing. Only a tool in the hands of providence; a lowly instrument at the service of St. Joseph” Pray for us…
St. Maria Faustina, “I run like a child to the Heart of Jesus and say only one word to Him: “You can do all things.” Pray for us…
St. Elizabeth of the Trinity, “A soul united to Jesus is a living smile that radiates Him and gives Him.” Pray for us…
St. Bernadette, “The Blessed Virgin used me like a broom, and then put me back in my place.” Pray for us…
Venerable Solanus Casey, “Confidence is the very soul of prayer.” Pray for us…
St. Dismas, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” (Lk 23:42) pray for us…
Blessed Jacinta of Fatima, “Patience! We all must suffer to go to Heaven.” Pray for us…
Blessed Francesco of Fatima, who prayed alone, “to console Jesus for the sins of the world.” Pray for us…
Sr. Lucia of Fatima, “There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that we cannot resolve by the prayer of the Holy Rosary.”…Pray for us!
All you saints of God, pray for us, that we could shine like little lights for Our Lady!! Amen!
In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
