Dear Family of Mary!
The September 25, 2026 Message from Our Lady, Queen of Peace.
“Dear children! May this time be a time of prayer for peace. I am calling you to renew in your families the prayer of the Rosary for my intentions, so that I may be able to multiply your prayers and intercede for you before the Most High, [for Him] to heed your prayers and to give you peace. I am with you and like never before I pray for you and with you, my little children. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
Here is the Gospel for today:
Luke 11:29-32
While still more people gathered in the crowd, Jesus said to them, “This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign, but no sign will be given it, except the sign of Jonah. Just as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites, so will the Son of Man be to this generation. At the judgment the queen of the south will rise with the men of this generation and she will condemn them, because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and there is something greater than Solomon here. At the judgment the men of Nineveh will arise with this generation and condemn it, because at the preaching of Jonah they repented, and there is something greater than Jonah here.”
The Gospel of the Lord.
This Gospel reading has always frightened me! How easy it is to look for signs from God, but in a superficial way. We want to see signs, but we don’t want them to change us. We want them only to confirm our own ideas about God. And so, Jesus warned that no sign would be given to the crowd that had gathered. They were not seeking God, but only their own ideas of God.
Our Lady has spoken about signs in her messages. I find this message through Jakov to be very helpful. She shows us the way to prepare our hearts to receive God’s signs. Let’s prayerfully respond her words:
December 25, 2015 – Jakov
The apparition began at 2:08 pm and lasted 10 minutes.
Afterwards Jakov transmitted the message:
Dear children!
All these years that God permits me to be with you
are a sign of the immeasurable love
which God has for each one of you
and a sign of how much God loves you.
Little children,
how many graces the Most High has given to you
and how many graces he desires to give to you.
But, little children,
your hearts are closed and live in fear,
and do not permit Jesus to have His love
and His peace overcome your hearts
and to begin to reign in your lives.
To live without God means to live in darkness
and never to come to know the Father’s love
and His care for each of you.
Therefore, little children,
today in a special way
pray to Jesus
that as of today your life may experience
a new birth in God
and become a light
which will radiate from within you,
and thus that you may become witnesses
of God’s presence in the world
to every person who lives in darkness.
Little children, I love you and daily intercede before the Most High for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.
May we respond to Our Lady’s call today and allow our hearts to become open to Jesus’ Words for us. Let’s pray for a new birth in God! May we become witnesses of God’s presence in the world to every person who lives in darkness! Our Lady has come to us in Medjugorje for this very purpose!
In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
