Dear Family of Mary!

“…You be a reflection and an example with your lives that faith and hope are still alive, and a new world of peace is possible. I am with you and intercede for you before my Son, Jesus….” (July 25, 2020)

This call to witness with our lives that faith and hope are still alive is never better demonstrated than at the yearly Medjugorje Youth Festival!  Every year from August 1 to 6, thousands of young people from the entire world have gathered in Medjugorje to be with Our Lady, to pray, to sing to Jesus, to worship Him, and to be built up by testimonies and teachings about conversion and the new life!  The Youth Festival has been a beacon of hope for the world for 31 years now. How many young lives have been changed over those 31 years?  Only God knows!!

This year because of the covid pandemic, pilgrims cannot easily travel to Medjugorje.  But the parish has decided to carry on with the Youth Festival, as best they can.  The schedule has been changed.  And many of the testimonies and teachings may be recorded and shared via the internet.  But the Holy Spirit can come in person.  He is not limited by any virus!

The Schedule will look like this:

Saturday, August 1, 2020 –

19:00   Opening of the Festival-  Letter to the Youth – Holy Mass – Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

Sunday, August 2, 2020 –
06:00   Rosary on Apparition Hill at the Statue of Our Lady
17:00   Testimony and reflection
18:00   Evening Rosary
19:00   Holy Mass with Procession of the Statue of Our Lady and Adoration

Monday, August 3, 2020
17:00   Testimony and Reflection
18:00   Evening Rosary
19:00   Holy Mass with Meditation with candles, and Prayer before the Cross

Tuesday, August 4, 2020
17:00   Testimony and Reflection
18:00   Evening Rosary
19:00   Holy Mass and Cenacolo community film

Wednesday, August 5, 2020

Mary TV will stream the entire conference!  The times above are all Medjugorje time.  And we will have an archive of the entire event on our Webpage in the Video Library at the bottom of the list, according to date, this being 2020!

Our Lady said to us:

June 25, 2009 “Dear children! Rejoice with me, convert in joy and give thanks to God for the gift of my presence among you. Pray that, in your hearts, God may be in the center of your life and with your life witness, little children, so that every creature may feel God’s love. Be my extended hands for every creature, so that it may draw closer to the God of love. I bless you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

Indeed, through the Youth Festival in Medjugorje this message is lived to the full!! See you there!!
