6th Day within the Octave of the Nativity of the Lord
Dear Family of Mary!
October 25, 2020 “Dear children, At this time, I am calling you to return to God and to prayer. Invoke the help of all the saints, for them to be an example and a help to you. Satan is strong and is fighting to draw all the more hearts to himself. He wants war and hatred. That is why I am with you for this long, to lead you to the way of salvation, to Him who is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Little children, return to the love for God and He will be your strength and refuge. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
Our Lady called us to “invoke the help of all the saints, for them to be an example and a help to you.” She put this call in the context of the great war that Satan is waging in our world. It is a war that uses hatred as a weapon. Hatred of God and of anyone who is loyal to God. It is cloaked in fancy sounding words that make you think it is for good, but in fact it causes division and pain everywhere.
So we need the help of heaven in these days, as we stand with our Savior and His Mother. The saints are waiting to help us, to defend us, and to strengthen us in this battle. At the turn of the year, many of us choose a saint to be our advocate and help. The saint “chooses” us! We have a pile of saints on little pieces of paper so that we can pray and draw out a saint to help us. Denis and I do it on New Years Day. It is such a comfort to have a saint as our special companion for the year.
In 2021, I was given St. Juan Diego. And he has been fantastic. He has taught me so much about Our Lady. I will hang on to St. Juan, as I receive a new saint for 2022.
I have attached a document to this email which contains a list of saints, with short bios. You can use this list if you wish. You can print it and cut the saints out individually. Or you can scroll down the document and stop at random to find your saint. And since Our Lady told us to invoke the help of all the saints, you could ask a saint to pick you for each day of the year!!! Why not!!!
In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
