Champion General! October 28, 2021 Dear Family of Mary! I am re-posting this reflection because it contains the Litany of Our Lady of Victory! We must pray this litany with gusto these days!! She is our Champion General!!! As Fr. Leon told us: “Who is she that comes forth as the morning rising, Fair as the moon, bright as the sun, Terrible as an army set in battle array?” (Song of Songs 6:10) It is Mary, Mother of Jesus, King of Kings and Lord of Lords! She is: “Yper-machịtikós Stratịgós.” “Super-fighting General.” “Champion Leader.” “Champion General” Remember in some medieval paintings of Our Lady, she is holding a huge bat and she’s beating these demons; she’s whacking the stuffing out of them. This is who she is, Our Champion General. We are at war, and it is a disaster if we don’t realize it. Return to prayer! October 27, 2021 Dear Family of Mary! Here again is the message from Our Lady, Queen of Peace for October 25, 2021: “Dear children! Return to prayer because [he] who prays is not afraid of the future; [he] who prays is open to life and respects the life of others; [he] who prays, little children, feels the freedom of the children of God and in joy of heart serves for the good for his brother-man. Because God is love and freedom, therefore, little children, when they want to put you in bonds and to use you, it is not from God. Because God loves and gives His peace to every creature; and that is why He sent me to you to help you to grow in holiness. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (October 25, 2021) Our Lady began this message with strong advice: Return to prayer! She knows that we wander away from prayer many times during the day. We may start of well, praying morning prayer or the Rosary to begin the day. But as we begin our work or study, prayer often gets shoved into the background. That can be dangerous, because when we are thinking and acting, if we are not steeped in prayer, we may take in the ideas and dispositions of the world around us, some of which are very dangerous for our spiritual life. Ideas like being afraid of the future, or despairing at the state of our countries or our families, and not having hope for the good. God is our future and He is our hope for the good. We won’t survive this world wide attack on the good if we are not steeped in prayer. So, how to return to prayer? For me it means to carry my Rosary constantly, to have a conversation with Jesus as much as possible, to keep holy pictures and Crucifixes near me wherever I am. I find it helps me to have Mary TV playing on my TV all day long. It helps me to return to prayer. We are in the midst of a Jericho novena in which we are trying to “Be Prayer” all day long, supporting Our Lady and St. John Paul II as they circle the city of man, the Jericho of our day, preparing to bring it down. They need us to return to prayer throughout the day, supporting them with our prayers. Thank you to all who have joined this effort. I believe there is going to be a turning of the tide of evil. “Pray, pray, pray!” And Rejoice! October 25, 2021 Dear Family of Mary! Today we await a message from Our Lady, Queen of Peace. We are so blessed to have such a mother with us. In these days especially, with all the darkness and troubles, we are blessed that Our Lady is still with us in Medjugorje, bringing peace from Heaven. We are on Day 3 of our Jericho Novena as well. So our hearts will be filled with prayer as we await the message. Remember, our part in this novena is to pray, pray, pray! Our Joshua, St. John Paul II will lead us as we circle Jericho accompanied by Our Lady, the Ark of the Covenant. The walls of Jericho will come tumbling down! As we pray, let’s remember the message we receive on September 25, 2021: “Dear children! Pray, witness and rejoice with me because the Most High continues to send me to lead you on the way of holiness. Be aware, little children, that life is short, and eternity is waiting for you to give glory to God with your being, with all the saints. Little children, do not worry about earthly things, but long for Heaven. Heaven will be your goal and joy will begin to reign in your heart. I am with you and bless all of you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (September 25, 2021) Certainly, this message is all about joy! It is all about rejoicing and witnessing our faith in God. And it is about prayer. In our joyful love of God, we can pray day and night! We are not to worry about earthly things, even the most daunting. Our goal is Heaven, and our hope is eternity with God! So as we circle the city of man, Jericho, we must do so with joyful anticipation of the future with God in Heaven. That is our reality. That is our goal. And that is our future!! Pray, pray, pray!!     “Pray, pray, pray!” October 22, 2021 St. John Paul II Dear Family of Mary! I am finally back at my desk and able to write to you all! Denis and I miss Medjugorje already. But this is no time for nostalgia. A great battle is engaged between Our Lady and her adversary, the devil. It is a battle that was foretold in Genesis 3:15, when God spoke to the devil these words: “I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.” In these late days, that enmity is at its peak. Our Mother is leading an army against the devil in these days. And it is time that we join her in the fight! As I was praying this morning, I felt led to read Joshua 6. Joshua was leading the people after the death of Moses, and the Lord told him to destroy Jericho. Jericho was blocking the entrance to the Promised Land, and it had to be taken. The Lord told Joshua to gather the people, and with trumpeters leading them, and the Ark of the Covenant with them, they were to circle Jericho once a day for six days. Then on the seventh day they were to circle Jericho six times, with trumpets blaring, and on the seventh trip around the city, the people were to shout and make a huge noise. They did as Joshua told them, and on the seventh trip on the seventh day, the walls of Jericho came crashing down and God’s people took the city. I think that the Lord was showing me that something like this needs to take place now. We are led by Our Lady in these days. She has taught us to pray and believe. St. John Paul II is her most beloved son, and he too taught us to pray and believe. I feel that we should start a novena today, October 22, to and with St. John Paul II and Our Lady of Medjugorje, so that the enemy of our souls would be defeated in a telling battle now. The Novena, if begun today, will end on Halloween. We all know what the devil has done with Halloween. He has turned it into something very evil. But it was not always so. All Hallow’s Eve is the beginning of All Saint’s Day. It is holy. This alone shows what the battle is all about. Good and evil are locked in a battle for souls. Our Lady told us: “Dear children! Today I call you especially now to advance against satan by means of prayer. Satan wants to work still more now that you know he is at work. Dear children, put on the armor for battle and with the Rosary in your hand defeat him! Thank you for having responded to my call.”  (August 8, 1985) So I propose that we start today to pray as much as we can. In fact to pray, pray, pray! The Rosary is the kind of prayer I would say while circling a city. The Divine Mercy Chaplet is also good! We can pray these two prayers as much as possible, so that Our Lady will be supported by our prayer. She has spoken to us about praying constantly: Tuesday, June 26, 1984 “When I say pray, pray, pray, I do not want to say to only increase the number of hours of prayer, but also to reinforce the desire for prayer, and to be in contact with God. Place yourself permanently in a state of spirit bathed in prayer.” August 25, 1989 “Dear children! I call you to prayer. By means of prayer, little children, you obtain joy and peace. Through prayer you are richer in the mercy of God. Therefore, little children, let prayer be the life of each one of you. Especially I call you to pray so that all those who are far away from God may be converted. Then our hearts shall be richer because God will rule in the hearts of all men. Therefore, little children, pray, pray, pray! Let prayers begin to rule in the whole world. Thank you for having responded to my call.” September 25, 1992 “Dear children! Today again I would like to say to you that I am with you also in these troubled days during which satan wishes to destroy all that my Son Jesus and I are building. He desires especially to destroy your souls. He wants to take you away as far as possible from the Christian life and from the commandments that the Church calls you to live. Satan wishes to destroy everything that is holy in you and around you. This is why, little children, pray, pray, pray to be able to grasp all that God is giving you through my coming. Thank you for having responded to my call.” August 25, 1998 “Dear children! Today I invite you to come still closer to me through prayer. Little children, I am your mother, I love you and I desire that each of you be saved and thus be with me in Heaven. That is why, little children, pray, pray, pray until your life becomes prayer… Thank you for having responded to my call.” “Pray, pray, pray!!!!” That is the program for our Novena with Our Lady and St. John Paul II. They will pray with us, and together we will take down the Jericho of our day which is blocking our way into the holy and blessed land of the Father. Thank you, every one of you!!       Cross Mountain October 18, 2021 St. Luke Dear Family of Mary! One more email from Medjugorje!! I am sorry I can only write infrequently but I am trying to spend as much time as possible in prayer, in the presence of Jesus and Mary, while I am here!! Denis and I travel on Wednesday, the 20th. So we are cramming in as much prayer as we can. It is so wonderful! Yesterday I was able to climb Cross Mountain with Mike’s group. It was a beautiful morning, with much sun and a cool breeze. There were not too many groups on the mountain, and so we could take our time and really pray. It was such a blessing. I prayed for all of you, all you shipmates!! Thank you for being with us as we continue to follow Our Lady of Medjugorje, the Queen of Peace. Here are a couple of things Our Lady told us about Cross Mountain: Tuesday, November 3, 1981 The visionaries told us: The Virgin began the song, Come, Come to Us Lord, and we continued it with her. Then she said: “I am often at Krizevac, at the foot of the cross, to pray there. Now I pray to my Son to forgive the world its sins. The world has begun to convert.” She smiled, and then left. August 30, 1984″Dear children! The cross was also in God’s plan when you built it. These days, especially, go on the mountain and pray before the Cross. I need your prayers. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady loves the Cross on Cross Mountain. For her it is a very powerful sign of her Son’s presence in Medjugorje! I feel her close to me up there. She is with us in Medjugorje! We are so blessed to have our Queen with us in such a way. She is with us to save us!   Mary TV’s Studio, from the Daily Rosary set! October 15, 2021 St Teresa of Jesus Dear Family of Mary! Hi, everyone!! I am again just sending a quick hello! The weather in Medjugorje is brisk! The “bura” has come. This is the cold wind that bears down on Medjugorje in the winter. So the Evening Mass is back inside the church, and we pilgrims are wrapped up as best we can as we walk about. Today, Franjo will record another Jesus Rosary, and our pilgrimage group will be present. Franjo has recovered brilliantly from his surgery and is back to work! Thank you so much for your prayers!!! We need him. He is like our Papa in Medjugorje. The picture above shows you what it looks like from our set, which the boys built for us! This is where we pray the Daily Rosary with you! Those cameras a big!! Praise the Lord that we can all pray together from Medjugorje!! Denis and I have been blessed with many joyful meetings with shipmates here. We all rejoice to see one another in this holy place. And we feel immediately we are family because of our united prayer through Mary TV. It is so powerful!! We wish you were all here with us! Our Lady gave us an amazing message about her desire to gather us together here in Medjugorje. I feel her words very powerfully as I pray here: January 2, 2020 “Dear children, I know that I am present in your lives and in your hearts. I feel your love, I hear your prayers and direct them to my Son. But, my children, according to motherly love, I desire to be in the lives of all of my children. I desire to gather all of my children around me, beneath my motherly mantle. This is why I am inviting you and calling you, apostles of my love, to help me. My children, my Son pronounced the words of the ‘Our Father’- Our Father, [you] who are everywhere and in our hearts – because He desires to teach you to pray with words and feelings. He desires for you to always be better, to live merciful love which is prayer and limitless sacrifice for others. My children, give to my Son love for your neighbors, give words of consolation, compassion and acts of justice to your neighbors. Everything that you give to others, apostles of my love, my Son accepts as a gift. I am also with you, because my Son desires for my love, as a ray of light, to bring your souls to life; for me to help you in the search for peace and eternal happiness. Therefore, my children, love one another, be united through my Son, be children of God who all together, with full, open and pure heart, pronounce the ‘Our Father’. And do not be afraid! Thank you.” Isn’t this message so beautiful! Our Lady’s love is with us as a ray of light, to bring our souls to life!!! She will show us the way to peace and eternal happiness. We are so blessed!!
