Peace! October 24, 2025 St. Anthony Mary Claret Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady’s September 25, 2025 Message: “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesial Approval) On this last day of our month of prayer for peace, I want to share with you a Rosary of Peace composed by Fr. Slavko Barbaric! Fr. Slavko gives us 5 mysteries that involve peace in our lives. He helps us to pray for peace in our own hearts, peace in our families, peace in our Church, peace for our own people, and peace for the whole world. I pray that this Rosary of Peace will be a blessing for all of us as we await Our Lady’s message on October 25, 2025. The Rosary of Peace From Pray With the Heart! Medjugorje Manual of Prayer (Fr. Slavko Barbaric) Introductory Prayer Heavenly Father, I believe that you are the good Father of all people. I believe that you sent your son Jesus Christ to the world to conquer evil and sin, and to accomplish peace among all people, for all people are your children and Jesus’ brothers. And once we know this, all destruction and every defilement of peace is all the more pitiable and incomprehensible. Grant that I now and all those who will pray for peace, may pray with a pure heart that you may answer our prayers and give us true peace of heart and soul – peace to our families, peace to our church and to the whole world. Good Father, remove from us all weeds of disturbance and disorder and give us the joyous fruits and of peace and reconciliation with you and with all men. We ask you this with Mary, the Mother of your Son and the Queen of Peace. May it be so. I believe…. THE FIRST MYSTERY: Jesus gives peace to my heart. “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives, do I give it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid.” (John 14:27) Jesus, quiet my heart. Open my heart to your peace. I have had enough unrest and anxiety. Jesus, I have been cheated thoroughly by false hopes, bruised by heavy blows, cut by sharp blades. I have no peace.  I am easily overwhelmed by worries. I am easily affected by fear and mistrust. Too often have I hoped to find peace in this world, but my heart is still restless. Therefore, Jesus, together with St. Augustine I ask you to appease my heart and let it find rest in you. Do not ever let the waves of sin overflow it. Be my rock and my fortress from now on. Come back to me and stay with me, you who are the only fountain of true peace. Thank you for the consoling words recorded by your dearest disciple: “I have told you this that you might have peace in me. In the world you will have trouble, but take courage, I have conquered the world.” (John 16:33) (Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be, O My Jesus…) THE SECOND MYSTERY: Jesus offers peace to my family. “Whatever town or village you enter, look for a worthy person in it, and stay there until you leave. As you enter a house, wish it peace. If the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it; if not, let your peace return to you.” (Matthew 10:11-13) O Jesus, thank you for having thought of our families as well. Thank you for having sent out the apostles to spread their peace in families. Now I ask you heartily to to make my family deserving of your peace. Cleanse us of all sinful thoughts and deeds that your peace may grow and come into bloom within us. May your peace remove all anxieties, all conflicts from our family. Grant that your peace may completely overwhelm us and that You, the Peacemaker may always be the first member of our family.   I also pray to you for neighboring families. Let them too, be, filled with your peace and we shall all be fine. (Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be, O my Jesus…) THE THIRD MYSTERY: Jesus offers peace to the Church and calls her to spread peace. “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old order has passed away; now all is new. All this has been done by God who has reconciled us to himself through Christ and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. We implore you in Christ’s name; be reconciled to God.” (2 Cor. 5:17-19) Jesus, I implore you to give peace to your Church. Reconcile all that is unreconcilable in her. Bless priests, bishops and the Pope that they may live reconciled and perform the ministry of reconciliation. Remove from your Church all unreconciliation. Reconcile all those who are in variance in your Church and who, with their mutual conflicts, scandalize your little ones. Reconcile various religious groups. May your Church, spotless and stainless, be steadily calm, and let her be the promoter of peace. (Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be, O my Jesus…) THE FOURTH MYSTERY: Jesus offers peace to his people.  “As he drew near, he saw the city and wept over it, saying, ‘If this day you only knew what makes for peace – but now it is hidden from your eyes. For the days are coming upon you when your enemies will raise a palisade against you; and they will encircle you and hem you in on all sides. They will smash you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave one stone upon another within you because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.” (Luke 19:41-44) Jesus, you wept over your city and over your people. You offered them peace, but they were deaf and blind and did not either hear or see. Thank you for your love toward your people. Please grant that I may know how to lead my town, my people, my village, and my homeland to the good. I pray to you for every individual member of my homeland, for each of my countrymen, for all those who are in authority. Grant that they may not be blind but that they may learn and recognize what they are to do for the realization of peace. Let there be no more ruin in my people, but let them all become solid spiritual buildings which will shine with peace and joy. Jesus, give peace to my people. Give peace to every nation. Let everyone live in peace and let everyone proclaim peace. (Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be, O my Jesus…) THE FIFTH MYSTERY: Jesus offers peace to the whole world. “Promote the welfare of the city to which I have exiled you; pray for it to the Lord, for upon its welfare depends your own.” (Jeremiah 29:7) Jesus, the dangerous seeds of war and all kinds of conflicts have long since been sown and are now germinating on the earth. And I know quite well that my peace too, as well as the peace of all people, firmly depends on peace in all countries and nations of the world. Therefore I ask you to root out, with your divine power, the ill-fated seed of unrest and sin as the first cause of every disturbance. Let the whole world be open to your peace. All people need you in their life’s unrest, so help them all to find peace, to realize peace. Many nations have lost their character. Many live in fear of others who are stronger and richer. Many of the poor and the persecuted rebel, while many of the rich and the wanton vent their fury over them. Generally, there is no peace, or hardly any. So, Lord, send us your Holy Spirit that He may bring the original divine order into this human disorder of ours. Let the nations be healed of their spiritual wounds so that mutual reconciliation may be possible. Send to all nations the messengers and harbingers of peace so that everyone may realize the deep truth of what you once said through your great prophet: “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings glad tidings, announcing peace, bearing good news, announcing salvation, and saying to Zion, ‘Your God is King.” (Isaiah 52:7) (Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be, O my Jesus…) Closing Prayer O Lord, heavenly Father, give us your peace. We ask this of you together with all your children in whom you have planted the desire for peace and appeasement. We ask this together with all those who, in unspeakable sufferings, are sighing for peace. And after this life, which, for the best part of it after all, we have spent in restlessness, take us into the kingdom of your eternal peace and love. Accept all those who have fallen as victims of war and conflicts. Accept all those who are looking for peace on wrong paths. We ask this through Christ, the Prince of Peace, and through the intercession of our Heavenly Mother, the Queen of Peace. Amen. Mother, we await your words to us tomorrow with great joy and trust. Thank you for being with us throughout these difficult years, always bringing to us your love and your peace. We cling to you, dearest Mother Mary!!   St. John Paul II, Pray with us for Peace! October 22, 2025 Pope St. John Paul II Dear Family of Mary! Once again, may we prayerfully recite Our Lady’s message from September: Our Lady’s September 25, 2025 Message: “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesial Approval) As we continue to pray for peace, let’s listen to another message from Our Lady given to us in 1995. June 25, 1995 “Dear Children! Today I am happy to see you in such great numbers, that you have responded and have come to live my messages. I invite you, little children, to be my joyful carriers of peace in this troubled world. Pray for peace so that as soon as possible a time of peace, which my heart waits impatiently for, may reign. I am near to you, little children, and intercede for every one of you before the Most High. I bless you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady’s heart waits impatiently for peace!! Our hearts can do the same!! And today is the Feast Day of Pope St. John Paul II, who was our Holy Father from October 16, 1978 until April 2, 2005! His pontificat was extraordinary! So many graces, so much incredible catechisis, and so much love! Pope St. John Paul II walked with us all those years, yearning for peace, yearning for truth, and yearning for love to prevail. He taught us so much through his prayerful presence with us each day. I would like to share a prayer for peace that St. John Paul II gave to us. It is a simple and fervent cry to Heaven, asking the Father for peace. Like Our Lady, St. John Paul II’s heart waited impatiently for peace to reighn!!! Prayer for Peace in the World by St. John Paul II Lord Jesus Christ, You are the true King of peace. In You alone is found freedom. Please free our world from conflict. Bring unity to troubled nations. Let Your glorious peace reign in every heart. Dispel all darkness and evil. Protect the dignity of every human life. Replace hatred with Your love. Give wisdom to world leaders. Free them from selfish ambition. Eliminate all violence and war. Glorious Virgin Mary, Saint Michael the Archangel, Every angel and saint: Please pray for peace. Pray for unity amongst nations. Pray for unity amongst all people. Pray for the most vulnerable. Pray for those suffering. Pray for the fearful. Pray for those most in need. Pray for us all. The way to peace leads solely and only through love. October 21, 2025 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady’s September 25, 2025 Message: “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesial Approval) Our Lady comes to us out of love for us. Her sole desire is to love us and to draw us into the joy of loving as well. She knows that all the problems in our world would be solved if love would prevail in our hearts, all of our hearts!! Though it seems impossible, Our Lady is teaching us love, with the hope that it will multiply and grow throughout the world, one person at a time. Jesus is the King of love, and He has shown us the way. Peace is the fruit of love. May we follow Jesus and Our Lady on the way of love that leads to peace! August 2, 2006 “Dear Children! In these peaceless times I am coming to you to show you the way to peace. I love you with an immeasurable love and I desire for you to love each other and to see in everyone my Son, the immeasurable love. The way to peace leads solely and only through love. I have come here as the Queen of Peace! October 20, 2025 St. Paul of the Cross Dear Family of Mary! We have just 5 more days before Our Lady gives us another monthly message! That gives us 5 more days to pray for peace!!! Let’s intensify our prayer for peace this week!! Here is the message which initiated this time of prayer for peace: Our Lady’s September 25, 2025 Message: “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesial Approval) Mother we embrace this time as a time to pray for peace! Thank you for leading us in this prayer!!! Let us akso respond to this message which she gave us in 1990: July 25, 1990   “Dear children! Today I invite you to peace. I have come here as the Queen of Peace and I desire to enrich you with my motherly peace. Dear children, I love you and I desire to bring all of you to the peace which only God gives and which enriches every heart. I invite you to become carriers and witnesses of my peace to this unpeaceful world. Let peace reign in the whole world which is without peace and longs for peace. I bless you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady tells us she has come to Medjugorje as the Queen of Peace! This title is very important. God gave her this title, and it is a symbol of the purpose for her coming! She has come to rescue us from the evil of war and hatred, of division and violence, and of the deep pain of living without faith in God. She has come to restore us to a relationship of love with God, which is the foundation of all peace. But how can we help her? By becoming carriers and witnesses of her peace, the peace of total unity with and love for God! We can tell all those we meet about Our Lady’s presence in Medjugorje, and her love for them!! We can witness the peace that only God can give! And in a powerful way, we can pray for peace, as she has asked!! “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Without peace you cannot experience the birth of the little Jesus… October 17, 2025 St. Ignatius of Antioch Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady’s September 25, 2025 Message: “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesial Approval) Again today we put Our Lady’s call to pray for peace in the first place! Thanks be to God!! Our Lady has called us to pray for peace so many times!! Here is a beautiful message from Christmas Day, 1990. Our Lady called us pray to Jesus to protect us with His mantle so that we could comprehend the “greatness and the importance of peace in your hearts!”. Peace is so very important!!! December 25, 1990  “Dear children! Today I invite you in a special way to pray for peace. Dear children, without peace you cannot experience the birth of the little Jesus neither today nor in your daily lives. Therefore, pray the Lord of Peace that He may protect you with His mantle and that He may help you to comprehend the greatness and the importance of peace in your heart. In this way you shall be able to spread peace from your heart throughout the whole world. I am with you and I intercede for you before God. Pray, because satan wants to destroy my plans of peace. Be reconciled with one another and by means of your lives help peace reign in the whole earth. Thank you for having responded to my call.” We must have peace in our hearts if we are going to be agents of peace in the world. It is not just an idea! Peace is a state of being, in which our souls are united with God, our minds are saturated with God’s word, and our hearts are totally in love with God. We carry that peace in every cell of our being. This is how we can help peace to reign in the whole earth. We can be peace. And we can bring peace to others. As the Queen of Peace, I desire to give peace to you… October 16, 2025 St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady’s September 25, 2025 Message: “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesial Approval) Thank you to all of you who are joining in the time of prayer for peace, as Our Lady has asked! We will not regret it! Here is yet another amazing message from Our Mother, in which she asks us to receive the peace her Son is bringing to us! April 2, 2012 “Dear children, As the Queen of Peace, I desire to give peace to you, my children, true peace which comes through the heart of my Divine Son. As a mother I pray that wisdom, humility and goodness may come to reign in your hearts; that peace may reign; that my Son may reign… When my Son will be the ruler in your hearts, you will be able to help others to come to know Him. When heavenly peace comes to rule over you, those who are seeking it in the wrong places, thus causing pain to my motherly heart, will recognize it. My children, great will be my joy when I see that you are accepting my words and that you desire to follow me. Do not be afraid, you are not alone. Give me your hands and I will lead you. Do not forget your shepherds. Pray that in their thoughts they may always be with my Son who called them to witness Him. Thank you.” When we pray for peace as Our Lady asks, we open up the way to receiving peace for ourselves, and for others. We all need the peace of God. We all need to surrender to Jesus so that He can fill us with peace. This is the way. Peace is a gift. It is precious! Only in God is my soul at rest. October 15, 2025 St. Theresa of Avila Dear Family of Mary! Let’s remember Our Lady’s September 25, 2025 Message: “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesial Approval) I believe that the Lord is hearing our prayer for peace! Our Lady goes before us in that prayer. Let us continue!! But as we pray for peace, lets receive that peace from the Lord. The Pslam prayer (Psalm 62) for Holy Mass today, Wednesday, October 15, 2025, is indeed a reminder of where our peace comes from: Psalm 62: 1-2, 5-6, 8 Only in God is my soul at rest;  from Him comes my salvation. He only is my rock and my salvation,  my stronghold; I shall not be disturbed at all.   Only in God be at rest, my soul,  for from Him comes my hope. He only is my rock and my salvation,  my stronghold; I shall not be disturbed.   Trust in Him at all times, O my people! Pour out your hearts before Him;  God is our refuge! Amen, Amen!! Our Lady reminds us of to seek that peace which God gives in her message from May of 1989: May 25, 1989  “Dear children! I invite you now to be open to God. See, children, how nature is opening herself and is giving life and fruits. In the same way I invite you to live with God and to surrender completely to him. Children, I am with you and I want to introduce you continuously to the joy of life. I desire that everyone may discover the joy and love which can be found only in God and which only God can give. God doesn’t want anything from you only your surrender. Therefore, children, decide seriously for God because everything else passes away. Only God doesn’t pass away. Pray to be able to discover the greatness and joy of life which God gives you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Thank you, dearest Mother, for showing us the way to God. Look…at Jesus Who frees us of all fears. October 14, 2025 St. Callistus I Dear Family of Mary! Let’s remember Our Lady’s September 25, 2025 Message: “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesial Approval) Again today, we can respond to Our Lady’s call on September 25, 2025. She spoke so directly, so simply. But our response requires some introspection and prayer! How can we focus on praying for peace? What does this mean for us? First of all, I think we need to understand the spiritual battle that is going on in our world. We can see things from a purely human perspective, and think that politics and power are the way to achieve peace. But Our Lady sees things in a much deeper way. This is a spiritual battle between God who is good, and Satan who is evil. Here is a message from Our Lady in 1993 : March 25, 1993 “Dear children! Today like never I call you to pray for peace, for peace in your hearts, peace in your families and peace in the whole world, because satan wants war, wants lack of peace, wants to destroy all which is good. Therefore, dear children, pray, pray, pray. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Underneath all the human conflict there is a much more malevalant force at work. Satan is the unseen force, urging and fueling the conflicts. The way to combat him is through our prayer and fasting. We are no match for him, but we can offer our sacrifices and prayers to God. This is how we can help! Jakov Colo received a beautiful yearly message from Our Lady that is helpful: December 25, 2022 “Today, when the light of Jesus’ birth is illuminating the entire world, in a special way, with Jesus in my arms, I am praying that every heart becomes a stable of Bethlehem, in which my Son will be born, so that your lives become a light of His birth. Little children, you live in peacelessness and fear. That is why, little children, today, on this day of grace, implore Jesus to strengthen your faith and to become the ruler of your lives; because, my children, only with Jesus in your lives will you not be looking at peacelessness but praying for peace and will live in peace; and you will not be looking at fear, but at Jesus Who frees us of all fears. I am your Mother who ceaselessly keeps vigil over you and I am blessing you with my Motherly blessing.” Our Lady tells us that in order to become a force for peace, we must go to Jesus and ask Him to fill us with peace, and show us how to pray and not be afraid. We actually need to make our hearts “a stable of Bethlehem, in which Jesus can be born!!” Jesus will then be able to guide us as we pray. He is our peace. And we can be a help in acheiving peace if we stay close to Him in prayer and keep our eyes and hearts gazing upon Him!! “My children, only with Jesus in your lives will you not be looking at peacelessness but praying for peace and will live in peace; and you will not be looking at fear, but at Jesus Who frees us of all fears.” Jesus, we offer our hearts as little stables of Bethlehem! Today I invite you to pray for peace. Come Holy Spirit!!! October 13, 2025 Dear Family of Mary! Let’s remember Our Lady’s September 25, 2025 Message: “Dear Children! May this time for you be a time of prayer for peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesial Approval) As I prayed about the reflection for today, I felt an urgency to continue to respond to this message from Our Lady. Now is no time to flag in our zeal. So I present to you another message from Our Lady in which she called us to pray for peace. Her messages are neither old nor new, they are for now!! Every word brings us strength and purpose! July 25, 1991  “Dear Children! Today I invite you to pray for peace. At this time peace is being threatened in a special way, and I am seeking from you to renew fasting and prayer in your families. Dear children, I desire you to grasp the seriousness of the situation and that much of what will happen depends on your prayers and you are praying a little bit. Dear children, I am with you and I am inviting you to begin to pray and fast seriously as in the first days of my coming. Thank you for having responded to my call.” In 1991, there was a war brewing in the Balkans which was devastating for the people of that reagion. And we see today war clouds that are trying to cover the entire earth. Mother needs our prayers. She needs our fasting. She needs our unity under her mantle of peace.
