March 24, 2020 Reflection – Love needs doing!

(c)Mary TV 2020 March 24, 2020 Dear Family of Mary!   “Dear children! My Son, as God, always looked above time. I, as His mother, through Him, see in time. I see beautiful and sad things. But I see that there is still love, and that it needs doing for it to be known…” (March 18, 2020) Our Lady shares a memory with us. She remembers how Jesus could perceive eternity even when He was on earth, living in time. Jesus, as God, always existed in eternity. Time was something created that He chose to enter when He became man. So, it must have been incredible to be so aware of eternity, so much a part of eternity, when at the same time He was immersed in the created time that we all live in. No wonder we don’t always understand what He says in the Scriptures. He is way beyond us!! Our Lady, on the other hand, knew our time pretty well. It was her reality. That is until her Assumption. Now she can peer into our “time” from eternity and see all that weighs on us so heavily, all that confounds us, all that is beautiful, and all that is not so beautiful. She sees it all. But she sees it with Jesus, through His Heart. And she loves us all so deeply! And so, what is she looking for when she looks at us? Of course, love!! She looks to find love. Love is the pearl of great price, the treasure, the great secret needing to be discovered. How is love discovered? By being done! By doing it! Love is an action word. It is a verb. We do it. We feel it. We need it and we need to give it. Love needs to be done!! Our Lady is waiting for us to uncover our treasures for her. She needs us to love her Son, the Father, the Holy Spirit. She needs us to love our spouses, children, extended family, friends and neighbors, strangers, etc. etc. But for it to be seen it must be done!! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!Cathy Nolan©Mary TV 2020

March 23, 2020 Reflection – Our Lady’s words

The Blue Cross (c)Mary TV 2020 March 23, 2020 Dear Family of Mary! With all that has happened since last Wednesday, I haven’t really had time to pray over the message we received on that day, the 18th of March, through Mirjana. I offer it to you today, to read and pray over now. I don’t want to say anything until I have had time with it. Frankly, I am a bit numb. Now that there are no public masses in Medjugorje, as there are few in the whole world, we are all left a little stunned. And now that we won’t have a message on the 2nd of the month anymore, I feel a bit sad. But I am sure Our Lady saw this coming, and so I want to give her words on the 18th some time to sink in. The Message from March 18, 2020 through Mirjana: Dear children, My Son, as God, always looked above time. I, as His mother, through Him, see in time. I see beautiful and sad things. But I see that there is still love, and that it needs doing for it to be known. My children, you cannot be happy if you do not love each other, if you do not have love in every situation and at every moment of your life. Also, I, as a mother, am coming to you through love-to help you to come to know true love, to come to know my Son. This is why I am calling you, always anew, to thirst all the more for love, faith, and hope. The only spring from which you can drink is trust in God, my Son. My children, in moments of peacelessness and renunciation you just seek the face of my Son. You just live His words and do not be afraid. Pray and love with sincere feelings, with good works; and help so that the world may change and that my heart may win. Like my Son, I am also saying to you: love each other because without love there is no salvation. Thank you, my children. (March 18, 2020)   In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!Cathy Nolan©Mary TV 2020

March 20, 2020 Update from Denis – Working Together

Shot from the new camera!! March 20, 2020 Dear Mary TV Family, Thank you for responding to our Mother’s call: “Little children, be my extended hands and proudly go with God!”  She’s said: “The world is in a moment of trial because it forgot and abandoned God.” In her first message of this year: “I desire to gather all of my children around me, beneath my motherly mantle. This is why I am inviting you and calling you, apostles of my love, to help me.”  Your prayers and financial support are enabling Mary TV to respond.  Just in time! Yesterday, on St. Joseph’s Feast Day, the Franciscan Provincial, Fr. Miljenko Steko, began Medjugorje’s International Mass: “Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ!  According to last night’s statistics, one million and five-hundred thousand IP addresses were logged in to direct live-streaming of the Prayer Program on all continents and in so many languages.  We are in that communion on this Feast of St. Joseph….” Mary TV is grateful to be able to play a role.  On March 18, with state-of-the-art technology, a powerful Content Delivery Network (CDN) and advanced computers, we were able to provide the Parish with a way to Live Stream their video of the Evening Program in Croatian on their Facebook page.  We’ll continue!     The previous Sunday, March 15th, we aired the evening International Mass LIVE on Mary TV’s Facebook page.  Thousands joined through Facebook – 52,000 that Sunday in Italy alone!  We’ll continue!  Today our team helped the parish install a powerful new outside camera (Your donations made it possible for Mary TV to purchase it).  We are committed to continue helping Our Lady’s children stay connected to the Prayer Program of St. James Parish.  This is all falling into place just when parish Masses are no longer being allowed in so many dioceses throughout the world. Our Lady has made it clear she is not leaving.  She’s staying.  It’s Satan who is being routed as prince of the world.  He’s terrified of the future.  She can’t wait for it to come, “a time of peace, which my heart waits impatiently for” to reign.  She’s tells us in her messages, “This time is my time!” And six years ago: “The reason that I am with you, my mission, is to help you for ‘good’ to win, even though this does not seem possible to you now. I know that you do not understand many things as I also did not understand everything, everything that my Son explained to me while He was growing up alongside me – but I believed Him and followed Him. I ask this of you also, to believe me and to follow me!” Don’t forget that on October 24, 2017, right after Our Lady’s apparition, Marija said, “I believe that now, with this year, begins, as Our Lady said, the Triumph of her Immaculate Heart!”   Our Lady needs us by her side.  She’s in battle.   “My Son promised me that evil will never win, because you, the souls of the just, are here; you who strive to say your prayers with the heart; you who offer your pain and suffering to my Son; you who comprehend that life is only a blink; you who yearn for the Kingdom of Heaven. All of this makes you my apostles and leads you towards the victory of my heart!”  We can now be there through the digital sea.  Mary TV’s Medjugorje internet TV channel continues airing 24/7 in HD. Not only are we able to stream to thousands of people all over the world now, but we have expanded coverage of the events in Medjugorje.  Just today our team was able to stream the climb up Krizevac with the Parish, as they prayed the stations of the Cross.  This terrain has been too remote for our cameras to connect with our studio, but now we are able to stream flawlessly from any point on Cross Mountain!!  It is amazing and wonderful! So you see, our work together is bearing fruit.  We are ready to help pilgrims and faithful from all over the world stay connected with Our Mother in Medjugorje!!  THANK YOU!!!  THANK YOU!!   Denis Nolan MaryTV.tv PS.  Please consider how you can help Mary TV continue to server Our Lady of Medjugorje through communications technology!  DONATE

March 20, 2020 Reflection – A Piece of Bread

(c)Mary TV 2020 March 20, 2020 Dear Family of Mary! March 15, 1984 “Tonight also, dear children, I am grateful to you in a special way for being here. Unceasingly adore the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. I am always present when the faithful are adoring. Special graces are then being received.” Last night, at the outside altar of St. James Church in Medjugorje, there was Adoration of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament! It had been a long day, but the Parish persisted, and we had a full hour of adoring Jesus, in the dark! It was incredibly beautiful. I have transcribed the prayers to Jesus, spoken by the young priest who led us in adoring Jesus. They are simple and deep. You may want to pull up the adoration video and pray along again. We need Jesus, in the Living Bread. We need Him very much in these days. Here are the prayers, spoken in three parts during that hour: Adoration of the Blessed SacramentMarch 19, 2020Feast of St. Joseph, Husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary 1.Oh Lord, in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar! We wish tonight to acknowledge you as our Lord and our God. Oh God, to give you praise. To see You, God, who is given to men, just to be with you tonight. Thank you Lord for this opportunity, that tonight we can adore youin the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. Thank you that we can spend time in your vicinity. We would like, Lord, to learn from you tonight, how to be your disciples…Those who would follow you, to become just like you, Lord. To love and to do just like you did, and so to be better, to be changed! In this desire to be changed…very often we forget about you, Lord We want to change ourselves by ourselves, and we forget about you. But for change it is enough to be with you, to be adoring you.Because your nearness changes us. Your presence makes us better. You change us Lord, because you know better what we need. You know us better than we know ourselves. Thank You Lord, for this opportunity that we can be adoring you tonight, that we can acknowledge You as our Lord and our God. 2.Lord Jesus Christ, You said that you would always remain with us. That You would never abandon us.That You would never leave us orphaned. We see that tonight, because also tonight You are with us, Lord. You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar.Tonight You give Yourself to us in a little piece of bread. So simple and yet so great. Yes, Lord, so simple, so little because true and genuine greatness is hidden in simplicity and humility. We see that tonight too. Lord, God of everything, who creates all, is given to us in the little piece of bread. What simplicity. You wanted to remain with us in such a simple way and yet such a big way, in the simplicity of bread. You did not want to remain present in some great thing, but in simple bread which You change with your presence. And so, this bread becomes Your Body. Bread becomes the Bread of Life. Teach us Lord, that tonight we may recognize You as the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. That we may recognize You in that piece of bread that You change with Your presence. May Your presence, Lord, change us tonight. You can make us better.Thank you, Lord, because You are always with us.And You give us the possibility to adore You. 3.Lord Jesus Christ,St. John the Evangelist, in his Gospel, brings us Your words. The word that You give us tonight, to each one of us, You said, “I am the living Bread that has come down from Heaven. If you eat of this Bread, you shall live forever.” Lord Jesus, You are the Bread of Life. You are the Bread of the Living Ones. Those who eat that Bread will have eternal life, Lord. Those who approach You with a sincere and humble heart shall have eternal life.Shall have eternal joy! Those who consume You, Lord, shall never die.Thank you Lord, because we can consume the Bread of Life.Because we can consume You. The Bread that You give us is the proof of immense love. The Immense Love that You have towards us.Teach us, Lord, that we may always be grateful to You for the Sacrament of the Most Holy Eucharist,in which You give Yourself to us, through Your Word, Your Body. You give Yourself to us so that we can consume the Bread of Life. Teach us, Lord, that we may recognize You in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar, in which You give Yourself to us tonight.Teach us, Lord, that we may always long for True Food, True Bread.Make us long for You, Lord, the life.Teach us, that we may always in You, seek for our nourishment, seek for our food. Teach us, that we may always be fed with You, Lord.May this Bread be the pledge for our eternal life, Lord. March 18, 2020 – Annual Apparition to Mirjana Soldo – Message from Our Lady of Medjugorje

March 18, 2020 Yearly Message through Mirjana

(c)Mary TV 2019 March 18, 2020Mirjana’s yearly apparition Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady informed Mirjana today during the apparition that she will no longer appear to her on the 2nd of each month. We are all sad to know this, but we trust in Our Lady’s plans and we can all pray for Mirjana as she adjusts to this new reality. We all have deep gratitude to Mirjana for sharing her apparitions and the messages for all these years. Here is the message she received today, during her Yearly Apparition on March 18, 2020: Dear children,   My Son, as God, always looked above time. March 18, 2020 Reflection – A Novena to St. Joseph! Day 9

St. Joseph, help us serve Our Lady!! (c)Mary TV/Ella Zubac March 18, 2020St. Cyril of Jerusalem, Bishop, Doctor of the ChurchNovena to St. Joseph, Husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Day 9Mirjana’s Yearly Apparition Dear Family of Mary! This is the last day of our Novena to St. Joseph! Today we recognize that Our Lady of Medjugorje needs us! She needs our unity of heart, our prayer support, our intercessory prayer for those who do not yet know her, and our love. She needs us! And so, we are going to ask St. Joseph to help us to respond to her call for help!! Here is her call: September 02, 2012 “Dear children, as my eyes are looking at you, my soul is seeking those souls with whom it desires to be one – the souls who have understood the importance of prayer for those of my children who have not come to know the love of the Heavenly Father. I am calling you because I need you. Accept the mission and do not be afraid, I will strengthen you. I will fill you with my graces. With my love I will protect you from the evil spirit. I will be with you. With my presence I will console you in difficult moments. Thank you for your open hearts. Pray for priests. Pray that the unity between my Son and them may be all the stronger, that they may be one. Thank you.” St. Faustina also had a mission, given to her by Jesus Himself. She was to tell the whole world about His Mercy! And so, she also enlisted the help of St. Joseph. She had total confidence in Him: “Saint Joseph urged me to have a constant devotion to him. He himself told me to recite three prayers [the Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory be] and the Memorare (to St. Joseph) once every day. He looked at me with great kindness and gave me to know how much he is supporting this work [of mercy]. He has promised me this special help and protection. I recite the requested prayers every day and feel his special protection.” (Diary 1203)   St. Faustina had such a wonderful relationship with St. Joseph! He helped her constantly as she accepted her very difficult road. We will need him too. Serving Our Lady in these days is a difficult job. But one that is filled with joy. So, let us pray: Remember, O most chaste spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who implored your help or sought your intercession was left unaided.  Filled with confidence we implore you, O faithful St. Joseph: help us now in our turn not to leave the side of Mary, our Mother, Queen of Peace of Medjugorje, Queen of Divine Mercy. Help us St. Joseph, to be like you, faithful to her in everything. Help us respond to her call. St. Joseph, Foster Father of us all, hear us and answer us. Amen. Thank you, to all of you who have prayed this Novena to St. Joseph with us! It is not a traditional novena. But we need St. Joseph for a very important mission, helping Our Lady of Medjugorje!! Thank you all!! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!Cathy Nolan©Mary TV 2020 PS. Mirjana has her yearly apparition with Our Lady today. It is a very special day! Mary TV will share the message later in the day.  Let’s pray in anticipation for this message. The times are very challenging in the world. The Coronavirus is disrupting our lives in significant ways. We need God’s protection and Our Lady’s guiding hand now. Pray, pray, pray!!!

March 17, 2020 Reflection – A Novena to St. Joseph! Day 8

Mother Mary and St. Joseph, Help our families be holy! (c)Mary TV/Anthony Zubac March 17, 2020St. Patrick, BishopNovena to St. Joseph, Husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Day 8 Dear Family of Mary! Today is Day 8 of our Novena to St. Joseph! Today we ask St. Joseph to help our families to be holy, that we grow together in holiness. This is essential if we are to help Our Lady. She said to us in 1986: July 24, 1986 “Dear children! I rejoice because of all of you who are on the way of holiness and I beseech you, by your own testimony help those who do not know how to live in holiness. Therefore, dear children, let your family be a place where holiness is birthed. Help everyone to live in holiness, but especially your own family. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady needs our holiness, and she longs for us to help our families to grow in holiness. Over the years we have heard many testimonies of pilgrims who came to Medjugorje, with little faith and not much holiness. During their pilgrimage they are given incredible graces for conversion and begin their walk in holiness. But it doesn’t stop there, because when they go home the bring the desire for holiness to their families. Many families have been changed by that initial pilgrim! (Here are a couple of examples: Deacon Tom and Sharon Maedke – Fruit Show 374; Donal Reid – Fruit Show 261; Dr. Susanna Boytha – Fruit Show 251; Traci Veno – Fruit Show 215 go to https://marytv.tv/fruit-of-medjugorje/  ) Our Lady still needs us to convert, grow in holiness and convert our families. It is not over yet. Every circumstance can be an invitation to grow in holiness. I suspect the coronavirus is just such a circumstance. Our Lady needs us to help others to convert as well. Here is a prayer to St. Joseph for our families, that they grow in holiness: Gracious St Joseph, protect my family and all other families from danger, as you did protect the baby Jesus and His mother from the wrath of king Herod. Pray for us, that we respect, love and care for each other in our family as you were with Mary and Jesus. Help us to be understanding and forgiving towards each other. Most of all St Joseph, bring us closer to Jesus. St Joseph, please pray for our family. Amen And here is our prayer for the Mary TV family: Remember, O most chaste spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who implored your help or sought your intercession was left unaided. Amen. March 16, 2020 Reflection – A Novena to St. Joseph! Day 7

Mother Mary and St. Joseph, Protect us!! (c)Mary TV/Anthony Zubac March 16, 2020Novena to St. Joseph, the Husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Day 7 Dear Family of Mary! Today is Day 7 of our Novena to St. Joseph! As we draw near to St. Joseph’s feast day, March 19, it seems clear that we are in a very difficult time. The coronavirus is spreading through the world, and it is effectively stopping us in our tracks. There is no cure for this virus yet. So, we can only wait and see if we can escape it. We are vulnerable, and small before this little virus. But we have mighty advocates with the Lord. Both St. Joseph and Our Blessed Mother Mary are with us to help us. Our Lady is especially close to us in Medjugorje. But St. Joseph is always at her side. And so, we have recourse!! We have help in this difficult hour. Our Lady once said to us: June 2, 2007 “Dear children! Also, in this difficult time God’s love sends me to you. My children do not be afraid, I am with you. With complete trust give me your hearts, that I may help you to recognize the signs of the time in which you live. I will help you to come to know the love of my Son. I will triumph through you. Thank you.” Her words are even more powerful today, than they were in 2007. God’s love has sent her to us!! He knows we need our Mother at just such a time. With our Rosaries we can hold on to her hand, like children, praying with hope and confidence. I just love it when she tells us: “My children, do not be afraid, I am with you.” Children know the comfort of the mother’s presence at night, in the dark. With her, they can be at peace. All is well. In our darkness today, our Mother is with us, what more do we need? “With complete trust give me your hearts, that I may help you to recognize the signs of the time in which you live.” Just so. When a child is in the dark, the mother comes and grasps him by the hand and leads him out of the dark into the light. She shows him where he is and keeps him safe. We have been and are in a very dark moment in history, even before this virus. But Our Mother is leading us to the light, to peace and safety. She will show us the way and interpret the signs for us. “I will help you to come to know the love of my Son, I will triumph through you!” Mother Mary is leading us to Jesus, and when we see Him, it will be the Triumph!! Jesus will come to Crown His Mother as Queen of Heaven and Earth and quell all her enemies. This is where we are headed. St. Joseph is here, at Mary’s side, silently supporting her and interceding for us. Here is what St. Thomas Aquinas had to say about St. Joseph: WORDS OF ST. THOMAS AQUINAS “Some Saints are privileged to extend to us their patronage with particular efficacy in certain needs, but not in others; but our holy patron St. Joseph has the power to assist us in all cases, in every necessity, in every undertaking.” Dear St. Joseph, we believe that you can help us in every situation. Pray for us to finally give Mary our hearts, to trust her, and let her lead us. Pray that we can recognize the signs of the times in which we live and respond to them with holiness and love. Bring us safely into the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary!! Amen The prayer to St. Joseph, for the Mary TV Family: Remember, O most chaste spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who implored your help or sought your intercession was left unaided. Amen.   In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!Cathy Nolan ©Mary TV 2020

March 15, 2020 Reflection – A Novena to St. Joseph! Day 6

Mother Mary and St. Joseph, Protect us!! (c)Mary TV/Anthony Zubac March 15, 2020Novena to St. Joseph, the Husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Day 6 Dear Family of Mary! Today we pray to St. Joseph as our Protector! Truly St. Joseph is the patron of the entire Church and protects Mother Church even as he protected Our Lady. He is a good and powerful father, watching at every turn for danger, and running interference for his children at every threat. We can trust in his vigilant care. Our Lady also watches over us in the same way, and has been sent by the Heavenly Father to protect us, as she told us in this message: March 25, 1990 “Dear children! I am with you even if you are not conscious of it. I want to protect you from everything that satan offers you and through which he wants to destroy you. As I bore Jesus in my womb, so also, dear children, do I wish to bear you into holiness. God wants to save you and sends you messages through men, nature, and so many things which can only help you to understand that you must change the direction of your life. Therefore, little children, understand also the greatness of the gift which God is giving you through me, so that I may protect you with my mantle and lead you to the joy of life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Thank you Mother, for the protection of your Mantle!  Here is a prayer to St. Joseph, asking for his holy protection. Like Mary, he will keep us safe if we ask him: O holy protector of the Holy Family, protect us children of the Lord Jesus Christ; keep far from us the errors and evils which corrupt the world; assist us from Heaven in our struggles against the powers of darkness. And as thou once didst protect the Divine Child from the cruel edict of Herod, now defend the Church and keep it safe from all dangers and threats; spread over all of us thy holy patronage so that by following thine example and aided by thy spiritual guidance, we may all aspire to a virtuous life, look to a holy death and secure for ourselves the blessing of eternal happiness in Heaven. Amen. Thank you St. Joseph from protecting us from the Powers of Darkness! The prayer to St. Joseph, for the Mary TV Family: Remember, O most chaste spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who implored your help or sought your intercession was left unaided. Amen.
