January 2, 2025 Reflection – Take the Saints as an example…

Take the Saints as an example… January 2, 2025 Saints Basil the Great and Gregory Nazianzen Dear Family of Mary! Happy and Blessed New Year!! At the beginning of the New Year, it is a good time to pray and ask for a Saint to choose us as our personal companion for the year! Our Lady has told us: October 25, 1994 “Dear children! I am with you and I rejoice today because the Most High has granted me to be with you and to teach you and to guide you on the path of perfection. Little children, I wish you to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers which I wish to present to God for the day of All Saints. I invite you to open yourselves and to live, taking the saints as an example. Mother Church has chosen them, that they may be an impulse for your daily life. Thank you for having responded to my call!” It is sobering to think that The Most High has sent Our Lady to teach us and guide us on the path of perfection! But it is a consolation that she advises us to take the saints as an example to be an impulse for our daily life! We need help! There is a lovely tradition of choosing a Saint to be our personal companion at the beginning of the New Year. Denis and I have been doing it for a long time. I am including a list of saints below, that you may want to download. You can print it out and cut up the individual saints, and then pray and pull a saint from the pile! Or you may want to just close your eyes and put your finger down upon a page. You can access the Saint’s document by going to our webpage and clicking on the blue drop down box at the top of the home page, which says “2025 Saints List is Available – click here!” Or from the home page select the subpage: Prayer – then click on 2025 Saints List! www.marytv.tv God bless you all! December 31, 2024 Reflection – You are called to live and witness peace!

You are called to live and witness peace!   December 31, 2024 New Year’s Eve Dear Family of Mary! Today is the last day of 2024, New Year’s Eve! This is a day of remembrance and of hope. We look back at this past year and thank God for His graces and blessings. We are grateful for all the good we have received, but also we repent for anything we have done that has jeopardized peace in our families, communities or the world. We pray for healing and peace in the New Year as well. With hope, we look ahead. Thanks be to God, Our Lady is still with us as we enter the New Year. It seems that She has called us consistently to pray for peace, in our own lives, our families and the whole world. She came as Queen of Peace to lift our eyes to God in prayer for peace. She speaks of peace in her messages. Here is one message: September 25, 2002 “Dear children! Also in this peaceless time, I call you to prayer. Little children, pray for peace so that in the world every person would feel love towards peace. Only when the soul finds peace in God, it feels content and love will begin to flow in the world. And in a special way, little children, you are called to live and witness peace – peace in your hearts and families – and, through you, peace will also begin to flow in the world. Thank you for having responded to my call.” We do long for peace to begin to flow in the world!! We want to live and witness peace!! There is a worldwide initiative to pray for peace on New Year’s Eve! Here is the link for that announcement: https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/catholics-are-encouraged-to-join-vigil-for-world-peace-on-new-years-eve/ One excellent way to join this effort to pray for peace is to join the prayer from Medjugorje! St. James Parish in Medjugorje will have Midnight Mass on New Year’s Eve! This is a wonderful opportunity to pray for peace with Our Lady. Here is the announcement: On New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2024, St. James Parish will begin with Adoration and Rosary at 10:30 pm (Medj time) followed by Midnight Mass! Mary TV will stream this time of prayer, live, on our home page at https://marytv.tv/! Join us! Thank you to all of you who are responding to Our Lady’s call, and praying with the parish in Medjugorje, daily, through Mary TV. I believe that our prayer together is a strong prayer for peace! December 30, 2024 Reflection – I write to you, children, because you know the Father.

I write to you, children, because you know the Father.   December 30, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! In the first reading for Holy Mass today, Monday, December 30, 2024, St. John call us to live our lives in the holiness that God teaches us! It is powerful: 1 John 2:12-17: I am writing to you, children, because your sins have been forgiven for his name’s sake. I am writing to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I am writing to you, young men, because you have conquered the Evil One. I write to you, children, because you know the Father. I write to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you are strong and the word of God remains in you, and you have conquered the Evil One. Do not love the world or the things of the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, sensual lust, enticement for the eyes, and a pretentious life, is not from the Father but is from the world. Yet the world and its enticement are passing away. But whoever does the will of God remains forever. Having read these words of St. John, now read the Message from Our Lady through Jakov Colo, given on Christmas Day, 2024! Our Lady and St. John speak together in unison about how we are to live our lives! December 25, 2024 Christmas Message from Our Lady Medjugorje to Jakov Colo Today, on this day of grace, in a special way I am calling you not to live a life striving for earthly goals and not to seek peace and joy in earthly things, because in this way darkness takes over your life and you do not see the meaning of your life. Little children, open the doors of your hearts to Jesus, permit Him to take over your entire life so that you may begin to live in God’s love and mercy. My children,  only with Jesus in your hearts will you come to know the true goal of your life and long for eternal salvation.  I am blessing you with my motherly blessing.  Amen, and Alleluia!!! We will walk in the ways of the Lord, and love His ways forever!! Amen, and thank you dearest Mother!! God bless you, Cathy Nolan Mary TV P.S. I will leave this link on my reflection, because I think it is convenient for all who want to donate! Many have responded to our need for donations! Thank you! We need your support as we enter into 2025. Consider a monthly donation! We are grateful!! https://marytv.tv/donate/

December 25, 2024 Message from Our Lady of Medjugorje

Our Lady’s messages for Christmas Day, 2024   December 25, 2024 Christmas Day Dear Family of Mary! We have two messages today!! A great blessing from Our Lady!! The December 25, 2024 Monthly Message from Our Lady of Medjugorje: “Dear children! Pray, pray, pray that peace may begin to reign in every heart and prevail over every evil and peacelessness. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesiastical approval) Our Lady’s Annual Message through Jakov Colo on December 25, 2024: “Today, on this day of grace, in a special way I am calling you not to live a life striving for earthly goals and not to seek peace and joy in earthly things, because in this way darkness takes over your life and you do not see the meaning of your life. Little children, open the doors of your hearts to Jesus, permit Him to take over your entire life so that you may begin to live in God’s love and mercy. My children, only with Jesus in your hearts will you come to know the true goal of your life and long for eternal salvation. I am blessing you with my motherly blessing.” (With Ecclesiastical approval) Merry Christmas, everyone!!! God bless you, Cathy Nolan Mary TV

December 27, 2024 Reflection – Pray, Pray, Pray!!

Pray, pray, pray!   December 27, 2024 St. John, Apostle and Evangelist Dear Family of Mary! The December 25, 2024 Monthly Message: “Dear children! Pray, pray, pray that peace may begin to reign in every heart and prevail over every evil and peacelessness. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (With Ecclesiastical approval) Our Lady gave us an unusually short message for Christmas! At first I was surprised, but as I prayed about her words, I began to understand her. She is calling us to help her in the spiritual battle she is leading for the world. This must be an important moment! Yes, it is Christmas! Yes, we associate Christmas with the warm, fuzzy feelings of the Newborn. But Jesus’ birth was anything but warm and fuzzy. His entrance into our world of time and space was difficult. Nowhere to be born but a stable far from home, a fierce attack from Herod which drove the little family to flee to Egypt where they hid from Herod’s troops until Herod died. Jesus drew fire from the enemy from the very start. His parents stood firm and protected Him then, especially through prayer. Now Our Lady is asking us to enter the fight, the fight for souls. “Pray, pray, pray that peace may begin to reign in every heart and prevail over every evil and peacelessness.” This is a time to fight for souls. It is a time to increase our prayer, and join in the battle for peace. This is a time to pray that peace will prevail over every evil and peacelessness. In our prayer we must take to the offense, and drive back the enemies of peace and good. We must stand by Jesus, witnessing to Him with our lives. This is a time to take back ground for God and the good! To save souls. In June, 2024, Our Lady led us in a novena of prayer on Apparition Hill. Thousands joined her in that nighttime prayer! Her last word to us on the last day was “Continue!” Since then we have seen miracles. There has been a change in many countries, a movement back to the good! She needed our prayer then and she still needs it today. This message, I believe is a renewed call to “Continue…” Continue to pray, pray, pray! Let Our Lady’s words guide us in these days: “Dear children! Pray, pray, pray that peace may begin to reign in every heart and prevail over every evil and peacelessness. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (12/25/24) God bless you, Cathy Nolan Mary TV P.S. Many have responded to our need for donations! Thank you! We need your support as we enter into 2025. Consider a monthly donation! We are grateful!! https://marytv.tv/donate/

December 24, 2024 Reflection – Pray…and open your hearts!

Pray…and open your hearts! December 24, 2024 Christmas Eve Dear Family of Mary! Today is Christmas Eve! Tonight we will celebrate the birth of our Savior! As Zechariah declared under the influence of the Holy Spirit, “In the tender compassion of our God the dawn from on high shall break upon us, to shine on those who dwell in darkness and the shadow of death, and to guide our feet into the way of peace.” (Luke 1:78-79) Jesus, the is that dawn, that perfect day, that will shine upon us and guide our feet into the way of peace! Each year we await Him anew, needing to revisit the dawn from on high!! Our Lady gave us a message through Ivan last Saturday, which I believe will help us to enter this mystery of Christ’s birth with open hearts.  Our Lady addressed all of us with these words: “Dear children, Surrender yourselves to me so that each one of your hearts and your lives can be prepared to accept the little Jesus. I wish that through these days of grace, each one of your hearts can become like the stable in Bethlehem in which the Savior of the world is born. Therefore, pray throughout these days and open your hearts.  Thank you, dear children, for having responded, again today, to my call.” (12/21/24 message through Ivan) As we enter the Christmas miracle, may our hearts become like the stable in Bethlehem, humble and lowly, simple and down to earth, open and available, so that the Savior of the world may be born in us. Come Lord Jesus! God bless you, Cathy Nolan Mary TV P.S. Today at 7:00 pm Medjugorje time, Mary TV will stream, live, the Cenacolo Christmas Play which will be presented outside St. James Church!! https://marytv.tv/

December 23, 2024 Reflection – Lo, I will send you Elijah, the prophet…

Lo, I will send you Elijah, the prophet…   December 23, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! “Lo, I will send you Elijah, the prophet, before the day of the Lord comes, the great and terrible day, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the land with doom.” (Malachi 3:23-34, first reading for Mass today) This scripture concludes the Old Testament! It speaks of another Elijah to come when God is about to bring down his judgement! Amazingly, in the New Testament, St Luke picks up the words of Malachi for the first chapter of his gospel (Luke 1:57-66), when the angel of the Lord appeared to Zechariah, John’s father, and spoke to him about his son, “…he will turn many of the sons of Israel to the Lord their God, and he will go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready for the Lord a people prepared.” (Luke 1:16-17) Clearly, St Luke tells us that John is the one Malachi was announcing as the “Elijah” to come! John the Baptist was sent to announce the coming of the Lord! He went before Jesus, to prepare the way for His coming. And his witness was pure and true. I am always intrigued that Our Lady first appeared on June 24, 1981, which is the Feast of the Birth of St. John the Baptist! I believe that she came on that feast to make it clear that she was now carrying on the prophetic role of St. John, who was the successor of Elijah before him, preparing the way for the coming of her Son in our day. May we recognize her coming as prophetic, and respond to her call to repent and turn to her Son with complete trust and readiness to do all He asks of us in this time of grace. Our Lady said to us: September 2, 2015 “Dear children, My dear apostles of love, my carriers of truth, again I am calling you and gathering you around me to help me, to help all of my children who thirst for love and truth – who thirst for my Son. I am a grace from the Heavenly Father, sent to help you to live the word of my Son. Love one another. I lived your earthly life. I know that it is not always easy, but if you will love each other, you will pray with the heart, you will reach spiritual heights and the way to heaven will be opened for you. I, your mother, am waiting for you there because I am there. Be faithful to my Son and teach others faithfulness. I am with you. I will help you. I will teach you faith that you may know how to transmit it to others in the right way. I will teach you truth that you may know how to discern. I will teach you love that you may come to know what real love is… My children, my Son will make it so as to speak through your words and your actions. Thank you.” Clearly, Mother needs us to carry on her mission to spread the love of her Son. She speaks with Heavenly authority. She is raising us up to be like St. John the Baptist, who pointed the way to Christ, speaking in the desert and baptizing the people in a baptism of repentance. We live in a spiritual desert in these days, created by the enemy of our souls. But we can bring the truth to thirsting souls, by sharing the truth of our salvation, through Jesus and through Mary! So many people long for the truth, the light of faith, the love of God! We can show them the way, through our testimonies and our love. St. Elijah, pray for us! St. John the Baptist, pray for us! Mother Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us!! God bless you, Cathy Nolan Mary TV P.S. Many have responded to our need for donations! Thank you! We need your support as we enter into 2025. December 22, 2024 Reflection – Ivan’s prayer time and apparition!

Praised be Jesus, dear children of mine!   December 22, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Here are the comments that Ivan made at the end of our prayer time: Ivan’s Apparition Saturday, December 21, 2024 Dear Priests, Dear Friends in Christ, Once again, I greet you from the heart to our prayer gathering today. It is, as always, my wish again today to bring closer to you and to describe to you this evening’s encounter with Our Lady. These are truly very special days and special encounters with Our Lady, because upon her face I can see tremendous Joy, that increases more and more the closer that we get to Christmas. As I have just said, today, Our Lady came to us truly very joyful and happy, and she greeted us all with her motherly greeting, “Praised be Jesus, dear children of mine!” After this, Our Lady extended her hands to pray over all of us who are present here. For some time, and in a special way, she prayed over all of the priests who are present and also over all of those present who are sick. And, after this, Our Lady addressed all of us with these words: “Dear children, Surrender yourselves to me so that each one of your hearts and your lives can be prepared to accept the little Jesus. I wish that through these days of grace, each one of your hearts can become like the stable in Bethlehem in which the savior of the world is born. Therefore, pray throughout these days and open your hearts.  Thank you, dear children, for having responded, again today, to my call.” After this, Our Lady imparted her motherly blessing over all of us and blessed all of the items that you presented for blessing. After this, I recommended all of you, all of your needs, your intentions, and your families; and in a special way, those intentions that you have sent to me through emails. And following this, Our Lady spent some time praying in a special way for Peace in the world; and in this prayer, she departed in the sign of the Light and the Cross, with the words, “Go in Peace, dear children of mine!” This would be the most important content from this evening’s encounter as described with the words that I have available to me. For those of you who need to leave our prayer gathering now, I would like to say that our next prayer gathering and meeting will be next Saturday on December 28, at the same time. Thank you. Here is the link to the entire prayer time and apparition on December 21, 2024: https://video.marytv.tv/watch/m41kcXsVf37?ctx=io9bJjUxsmS%2CGnRgpTdsma0 God bless you, Cathy Nolan Mary TV

December 20, 2024 Reflection – Pray, little children, for little Jesus to be born in your hearts.

Pray, little children, for little Jesus to be born in your hearts.   December 20, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! This message says it all! May Our Lady guide us into a true and holy celebration of Christmas! She alone can teach us the true meaning of Christmas!! November 25, 2020 “Dear children! This is a time of love, warmth, prayer and joy. Pray, little children, for little Jesus to be born in your hearts. Open your hearts to Jesus who gives Himself to each of you. God sent me to be joy and hope in this time, and I am saying to you: Without little Jesus you do not have the tenderness or the feeling of Heaven which is hidden in the Newborn. Therefore, little children, work on yourselves. By reading the Sacred Scripture you will discover Jesus’ birth and joy, as in the first days which Medjugorje gave to humanity. History will be truth which, also today, is being repeated in you and around you. Work on and build peace through the Sacrament of Confession. Reconcile with God, little children, and you will see miracles around you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Mother, please help us to live these words over the next days before Christmas! We want to pray so that Little Jesus can be born in our hearts! God bless you, Cathy Nolan Mary TV P.S. Join Ivan’s Evening of Prayer and Apparition 5:00 pm EST Saturday, December 21, 2024, LIVE in the MaryTV 24/7 Channel! https://marytv.tv/ P.P.S. December 19, 2024 Reflection – Seek Him, pray, and He will give Himself to you…

Seek Him, pray, and He will give Himself to you…   December 19, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! In the Gospel for today, the Angel of the Lord appears to Zechariah while he is serving in the Temple. Zechariah is told that his wife, Elizabeth is to conceive a child, a son who is to be named John! Zechariah balks at this announcement, and for his lack of faith is struck dumb. But the words of the Angel prove true, and John the Baptist is born of Elizabeth. St. John is the perfect precursor to Christ. And we know the rest of the story. In this message Our Lady reminds us to pray. She warns us that we must pray and seek God at all times, because the world is in dire need of our prayer. If we pray, God will give His Son, Jesus to us! The very Jesus that St. John announced will come to us! We need Jesus so very much. May we listen to Mother’s words and act on them. November 25, 2019  “Dear children! May this time be a time of prayer for you. Without God you do not have peace. Therefore, little children, pray for peace in your hearts and families, so that Jesus can be born in you and give you His love and blessing. The world is at war because hearts are full of hatred and jealousy. In the eyes, little children, peacelessness is seen because you have not permitted Jesus to be born in your lives. Seek Him, pray, and He will give Himself to you in the Child who is joy and peace. I am with you and I pray for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Yes, Jesus, we want You to come to us this Christmas. We long for You! Come and give us your peace and joy! May it be so! God bless you, Cathy Nolan Mary TV P.S. As we draw near to the end of 2024, Mary TV would be so grateful to any of you who would like to make a donation to support our work.
