October 21, 2024 Reflection – Special Graces!

Special Graces!   October 21, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady has spoken about grace in many messages. She wants us to realize that God is giving us graces during these days! But I wonder if we have fully pondered what grace is? There are two kinds of grace, Sanctifying Grace and Actual Grace. I found a very good article about the Catholic understanding of Grace which I am giving you all as homework for today! Here is the link to the article that I found on Catholic Answers.com. I urge you to just read it. It is not too long, but it is thorough. https://www.catholic.com/tract/grace-what-it-is-and-what-it-does After reading this article, read this message from Our Lady. I think it will make even more sense after reading the article: March 25, 1987  “Dear children! Today I am grateful to you for your presence in this place, where I am giving you special graces. I call each one of you to begin to live as of today that life which God wishes of you and to begin to perform good works of love and mercy. I do not want you, dear children, to live the message and be committing sin which is displeasing to me. Therefore, dear children, I want each of you to live a new life without destroying all that God produces in you and is giving you. I give you my special blessing and I am remaining with you on your way of conversion. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Mother Mary wants us to live the new life of Grace! We need Sanctifying Grace, which comes through the Sacraments of Baptism and Confession, and Actual Grace which helps us to choose the good each moment of our lives. I believe the graces that Our Lady gives us are Actual Graces that make it easier for us to choose the good!! Those graces help us maintain our souls in Sanctifying Grace! Well, let’s all read the article a couple times and talk about it tomorrow!! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

October 18, 2024 Reflection – I invite you to become my witnesses!

I invite you to become my witnesses!   October 18, 2024 St. Luke Dear Family of Mary! Today is the feast day of the beloved Evangelist, St. Luke! Reading St. Luke’s Gospel is a very good way to get to know Our Lady, because St. Luke wrote for us all about Mary and the wonderful things God did through her! St. Lawrence of Brindisi called St. Luke “Mary’s secretary!” St. Lawrence said this about St. Luke and Mary: “Only Luke was Mary’s secretary, so to say. He alone writes of the Circumcision, the Presentation in the Temple, the Visitation of Elizabeth. He alone records Mary’s Canticle [the Magnificat], that she found the boy Jesus in the Temple, and Luke alone gives us some indication of what the Blessed Mother did after Christ’s Ascension into heaven, when he says that she persevered in prayer (cf. Acts 1:14).” (See Magnificat, October 2024, Friday, 10/18/24, Meditation of the Day) St. Luke was an incredible witness to Jesus and Mary! But we are also called to witness Jesus and Mary! Our Lady told us so in this message below. The more we get to know Our Lady and Jesus, the more we will witness. You cannot witness to what you do not know or have not seen. So we need to pray, to convert, and to seek a deep relationship with Our Lady and Our Lord, so that we have something to witness!! Our Lady tells us how: April 25, 1996 “Dear children! Today I invite you again to put prayer in the first place in your families. Little children, when God is in the first place, then you will, in all that you do, seek the will of God. In this way your daily conversion will become easier. Little children, seek with humility that which is not in order in your hearts, and you shall understand what you have to do. Conversion will become a daily duty that you will do with joy. Little children, I am with you, I bless you all and I invite you to become my witnesses by prayer and personal conversion. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Have a beautiful weekend!! Pray, pray, pray!! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

October 17, 2024 Reflection – Open yourselves to prayer…

Open yourselves to prayer…   October 17, 2024 St. Ignatius of Antioch Dear Family of Mary! January 25, 2012 “Dear children! With joy, also today I call you to open your hearts and to listen to my call. Anew, I desire to draw you closer to my Immaculate Heart, where you will find refuge and peace. Open yourselves to prayer, until it becomes a joy for you. Through prayer, the Most High will give you an abundance of grace and you will become my extended hands in this restless world which longs for peace. Little children, with your lives witness faith and pray that faith may grow day by day in your hearts. I am with you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! October 16, 2024 Reflection – Like a tree planted near running water…

Like a tree planted near running water…   October 16, 2024 St. Hedwig Dear Family of Mary! The Psalm Reading for Mass today is so beautiful and simple: Psalm 1 Blessed the man who follows not the counsel of the wicked Nor walks in the way of sinners, nor sits in the company of the insolent, But delights in the law of the Lord and meditates on his law day and night. He is like a tree planted near running water, that yields its fruit in due season, and whose leaves never fade. Whatever he does, prospers. Not so the wicked, not so; they are like chaff which the wind drives away. for the Lord watches over the way of the just, but the way of the wicked vanishes. This image of a tree is so beautiful. God compares a tree in its growth to our souls in their growth. It is a good way to think of our souls. As I said yesterday, we must spend time each day in prayer, tending to our inner self and getting to know our soul. This kind of prayer is really a lot like watering the tree. This kind of prayer feeds and waters our soul, making it grow into a mighty tree that yields its fruit in due season and whose leaves never fade! Our Lady spoke about it this way: April 25, 1987  “Dear children! Today also I am calling you to prayer. You know, dear children, that God grants special graces in prayer. Therefore, seek and pray in order that you may be able to comprehend all that I am giving here. I call you, dear children, to prayer with the heart. You know that without prayer you cannot comprehend all that God is planning through each one of you. Therefore, pray! I desire that through each one of you God’s plan may be fulfilled, that all which God has planted in your heart may keep on growing. So pray that God’s blessing may protect each one of you from all the evil that is threatening you. I bless you, dear children… Thank you for having responded to my call.” Let’s pray and pray and pray, so that all that God has planted in our hearts may keep on growing!!! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! October 15, 2024 Reflection – To first find and come to know yourself…

To first find and come to know yourself…   October 15, 2024 St. Teresa of Jesus Dear Family of Mary! Today is the feast of a wonderful saint, St. Teresa of Avila! St. Teresa once wrote: “It is a shame and unfortunate that through our own fault we don’t understand ourselves or know who we are. Wouldn’t it show great ignorance, my daughters, if someone, when asked who he was, didn’t know, and didn’t know his father or mother or from what country he came? Well now, if this would be so extremely stupid, we are incomparably more so when we do not strive to know who we are, but limit ourselves to considering only roughly these bodies. Because we have heard and because faith tells us so, we know we have souls. But we seldom consider the precious things that can be found in this soul, or who dwells within it, or its high value. Consequently, little effort is made to preserve its beauty. All our attention is taken up with the plainness of the diamond’s setting or the outer wall of the castle; that is with these bodies of ours… You have already heard in some books on prayer that the soul is advised to enter within itself; well, that’s the very thing I’m advising…insofar as I can understand, the door of entry into this castle is prayer and reflection.” (St. Teresa of Avila, The Way of Perfection.) St. Teresa wanted her sisters to really understand the great dignity they possessed in their souls! But the only way to become acquainted with our soul, is through prayer and reflection, and the life of the Sacraments. Our Lady has been leading us all these years in that life of prayer and reflection. She knows so well the worth of the soul!! Here is a message to ponder: December 2, 2013 “Dear children, with a motherly love and a motherly patience I am looking at your ceaseless wandering and how lost you are… That is why I am with you. I desire to help you to first find and come to know yourself, so that, then, you would be able to recognize and to admit everything that does not permit you to get to know the love of the Heavenly Father, honestly and wholeheartedly. My children, the Father comes to be known through the cross. Therefore, do not reject the cross. Strive to comprehend and accept it with my help. When you will be able to accept the cross you will also understand the love of the Heavenly Father; you will walk with my Son and with me; you will differ from those who have not come to know the love of the Heavenly Father, those who listen to Him but do not understand Him, those who do not walk with Him – who have not come to know Him. I desire for you to come to know the truth of my Son and to be my apostles; that, as children of God, you may rise above the human way of thinking and always, and in everything, seek God’s way of thinking, anew. My children, pray and fast that you may be able to recognize all of this which I am seeking of you. Pray for your shepherds and long to come to know the love of your Heavenly Father, in union with them. Thank you.” May we take Our Lady’s words to heart, and like St. Teresa, through prayer and reflection come to know who we really are, beloved children of the Father who will live forever with Him one day. It is a matter of our soul!! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

October 12, 2024 Update from Denis – I do need you!

“I do need you. I can realize my plans with you!”   Saturday, October 12, 2024 St. Carlo Acutis’ Feast Day, Patron of the Internet   Dear Mary TV Family, The Church has declared Our Lady’s apparitions in Medjugorje “Worthy of Belief”, the same recognition given to her apparitions at Fatima and at Lourdes.  Since that declaration, I have heard from people – also from several in the Vatican – that in their opinion, Mary TV played a significant role in the Church’s decision! Thank you! From the beginning, Mary TV has been your gift to Our Lady! On Saturday, October 5th, Mary TV streamed Our Lady’s apparition LIVE to the world from Ivan’s chapel. Ivan told us that day Our Lady has been saying in her messages: “I do need you. I can realize my plans with you!”   Today again Ivan welcomed Mary TV into his chapel in Medjugorje so that her children around the world could be present with him for the apparition. He said to us: “Especially, I would like to greet all of you who are united with us through the internet. We are here because of the invitation of our Mother to pray together with her, to pray for her intentions, and her plans for the world.” Our Lady wants us, needs us, to be praying with. her! Mary TV broadcasted Live from June 16 to June 24, 2024, the novena of prayer with those gathered on the mountain in Medjugorje in response to Our Lady’s invitation. And each night she appeared! (See my June 25, 2024 Update at Mary TV: https://marytv.tv/june-25-2024-update-from-denis/). Many saw the failed assassination attempt on July 13th as a miracle due to the response Our Lady had received to her call. Millions from around the world had joined with Our Lady each night through Mary TV. On the last night, June 24th, Our Lady had given only a one word message: “Continue!” (You can view the Novena before the 43rd Anniversary on our website, www.marytv.tv) Twenty five years ago Our Lady spoke to Vicka during an apparition in Medjugorje about my plan to begin Mary TV, saying it was good. Our Lady told her though that I should not be in a hurry but could get ready little by little. She, herself, would say when to begin. She did in 2008. And for years now Mary TV’s Medjugorje TV channel has been airing 24/7! We have thousands of hours of content – all independent of YouTube – which is becoming more and more AI driven. Our Lady has brought together a most amazing team. Mary TV remains completely independent so that Our Lady’s messages, her presence in Medjugorje, is protected from being connected to any other narrative. Mary TV has back-up plan after back-up plan, contingency plans for any scenario (for example, in case electricity fails or the internet goes down).  But as the demand for Mary TV’s streaming capability has increased during the past year, our monthly donations have declined. We are funded totally by your donations, and we are deeply grateful, but keeping abreast of the latest in communication technologies is not cheap. Our operating expenses have reached $70,000 per month. Without more donations we can’t continue! Please pray for more donors to join this effort and consider donating to Mary TV or increasing your monthly donations if possible. Together we can help Our Lady – and help her children – at this most important moment!!! Here is the link to our donation page, where you can donate to our general fund or to the 800 Club! Thank you so much!! https://marytv.tv/800club/ Mary TV is your gift to Our Lady! Thank you and God bless you! Denis Nolan MaryTV.TV PS. Mary TV’s team is dedicated to Our Lady… no one is working for adequate remuneration. I remember years ago when the Russians tried recruiting one of our IT guys, he wouldn’t leave Mary TV! Like the rest of the crew, he is dedicated to only serving the Gospa.  Praised be Jesus and Mary!! PPS. October 14, 2024 Reflection – Praised be Jesus, dear children of mine.

Praised be Jesus, dear children of mine.   October 14, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! On Saturday, October 12, Mary TV was able to stream the prayer and encounter with Our Lady. Below is Ivan’s greeting to the group and his summary of the apparition at the end of our prayer time. Ivan’s International Prayer Gathering and Encounter with Our Lady- Oct 12, 2024 Ivan’s Introduction: “Praised be Jesus and Mary, dear priests, dear friends in Christ. Especially I would like to greet all of you who are united with us through the Internet, through zoom. Today we will pray the Rosary, the Glorious and Joyful mysteries, and we will pray in a special way for peace in the world, for peace in our families, and in a special way for peace in our hearts.” Ivan’s remarks after the apparition: “Dear priests, dear friends in Christ, and in a special way I greet those who are joining us in prayer through the Internet, through Zoom. Today we are here because of the invitation of our Mother, to pray together with her, to pray for her intentions, and her plans for the world. It is very difficult to describe the encounter with Our Lady with earthly words… every word on this earth is insufficient to describe and express this encounter. When Our Lady comes, She always brings a part of Heaven with her. The hardest part to describe is her love, the overwhelming love She has for all of us. Today again, She came to us, joyful and happy, and greeted us all with her Motherly greeting:  ‘Praised be Jesus, dear children of mine.’ After this, She lifted her gaze upon all of us, extended her hands, and with joy in her eyes, She prayed over all of us for some time in her Aramaic language. After this, Our Lady turned her gaze toward the church to pray over all of those who are there taking part in the evening prayer program. In a special way, She prayed over you priests who are present, and those of you who are sick. After this, Our Lady remained in prayer, praying especially for families, for holiness in the families and for the youth. After this, She imparted her Motherly blessing over all of us, and blessed those things you brought for blessing. I recommended all of you, your needs, your intentions, your families, and those of you who are sick. After this, Our Lady spent some time praying especially for peace, and in that prayer She departed in the sign of the Light and the Cross with the words: ‘Go in peace, dear children of mine.’ This would be a summary of the most important parts of this evening‘s encounter with Our Lady. I would like, especially, to emphasize that Our Lady prayed for holiness in the family and for the youth. For those of you who are joining us through the Internet, I would like to mention that our next prayer gathering will be on November 2, Boston time- 5 PM eastern standard time – thank you.” (Summary of the October 12, 2024 prayer with Ivan Dragicevic) We are so grateful to Ivan for allowing us to stream this prayer time and apparition with him. Let’s pray for Ivan as he continues to share the presence of Our Lady with the world! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV P.S. The next live stream of the prayer time and apparition to Ivan Dragicevic will be November 2, 2024, in Boston! It will begin at 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (which is 11:00 pm Medjugorje time)! October 11, 2024 Reflection – “The gift of my presence…”

“the gift of my presence”   October 11, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! As I prayed about this reflection, I heard the words, “my presence…” I realized that we may take the incredible reality of Our Lady’s presence among us for granted. But certainly we should not!! These apparitions of Our Lady in Medjugorje are an intense grace from God. Her presence changes us! Her presence heals us. Her presence delivers us of evil! Her presence directs us towards Heaven and Salvation. Mother Mary is an inestimable gift from God for us in these terrible days. To help us to truly appreciate the amazing gift of Our Lady’s presence in Medjugorje, I have gathered 5 messages in which she talks about her presence. Let’s pray a Rosary in thanksgiving for Mother Mary’s presence among us!! I think is will bless us greatly!! Here are five messages, to be meditated upon at the beginning of each decade: September 25, 2003 “Dear children! Also today I call you to come closer to my heart. Only in this way, will you comprehend the gift of my presence here among you. I desire, little children, to lead you to the heart of my Son Jesus; but you resist and do not desire to open your hearts to prayer. Again, little children, I call you not to be deaf but to comprehend my call, which is salvation for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” October 25, 2005 “Little children, believe, pray and love, and God will be near you. He will give you the gift of all the graces you seek from Him. I am a gift to you, because, from day to day, God permits me to be with you and to love each of you with immeasurable love. Therefore, little children, in prayer and humility, open your hearts and be witnesses of my presence. Thank you for having responded to my call.” June 25, 2007 “Dear children! Also today, with great joy in my heart, I call you to conversion. Little children, do not forget that you are all important in this great plan, which God leads through Medjugorje. God desires to convert the entire world and to call it to salvation and to the way towards Himself, who is the beginning and the end of every being. In a special way, little children, from the depth of my heart, I call you all to open yourselves to this great grace that God gives you through my presence here. I desire to thank each of you for the sacrifices and prayers. I am with you and I bless you all. Thank you for having responded to my call.” September 25, 2008 “Dear children! May your life, anew, be a decision for peace. Be joyful carriers of peace and do not forget that you live in a time of grace, in which God gives you great graces through my presence. Do not close yourselves, little children, but make good use of this time and seek the gift of peace and love for your life so that you may become witnesses to others. I bless you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.” June 25, 2009 “Dear children! Rejoice with me, convert in joy and give thanks to God for the gift of my presence among you. Pray that, in your hearts, God may be in the center of your life and with your life witness, little children, so that every creature may feel God’s love. Be my extended hands for every creature, so that it may draw closer to the God of love. I bless you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Prayer: Mother Mary, we are so grateful to you for being present in Medjugorje through your apparitions to the visionaries. Thank you for remaining with us all these years, in order to guide us, teach us, correct us, bless us, and protect us! We are totally grateful to you for loving us so much. We will listen to your messages and live as you advise, always in prayer, fasting, and loving service of our neighbor. We long to share your presence with all those we meet! Thank you, dearest Mother, for your presence in Medjugorje! Amen. In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV PS. Don’t forget that tomorrow, Saturday, October 12, 2024, Mary TV will stream, live, the Rosary and Apparition from Ivan Dragicevic’s Chapel in Medjugorje!! October 10, 2024 Reflection: Bless and Seek the Wisdom of the Holy Spirit

Bless and seek the wisdom of the Holy Spirit!   October 10, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! We need to seek the blessing of God every day! Our Lady tells us how: May 25, 2001  “Dear children! At this time of grace, I call you to prayer. Little children, you work much but without God’s blessing. Bless and seek the wisdom of the Holy Spirit to lead you at this time so that you may comprehend and live in the grace of this time. Convert, little children, and kneel in the silence of your hearts. Put God in the center of your being so that, in that way, you can witness in joy the beauty that God continually gives in your life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” May we put God in the very center of our being! With the Lord in our hearts we will find the beauty of our lives and constantly give Him praise! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph Cathy Nolan Mary TV P.S. – Here is a good prayer to pray against Hurricane Milton, and any weather events to come. Let’s pray for the people of Florida: Prayer for Protection during Hurricane Season O God, Master of this passing world, hear the humble voices of your children. The Sea of Galilee obeyed your order and returned to its former quietude; you are still the Master of land and sea. We live in the shadow of a danger over which we have no control. The Gulf, like a provoked and angry giant, can awake from its seeming lethargy, overstep its conventional boundaries, invade our land and spread chaos and disaster. During this hurricane season, we turn to You, O loving Father. Spare us from past tragedies whose memories are still so vivid and whose wounds seem to refuse to heal with the passing of time. O Virgin, Star of the Sea, Our Beloved Mother, we ask you to plead with your Son in our behalf, so that spared from the calamities common to this area and animated with a true spirit of gratitude, we will walk in the footsteps of your Divine Son to reach the heavenly Jerusalem where a storm-less eternity awaits us. Amen. – Fr. Al Volpe, Cameron Parish, LA

October 9, 2024 Reflection – Pronounce the ‘Our Father’. And do not be afraid!

Pronounce the ‘Our Father’. And do not be afraid!   October 9, 2024 St. John Leonardi Dear Family of Mary! We have another short and to the point Gospel reading today! Luke 11:1-4 Jesus was praying in a certain place, and when he had finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray just as John taught his disciples.” He said to them, “When you pray, say: Father, hallowed be your name,/ your Kingdom come./ Give us each day our daily bread/ and forgive us our sins/ for we ourselves forgive everyone in debt to us,/ and do not subject us to the final test.” The Gospel of the Lord. The disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray. They had been listening to Jesus for some time, but they still needed to understand how to talk to the Father as Jesus did. And so they asked Jesus to teach them the words. The words He gave them were simple and to the point. He wanted them to address His Father and their Father! Imagine that!!! And then he showed them how to pray for what was most important – daily bread, forgiveness from the Father and for their neighbor, and help for the final test. Jesus taught them to pray, and it worked, because today we have the Church which teaches us how to pray in this very same way!! Mother Mary also teaches us to pray and leads us to the Father: January 2, 2020 “Dear children, I know that I am present in your lives and in your hearts. I feel your love, I hear your prayers and direct them to my Son. But, my children, according to motherly love, I desire to be in the lives of all of my children. I desire to gather all of my children around me, beneath my motherly mantle. This is why I am inviting you and calling you, apostles of my love, to help me. My children, my Son pronounced the words of the ‘Our Father’- Our Father, [you] who are everywhere and in our hearts – because He desires to teach you to pray with words and feelings. He desires for you to always be better, to live merciful love which is prayer and limitless sacrifice for others. My children, give to my Son love for your neighbors, give words of consolation, compassion and acts of justice to your neighbors. Everything that you give to others, apostles of my love, my Son accepts as a gift. I am also with you, because my Son desires for my love, as a ray of light, to bring your souls to life; for me to help you in the search for peace and eternal happiness. Therefore, my children, love one another, be united through my Son, be children of God who all together, with full, open and pure heart, pronounce the ‘Our Father’. And do not be afraid! Thank you.” Do not be afraid! Our Father has sent Mary, our Mother, to be with us in these days, to guide us into holiness of life, and life eternal in Heaven. Let’s pronounce the Our Father as Our Lady teaches us, so that we can go forward without fear into the Kingdom of God! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV
