Do not be anxious nor worried! October 8, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Our Gospel today speaks to us about our priorities. What is it that should occupy us the most? Is it our job? Is it politics? Is it the future? Jesus speaks to this question in the Gospel. Maybe we should read this Gospel every day!! Luke 10: 38 – 42: Jesus entered a village where a woman whose name was Martha welcomed him. She had a sister named Mary who sat beside the Lord at his feet listening to him speak. Martha, burdened with much serving, came to him and said, “Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me by myself to do the serving? Tell her to help me.” The Lord said to her in reply, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and worried about many things. There is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part and it will not be taken from her.” (Luke 10: 41-42) Our Lady, in her own words, echoes Jesus’ advice to Martha! Maybe we should read this message every day too: May 25, 1988 “Dear children! I am inviting you to a complete surrender to God. Pray, little children, that satan may not carry you about like the branches in the wind. Be strong in God. I desire that through you the whole world may get to know the God of joy. By your life bear witness for God’s joy. Do not be anxious nor worried. God himself will help you and show you the way. I desire that you love all men with my love. Only in that way can love reign over the world. Little children, you are mine. I love you and want you to surrender to me so that I can lead you to God. Never cease praying so that satan cannot take advantage of you. Pray for the knowledge that you are mine. I bless you with blessings of joy. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Amen! Pray that your life be joyful thanksgiving!   October 4, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! The Psalm for today’s Mass is one of my favorite readings! It tells us so beautifully how much we are loved by God! Psalm 139 O Lord, you have probed me and you know me; you know when I sit and when I stand; you understand my thoughts from afar. My journeys and my rest you scrutinize, with all my ways you are familiar. Where can I go from your spirit? From your presence where can I flee? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I sink to the nether world, you are present there. If I take the wings of the dawn, if I settle at the farthest limits of the sea, Even there your hand shall guide me, and your right hand hold me fast. Truly you have formed my inmost being; you knit me in my mother’s womb. I give you thanks that I am fearfully, wonderfully made; wonderful are your works. This Psalm helps us to feel deeply the power of our God, His providence, His care, and His love! When we pray this psalm, we feel like a well loved child!! In this message, Our Lady also proclaims the great power of God’s love, from a similar perspective!! August 25, 1988 “Dear children! Today I invite you all to rejoice in the life which God gives you. Little children, rejoice in God, the Creator, because He has created you so wonderfully. Pray that your life be joyful thanksgiving which flows out of your heart like a river of joy. Little children, give thanks unceasingly for all that you possess, for each little gift which God has given you, so that a joyful blessing always comes down from God upon your life. The harvest is abundant!   October 3, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Luke 10:1-2: Jesus appointed seventy-two other disciples whom he sent ahead of him in pairs to every town and place he intended to visit. He said to them, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest…” Our Gospel for today begins with the sending of the seventy two! Jesus wanted to prepare the way for His coming, to let a glimmer of His light precede Him, to help the people to recognize Him when He came. We live in a time when so many people need that glimmer of light, to open the eyes of their hearts even a little bit, in order to be able to recognize Him when He comes again! Our Lady spoke to us of this very thing: July 25, 2020 “Dear children! In this peaceless time in which the devil is harvesting souls to draw them to himself, I am calling you to persevering prayer, so that in prayer you discover the God of love and hope. Little children, take the Cross in your hands. May it be your encouragement for love to always win, in a special way now when the Cross and faith are rejected. You be a reflection and an example with your lives that faith and hope are still alive and a new world of peace is possible. I am with you and intercede for you before my Son, Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.” So many people need the light of Christ to shine into their lives!! Holy Mary, Queen of Angels – pray for us!   October 2, 2024 The Holy Guardian Angels Dear Family of Mary! Today we celebrate our Guardian Angels. The are our heavenly friends and protectors who follow us through life, protecting and praying for us. We are never alone. In today’s Gospel, Jesus speaks of our Guardian Angels: Matthew 18: 1-5, 10 The disciples approached Jesus and said, “Who is the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven?” He called a child over, placed it in their midst, and said, “Amen, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the Kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven. And whoever receives one child such as this in my name receives me. See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven always look upon the face of my heavenly Father.” The Gospel of the Lord. Our Guardian Angels pray for us before God at all times. Since we were tiny in the womb, we have had our dear Angel by our side. We can pray to him now with great love and thanksgiving. Let’s give time today to look over our lives and perceive those key moments when our angel found a way to protect us and guide us back to God. This feast is a happy and wondrous day!! Here is a good prayer to pray today: O Holy Guardian Angel, my dear friend and solicitous guide on the dangerous way of life, to thee be heartfelt thanks for the numberless benefits which have been granted me through thy love and goodness and for the powerful help by which thou hast preserved me from so many dangers and temptations. I beg of thee, let me further experience thy love and thy care. Avert from me all danger, increase in me horror for sin and love for all that is good. Be a counselor and consoler to me in all the affairs of my life, and when my life draws to a close, conduct my soul through the valley of death into the kingdom of eternal peace, so that in eternity we may together praise God and rejoice in His glory. Be generous in renunciation, fasting and prayer… October 1, 2024 St. Therese of the Child Jesus Dear Family of Mary! Today is the Memorial of St. Therese of Lisieux! Her story is well known. Once she understood her call she never turned from it. As a young girl she gave herself to Jesus, and never looked back!! She often said, “My God…I desire to love you and make you loved!” And she did just that! Our Lady calls us to do the same! Our job is to pray and sacrifice for the conversion of souls, just as St. Therese did. Let Our Lady’s words encourage us in this task: September 25, 2017 “Dear children! I am calling you to be generous in renunciation, fasting and prayer for all those who are in temptation, and are your brothers and sisters. In a special way I am imploring you to pray for priests and for all the consecrated, that they may love Jesus still more fervently; that the Holy Spirit may fill their hearts with joy; that they may witness Heaven and Heavenly mysteries. Many souls are in sin, because there are not those who sacrifice themselves and pray for their conversion. I am with you and am praying that your hearts may be filled with joy. We had another beautiful time of prayer with Ivan Dragicevic in Medjugorje on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Ivan was very happy to pray with us all!! Dear priests dear, dear friends and all of you who are connected with us through Internet. Today in a community of prayer we pray together with our Mother the Queen of Peace. Together with her we pray for peace. We pray for her plans, for her intentions, for her plans she wants to fulfill with all of us throughout the world. In the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen. Creed….. And then after Our Lady’s apparition Ivan said: Dear priests, dear friends in Christ, and greetings to you all who are connected with us live through Internet: I shall not be long now because Mass is just before us and Our Lady always says that Mass needs to be at the very center of our lives. Therefore, I wish to shortly, briefly, bring closer to you and describe to you what happened tonight at the encounter with Our Lady. It is hard to describe everything, and I always want to say it is so hard to find the words to describe the beauty of the encounter with Our Lady. And what is for me the most difficult thing to describe, like I always say, is the love, the nature of the love of our Mother, how much the Mother loves us and loves us, and wants to guide us in that love. And we always call her the best mother, the best teacher and the best educator! Today she came to us joyful and happy and greeted us all with her motherly greeting, “Praised be Jesus my dear children!” And then she turned her eyes towards us and in joy she prayed over us with extended hands And especially she spent time praying over you priests who are here and over all of you who are sick here. And then Our Lady turned her gaze towards everybody around the church and prayed over those who are at the evening program of prayer around the church. And then for a longer time in a special way she prayed for peace in the world. And then she gave us all her motherly blessing and blessed all the religious articles you brought along for the blessing. After that I recommended all of you to her, your intentions, your needs, your families. And especially I recommended to her all your intentions that are here in written form. And then again Our Lady spent time praying over all of us, and in that prayer she left in the sign of the light and of the cross with the words, “Go in peace, my dear children!” I would like to just underline that Our Lady spent a long time praying for peace. And you know that Our Lady gave us a message for all of us a few days ago. And this is the message to which she is calling us today again: “Dear children. Out of love for you, God has sent me among you, to love you and encourage you to prayer and conversion, for peace in you and in your families and in the world. Little children, do not forget that true peace comes only through prayer, from God Who is your peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (September 25, 2024) For all of you dear friends who are connected with us, live, through Internet, we have our next encounter next Saturday at the same time (October 5th at 4:40 pm Medjugorje time, 10:40 am Eastern Time in the US). So let’s continue to pray united, pray with perseverance, pray with the Mother and pray for her intentions, her plans, especially her plans of peace. So often Our Lady has said, “Dear children, may your prayer be joyful.” Pray with joy. My prayer with you is a prayer for peace…   September 24, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Tomorrow we anticipate a new message from Our Lady, the Queen of Peace. The regularity of these messages for all these years shows us what kind of mother we have! She is faithful, generous, and always mindful of us. We are her well loved children!!   September 23, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! On Saturday, September 21, 2024, Mary TV was able to stream – live – the Prayer of Rosary and the Apparition with Ivan Dragicevic! September 21, 2024 prayer with Ivan: Before beginning our prayer together Ivan said: Praised be Jesus and Mary, dear priests and dear friends – to all of you greetings who are connected to us through the internet. We’re beginning our program now and we shall pray together with our Mother the queen of Peace. We pray for her intentions, her plans of peace that she wants to realize with all of us. In a special way in these recent times we pray for peace, for peace in our own hearts and for peace in the world. We pray with joy! In the name of the Father and of the son an of the Holy Spirit…. We all prayed two rosaries together, then Our Lady came to Ivan and then after Our Lady’s apparition Ivan shared: Dear priests, dear friends in Christ, and dear all of you who are connected with us through internet today: I would like to use this brief time to describe to you and bring closer to you the content of the meeting with Our Lady tonight. It is very hard with the words of this world to describe to you what happens…. I will use the words I have. I will tell you with my own words… I will try to tell you: Today Our Lady came to us very joyful and very happy. She greeted us with her motherly greeting, “Praised be Jesus, dear children of mine!” She turned her gaze to all of us and prayed over all of us for a certain time. And then she prayed specifically over priests, over you priests who are here and over all of you who are ill who are here. After that Our Lady spent some time to pray in a special way for peace. After that she gave us all her motherly blessing and she blessed all the objects you brought to be blessed. I recommended all of you, your needs, your intentions, all your petitions that you brought here and all of you who are connected with us in prayer on the internet. After that Our lady continued to pray over all of us. And in a special way she prayed for vocations in the Church. In that prayer Our Lady left us with the sign of the Light and of the Cross with the words “Go in peace dear children of mine!” That would have been the most essential in my own words. It is hard to say everything in my own words, especially her love and her joy in these days. And as you saw, and heard yourself, Our Lady prayed in a special way for peace. And this is what she’s asking us now all the time, especially all of us who are praying together for her intentions, to pray for peace. How much we really need this.
