The Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus   June 7, 2024 The Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Dear Family of Mary! On this most powerful solemnity, I have found yet another powerful message from Our Lady. Her words speak for themselves! Take this message to prayer. It is life-changing!! September 2, 2019 “Dear children, pray! Pray the Rosary every day – that wreath of flowers which, as a mother, directly connects me with your pains, sufferings, desires, and hopes. Apostles of my love, I am with you through the grace and the love of my Son, and I am asking for prayers of you. The world is in such need of your prayers for souls to be converted. With complete trust, open your hearts to my Son, and in them He will inscribe the summary of His words – which is love. Live in an unbreakable connection with the Most Sacred Heart of my Son. My children, as a mother, I am telling you that it is high time for you to kneel before my Son to acknowledge Him as your God, the center of your life. Offer gifts to Him – that which He most loves – which is love towards neighbor, mercy, and pure hearts. Apostles of my love, many of my children still do not acknowledge my Son as their God; they have not yet come to know His love. But you, with your prayer pronounced from a pure and open heart, by the gifts which you offer to my Son, will make even the hardest hearts open. Apostles of my love, the strength of prayer pronounced from the heart – a powerful prayer full of love – changes the world. Therefore, my children: pray, pray, pray. I am with you. The way that leads to the triumph of my heart.   June 6, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! I prayed to Our Lady to tell me what to write about for this reflection. And I heard the words “without limits.” So I did a search in the messages, and came up with only one message containing that phrase. It was June 2, 2019! So here is the message! I think it is meant for all of us for today. It is really a beautiful message, all about love! In fact about love without limits!!! June 2, 2019 “Dear children, only a pure and an open heart will make it such that you may truly come to know my Son and that all those who do not know His love may come to know it through you. Only love will make you comprehend that it is stronger than death because true love conquered death and made it so that death not exist. My children, forgiveness is the most exalted form of love. You, as apostles of my love, must pray that you be strong in spirit and that you could comprehend and forgive. You, apostles of my love, by understanding and forgiveness, are giving an example of love and mercy. To be able to comprehend and forgive is a gift for which it is necessary to pray, and to nurture it. By forgiveness you are showing that you know how to love. Just look, my children, how the Heavenly Father loves you with a great love, with understanding, forgiveness and justice – how He gives me, the Mother of your hearts, to you. And here I am among you to bless you with a motherly blessing, to call you to prayer, to fasting – to tell you to believe, to hope, to forgive, to pray for your shepherds, and above all to love without limits. My children, follow me. My way is the way of peace and love, the way of my Son. It is the way that leads to the triumph of my heart. Thank you.” I know it is long, but it is just full of love!! “To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul!”   June 5, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! At Holy Mass today, in the Psalm response we pray: “To you, O Lord, I lift up my eyes.” It is a wonderful prayer. We admit our need for the Lord our God, and in prayer we lift up our eyes…hoping to gaze upon the mercy of God. This inner disposition of humility is a good basis for our relationship with our God. Our Lady models this humility to us, and speaks to us about it often. In this beautiful message from September 2, 2018, she shares her humility and wisdom with us: September 2, 2018 “Dear children, my words are simple but are filled with motherly love and care. My children, all the more the shadows of darkness and deception are being cast over you, and I am calling you to the light and truth – I am calling you to my Son. Only He can transform despair and suffering into peace and clarity; only He can give hope in the deepest pain. My Son is the life of the world. The more that you come to know Him – the more that you come close to Him – all the more you will love Him, because my Son is love. Love changes everything; it makes most beautiful also that which, without love, seems insignificant to you. That is why, anew, I am saying to you that you must love a lot if you desire to grow spiritually. I know, apostles of my love, that it is not always easy, but, my children, also the painful paths are paths which lead to spiritual growth, to faith, and to my Son. My children, pray – think of my Son. In all the moments of the day, raise your soul to Him, and I will gather your prayers as flowers from the most beautiful garden and give them as a gift to my Son. Be true apostles of my love; spread the love of my Son to everyone. Be gardens of the most beautiful flowers. With your prayers help your shepherds that they may be spiritual fathers filled with love for all people. Today I call you to give me your heart!   June 4, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady comes to us in Medjugorje with a beautiful plan. Her plan is to gather her children together in Medjugorje and to truly guide us into the life of her Son. She wants to raise up holy people, those who are able to give themselves to Jesus, through Our Lady’s heart. This is a special call! She has revealed this call little by little through her messages. Here is one such message, in which she asks us to give our hearts to her in a special way: May 15, 1986 “Dear children! Today I call you to give me your heart so I can change it to be like mine. You are wondering, dear children, why you cannot respond to that which I am seeking from you. You are not able to because you have not given me your heart so I can change it. You are talking but you are not doing. I call on you to do everything that I am telling you. That way I will be with you. Thank you for having responded to my call! Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady wants us to be hers! She is calling us to give ourselves over into her hands, as a child does to his mother. She needs to guide us in these days in a special way, so that we will be able to help her in the the battle for souls. She needs us to be holy, like she is holy. That is how we can help her. To be holy is a beautiful thing. It means that we have said yes to God with our whole heart, and we are ready to say that yes every day for the rest of our lives. Our Lady said that “yes” every day of her life! And she wants to guide us into that same life for God, that same “yes”! And so she asks us to give her our hearts. What does this mean? I think it means that we give her all our most intimate desires, feelings, memories, hopes, fears, everything that we carry within. We give that all to her, so she can heal us, bless us, inspire us to the good, become healthy and whole like she is. It means we become happy and deeply in love with God! Then we will be able to help Our Lady in her work of saving souls! We will be able to do everything she tells us to do!! Here is a prayer that Our Lady gave Jelena, to help her give herself to her! Maybe we could pray it today, and ask Mother Mary to begin her work in us! How to Give Oneself to Mary Mother of Goodness, of Love and of Mercy (Given by Our Lady to Jelena Vasilj, 4/19/1984) Oh my Mother! Mother of goodness, love and mercy! I love you immensely, and I offer myself to you. Through your goodness, your love, And your mercy, save me! I wish to be yours. I love you immensely And I wish that you protect me. In my heart, oh mother of goodness, Give me your goodness, So that I go to Heaven. I ask you for your immense love That you may give me the grace That I will be able to love each one Just like you loved Jesus Christ. I ask you in grace That I be able to be merciful* to you. I offer myself completely to you And I wish that you will be with me at each step, Because you are full of grace. Open your hearts and give me everything…   June 3, 2024 St. Charles Lwanga and Companions Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady often tells us that she knows our sufferings and our pain. She is a mother, and she can intuit what we are suffering, just by watching us! And so she does! She sees our trials and sufferings, our confusion and our pain. And she wants to help us. But she needs our cooperation. We need to give her all our troubles and fears. Like little ones, we must hand our troubles over to her. She knows how to handle them all!! She told us so: February 25, 1999  “Dear children! Also today I am with you in a special way contemplating and living the passion of Jesus in my heart. Little children, open your hearts and give me everything that is in them: joys, sorrows and each, even the smallest pain, that I may offer them to Jesus; so that with His immeasurable love, He may burn and transform your sorrows into the joy of His resurrection. That is why, I now call you in a special way, little children, for your hearts to open to prayer, so that through prayer you may become friends of Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Yes, Mother, we will give you all our our joys, sorrows, and each, even the smallest pain!! We need your help. And we know that you will give all our difficulties over to Jesus. May all our troubles we transformed into the joy of Jesus’ resurrection!!! Thank you for coming to us every day in Medjugorje. The Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary   May 31, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Today we celebrate the amazing meeting of Mother Mary and her cousin, Elizabeth. Both women were bearing miraculous children!! Elizabeth conceived after years of barrenness, through God’s promise to her husband, Zechariah! Impossible without a miracle!! And Mother Mary conceived the Son of God by the incredible infilling of the Holy Spirit at the word of the Angel Gabriel! Impossible, amazing, incredible!! But both women learned that all things are possible with God!! Here is the account of their meeting when Mary traveled in haste to visit Elizabeth at the direction of the Angel Gabriel. Don’t you just love their prophetic utterances to each other!! Wow: In those days Mary arose and went with haste into the hill country, to a city of Judah, and she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth. And when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit and she exclaimed with a loud cry, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! And why is this granted me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For behold, when the voice of your greeting came to my ears, the babe in my womb leaped for joy. And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfilment of what was spoken to her from the Lord.” And Mary said, “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has regarded the low estate of his handmaiden. For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed; for he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name. And his mercy is on those who fear him from generation to generation. He has shown strength with his arm, he has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts, he has put down the mighty from their thrones, and exalted those of low degree; he has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent empty away. He has helped his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy, as he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his posterity for ever.” And Mary remained with her about three months, and returned to her home. (Luke 1:39-56, RSV-CE) We need to let these miracles sink in to our hearts. We need to believe in miracles in our day as well! Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ   May 30, 2024 The Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ Dear Family of Mary! Today we observe the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ! It is a very important celebration in our Church! Jesus’ Body and Blood, given to us as Heavenly Food, to nourish us on our arduous way to Heaven, is the miracle of all miracles!! Unbelievable!! (Some dioceses have transferred this Solemnity to the following Sunday.) Here are Our Lord’s very words when He established His bodily presence with us until He would come again: While they were eating, He took bread, said the blessing, broke it, gave it to them, and said, “Take it; this is my body.” Then He took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, and they all drank from it. He said to them, “This is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed for many. Amen, I say to you, I shall not drink again the fruit of the vine until the day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.” Then, after singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.   Mark 14: 22-26 Today, in Medjugorje, the parish holds a Corpus Christi Procession, directly after the Evening Mass! The priests and faithful will process with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament throughout the village of Medjugorje! It is always so moving!! Mary TV will stream this event “live”. Here is a Message from Our Lady given to Mirjana Soldo, in which Our Lady spoke to us about the gift of Her Son’s Body and Blood! Very moving: July 2, 2015  “Dear children, I am calling you to spread the faith in my Son – your faith. You, my children illuminated by the Holy Spirit, my apostles, transmit it to others – to those who do not believe, who do not know, who do not want to know – but for that you must pray a lot for the gift of love, because love is the mark of true faith – and you will be apostles of my love. Love always, anew, revives the pain and the joy of the Eucharist, it revives the pain of the Passion of my Son, by which He showed you what it means to love immeasurably; it revives the joy for having left you His Body and Blood to feed you with Himself – and in this way, to be one with you. Looking at you with tenderness, I feel immeasurable love which strengthens me in my desire to bring you to a firm faith. Firm faith will give you joy and happiness on earth and in the end the encounter with my Son. This is His desire. Therefore, live Him, live love, live the light that always illuminates you in the Eucharist. I implore you to pray a lot for your shepherds, to pray so as to have all the more love for them because my Son gave them to you to feed you with His body and to teach you love. Therefore, also you are to love them. But, my children, remember, love means to endure and to give, and never, ever to judge. Thank you.” Jesus, in the Blessed Sacrament, we love you!!! More Prayer with the Heart!!   May 29, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Dear children! In this time of grace, I am calling you to prayer with the heart…  (May 25, 2024) Here is another set of messages about prayer with the heart. It is good to take time with each message and let Our Lady’s words sink deeply into our hearts. She has a way of saying things that is personal and individual! The truth she speaks is simple and pure! We will be blessed if we take her words to heart!! April 25, 1987 “Dear children! Today also I am calling you to prayer. You know, dear children, that God grants special graces in prayer. Therefore, seek and pray in order that you may be able to comprehend all that I am giving here. I call you, dear children, to prayer with the heart. You know that without prayer you cannot comprehend all that God is planning through each one of you. Therefore, pray! I desire that through each one of you God’s plan may be fulfilled, that all which God has planted in your heart may keep on growing. So pray that God’s blessing may protect each one of you from all the evil that is threatening you. I bless you, dear children… Thank you for having responded to my call.” April 25, 1991 “Dear children! Today I invite you all so that your prayer be prayer with the heart. Let each of you find time for prayer so that in prayer you discover God. I do not desire you to talk about prayer, but to pray. Let your everyday be filled with prayer of gratitude to God for life and for all that you have. I do not desire your life to pass by in words but that you glorify God with deeds. I am with you and I am grateful to God for every moment spent with you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” July 25, 1997 “Dear children! Today I invite you to respond to my call to prayer. I desire, dear children, that during this time you find a corner for personal prayer. I desire to lead you towards prayer with the heart. Only in this way will you comprehend that your life is empty without prayer. You will discover the meaning of your life when you discover God in prayer. That is why, little children, open the door of your heart and you will comprehend that prayer is joy without which you cannot live. Thank you for having responded to my call.” March 25, 1999 “Dear children! I call you to prayer with the heart. In a special way, little children, I call you to pray for conversion of sinners, for those who pierce my heart and the heart of my Son Jesus with the sword of hatred and daily blasphemies. Let us pray, little children, for all those who do not desire to come to know the love of God, even though they are in the Church. Let us pray that they convert, so that the Church may resurrect in love. Only with love and prayer, little children, can you live this time which is given to you for conversion. Place God in the first place, then the risen Jesus will become your friend. Thank you for having responded to my call.” July 25, 1999 “Dear children! Also today I rejoice with you and I call you all to prayer with the heart. I call all of you, little children, to give thanks to God here with me for the graces which He gives to you through me. I desire for you to comprehend that I want to realize here, not only a place of prayer but also a meeting of hearts. I desire for my, Jesus’ and your heart to become one heart of love and peace. That is why, little children, pray and rejoice over everything that God does here, despite that satan provokes quarrels and unrest. I am with you and I lead you all on the way of love. Prayer with the heart!   May 28, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Dear children! In this time of grace, I am calling you to prayer with the heart…(May 25, 2024) Our Lady calls us to prayer with the heart! I am gathering some of her messages about prayer with the heart for us to meditate upon. Let her call to us grow into a deep longing! May we desire prayer with the heart. It is the way to union with God!! Here are five messages for today: August 11, 1984 (Saturday) “Dear children! Pray, because satan wishes to complicate my plans still further. Pray with the heart and surrender yourselves to Jesus in prayer.” September 20, 1984 “Dear children! Today I call on you to begin fasting with the heart. There are many people who are fasting, but only because everyone else is fasting. It has become a custom which no one wants to stop. I ask the parish to fast out of gratitude because God has allowed me to stay this long in this parish. Dear children, fast and pray with the heart. Thank you for having responded to my call.” May 30, 1985 “Dear children! I call you again to prayer with the heart. Let prayer, dear children, be your everyday food in a special way when your work in the fields is so wearing you out that you cannot pray with the heart. Pray, and then you shall overcome even every weariness. Prayer will be your joy and your rest. Thank you for having responded to my call…” January 23, 1986 “Dear children! Again I call you to prayer with the heart. If you pray with the heart, dear children, the ice of your brothers will melt and every barrier shall disappear. Conversion will be easy for all who desire to accept it. That is the gift which by prayer you must obtain for your neighbor. Thank you for having responded to my call.” October 25, 1989 “Dear children! Today also I am inviting you to prayer. I am always inviting you, but you are still far away. Therefore, from today, decide seriously to dedicate time to God. I am with you and I wish to teach you to pray with the heart. In prayer with the heart you shall encounter God. Let the Holy Spirit speak to your hearts!   May 27, 2024 Dear Family of Mary! Here again is the message for May 25, 2024 from Our Lady of Medjugorje! But I will parse it out so we can slowly pray through the message. The Holy Spirit wants to speak to our hearts through this message. Let’s take time with it, each one of us, to see what God is saying to us in our hearts! Dear children! In this time of grace, I am calling you to prayer with the heart. Little children, create prayer groups where you will encourage each other to the good and grow in joy. Little children, you are still far away. That is why continue to convert anew and choose the way of holiness and hope so that God may give you peace in abundance. Thank you for having responded to my call.
