April 13, 2022 Reflection – While we were still sinners, Christ died for us…

While we were still sinners, Christ died for us… April 13, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! At Mass today we hear how Jesus arranged for the last supper with His disciples, and reveals who will betray him. Judas leaves that meal, still in denial of what he is about to do. His words to Jesus are stunningly sad: “Surely it is not I, Rabbi?” But haven’t we all been in denial of sin at some time in our lives? Jesus knows how blind and stubborn we all are, and so He embraces His Passion for us even before we know of our own depravity: “Christ, while we were still helpless, yet died at the appointed time for the ungodly. Indeed, only with difficulty does one die for a just person, though perhaps for a good person one might even find courage to die. But God proves his love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us. Indeed, if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, how much more, once reconciled, will we be saved by his life.” (Romans 5:6-8) We are so loved… Our Lady tells us so: “Dear children! I call you to, with complete trust and joy, bless the name of the Lord and, day by day, to give Him thanks from the heart for His great love. My Son, through that love which He showed by the Cross, gave you the possibility to be forgiven for everything; so that you do not have to be ashamed or to hide, and out of fear not to open the door of your heart to my Son. To the contrary, my children, reconcile with the Heavenly Father so that you may be able to come to love yourselves as my Son loves you. When you come to love yourselves, you will also love others; in them you will see my Son and recognize the greatness of His love. Live in faith! Through me, my Son is preparing you for the works which He desires to do through you – works through which He desires to be glorified. Give Him thanks. Especially thank Him for the shepherds – for your intercessors in the reconciliation with the Heavenly Father. I am thanking you, my children. Thank you.” (March 18, 2013) Amen!!! April 12, 2022 Reflection – And it was night…

And it was night… April 12, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! In the readings for Mass today, we hear how Judas, steeped in his avarice and pride, accepted the morsel from Jesus, and went off to betray Him. Jesus, though so sad at the loss of Judas, realized that this was the moment when He would be glorified. Glorified in His Crucifixion and Death on the Cross in order to save us. Only the powerful love of Jesus could have accepted to die in this way for us, lowly and sinful as we are. From the Gospel of John at Mass today: So Judas took the morsel and left at once. And it was night. When he had left, Jesus said, “Now is the Son of Man glorified, and God is glorified in him. If God is glorified in him, God will also glorify him in himself, and he will glorify him at once. My children, I will be with you only a little while longer.” (John 13:31-33) In this message Our Lady prays for those who betray her Son: September 2, 2014 “Dear children, I, your mother, am coming anew among you out of love which has no end, from endless love of the endless Heavenly Father. And as I am looking into your hearts I see that many of you accept me as a mother and, with sincere and pure hearts, you desire to be my apostles. But, I am also the mother of those of you who do not accept me and who, in the hardness of your hearts, do not desire to come to know the love of my Son. And you do not know how much my heart suffers and how much I pray to my Son for you. I pray to Him to heal your souls because He can do so. I pray to Him to illuminate you with the miracle of the Holy Spirit so that you may stop, always anew, betraying, cursing and wounding Him. With all my heart I pray for you to understand that only my Son is the salvation and the light of the world. And you, my children, my dear apostles, always carry my Son in your hearts and thoughts. In this way you are carrying love. All those who do not know Him will recognize Him in your love. I am always beside you. In a special way I am beside your shepherds because my Son has called them to lead you on the way to eternity. Thank you, my apostles, for your sacrifice and love.” In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! April 11, 2022 Reflection – A Light for the Nations…

A Light for the Nations… April 11, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! From the 1st Reading at Mass today: “I, the lord, have called you for the victory of justice, I have grasped you by the hand; I formed you, and set you as a covenant of the people, a light for the nations, to open the eyes of the blind, to bring out prisoners from confinement, and from the dungeon, those who live in darkness.” (Isaiah 42:6-7) Our Lady speaks about Jesus, the Light for our lives: December 25, 2020 (Jakov) “Dear children, also today Jesus is here beside you, even when you think that you are alone and that light does not exist in your life. He is here and has never left you or distanced Himself from you. The light of His birth illuminates this world and your life. His Heart is always open towards you, to receive your every pain, every trial, fear and need. His arms are extended towards you, that as a father, He may embrace you and tell you how important you are for Him, how much He loves you and cares for His children. Children, is your heart open towards Jesus? Have you completely surrendered your life into His hands? Have you accepted Jesus as your father, to whom you can always turn and in Him find consolation and everything you need to live true faith? That is why, my children, surrender your hearts to Jesus and permit Him to begin to rule your lives, because only in this way, will you accept the present and be able to face the world in which you live today. With Jesus, every fear, suffering and pain disappear, because your heart accepts His will and everything that comes into your life. Jesus will give you the faith to accept everything and nothing will distance you from Him — because He firmly holds you by the hand and does not permit for you to distance and lose yourselves in difficult moments — because He has become the Lord of your life. I bless you with my motherly blessing.” In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan (c)Mary TV 2022

April 8, 2022 Reflection – By His wounds we have been healed…

By His wounds we have been healed… April 8, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! “Jesus bore our sins in his own body on the cross, so that dead to sin, we might live for righteousness. By his wounds we have been healed.” 1 Peter 2:24 May 2, 2012 “Dear children! With motherly love I implore you to give me your hands, permit me to lead you. I, as a mother, desire to save you from restlessness, despair and eternal exile. My Son, by His death on the Cross, showed how much He loves you; He sacrificed Himself for your sake and the sake of your sins. Do not keep rejecting His sacrifice and do not keep renewing His sufferings with your sins. Do not keep shutting the doors of Heaven to yourselves. My children, do not waste time. Nothing is more important than unity in my Son. I will help you because the Heavenly Father is sending me so that, together, we can show the way of grace and salvation to all those who do not know Him. Do not be hardhearted. Have confidence in me and adore my Son. My children, you cannot be without the shepherds. May they be in your prayers every day. Thank you.” In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! April 7, 2022 Reflection – Before Abraham came to be, I AM!

Before Abraham came to be, I AM! April 7, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! Our Gospel for today tells us: So the Jews said to Him, “You are not yet fifty years old and you have seen Abraham?” Jesus said to them, “Amen, amen, I say to you, before Abraham came to be, I AM.” So they picked up stones to throw at him; but Jesus hid and went out of the temple area.” (John 8: 57-58) Throughout the eighth chapter of the Gospel of John, Jesus has to argue with the Jews. They just couldn’t get who He was. They couldn’t wrap their minds around Jesus truly being God’s Son. And so they finally got violent. Jesus had to hide and flee. Faith is a gift. Many people glimpsed that faith while Jesus walked among them, but it wasn’t until He died and rose again, that the Holy Spirit could pour out the Gift of Faith in abundance. But each generation since Jesus died and rose, has had to come to grips with faith in Jesus. Every generation is in need of a living encounter with Jesus. Faith is not inbred. Each new generation must meet Jesus. One person at a time! Our Lady spoke about faith, and its importance in this message: October 2, 2016 “Dear children, the Holy Spirit, according to the Heavenly Father, made me the mother – the mother of Jesus – and by this alone, also your mother. That is why I am coming to hear you, that I may open my motherly arms to you; to give you my heart and to call you to remain with me, because from the top of the cross my Son entrusted you to me. Unfortunately, many of my children have not come to know the love of my Son; many of them do not want to come to know Him. Oh, my children, how much bad is done by those who must see or interpret in order to come to believe. That is why, you, my children, my apostles, in the silence of your heart, listen to the voice of my Son, so that your heart may be His home, that it may not be dark and sad, but that it may be illuminated with the light of my Son. Seek hope with faith, because faith is the life of the soul. Anew I am calling you: pray, pray to live faith in humility, in spiritual peace, and illuminated by the light. My children, do not strive to comprehend everything immediately, because I also did not comprehend everything immediately; but I loved, and I believed in the divine words which my Son spoke – He who was the first light and the beginning of redemption. Apostles of my love – you who pray, sacrifice yourselves, love and do not judge – you go and spread the truth, the words of my Son, the Gospel, because you are the living Gospel; you are the rays of the light of my Son. My Son and I will be with you to encourage you and to test you. My children, always implore the blessing of those, and only of those whose hands have been blessed by my Son, of your shepherds. Thank you.” May we seek hope with faith, because faith is the life of our souls. In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan (c)Mary TV 2022

April 6, 2022 Reflection – If you remain in me…

If you remain in me… April 6, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! Our Gospel for today tells us: Jesus said to the Jews who believed in him, “If you remain in my word, you will truly be my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:31) Jesus tells us that to be his disciples, we must remain in Him. What does it mean to remain in Jesus? It seems we must stay focused on Him, desire Him, trust Him, live for Him, follow Him, listen to Him, admire Him, choose Him, and rest in Him. No one else should distract us from Him. We should stay with Jesus. And if we do, we will know the truth! Imagine that! If we remain with Jesus, we will acquire the Truth. And what is so important about that? The Truth is the only way to freedom and peace. Our Lady told us the same thing in this message from 2010: July 2, 2010 “Dear children; my motherly call, which I direct to you today, is a call of truth and life. My Son, who is life, loves you and knows you in truth. To come to know and to love yourself, you must come to know my Son; to come to know and to love others, you must see my Son in them. Therefore, my children, pray, pray, that you may comprehend and surrender with a spirit that is free, be completely transformed and, in this way, may have the Kingdom of Heaven in your heart on earth. Thank you!” May it be so!! May it be so!!! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan (c)Mary TV 2022

April 5, 2022 Reflection – Lifted up!

When I am lifted up… April 5, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! Our Gospel for today tells us: “So Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will realize that I AM…” (John 8:28) Jesus tirelessly answered the questions of those who didn’t understand Him. They wanted to know who He was. Finally he made it clear. “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will realize that I AM!” It was the Cross that would reveal Jesus as our God. It was His brutal death on the Cross that would show His kingship and His power. During His passion, Jesus never stopped loving those who crucified Him. And he never stopped loving each one of us, whose sins demanded that He die for us. He never stopped, not for a millisecond. If He ever would stop we would be annihilated. Jesus’ love endured the Cross, and He emerged, triumphant. In His lifting up, Jesus revealed Himself as God, Victor over death and source of love and life! Our Lady speaks to us about the Cross and what it should mean to us now: March 25, 1997 “Dear children! Today, in a special way, I invite you to take the cross in the hands and to meditate on the wounds of Jesus. (Our Lady calls us to take the Cross in our hands…the Cross that was lifted up, now comes down into our hands, where we can adore Jesus with love, almost cradling Him close to us. We can see and feel the love He showed us in His Crucifixion and let that love into our hearts.) Ask of Jesus to heal your wounds, which you, dear children, during your life sustained because of your sins or the sins of your parents. (While cradling Jesus on the Cross, we can open our hearts to Him for healing. Jesus died for us so that we could be healed of the evil that has harmed us all our lives…) Only in this way, dear children, you will understand that the world is in need of healing of faith in God the Creator. (Once we experience Jesus’ healing love, we will see how many others are in need of that same healing, especially in the healing of their faith. So many are left alone in despair without Jesus.) By Jesus’ passion and death on the cross, you will understand that only through prayer you, too, can become true apostles of faith; when, in simplicity and prayer, you live faith which is a gift. (As we gaze upon Jesus’ death on the Cross, we will receive the grace to share His love with others, so that they will believe in Him and be saved.) Thank you for having responded to my call.” (Our Lady is always so grateful for our attention and our open ears. She doesn’t expect that anyone will listen to her. She is so humble…) We pray: Dear Jesus, be lifted up in our hearts today. May we gaze upon your wounds and see our salvation. May we contemplate your pain, and unite our little pains to yours, for the needs of others. May we realize that the world is in need of healing of faith in God the Creator, and do all we can to provide that healing. We love you, Jesus. We love you, Mary. In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! April 4, 2022 Reflection – The Light of the World…

I am the Light of the World… April 4, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! In the Gospel for today we hear these words: “Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness but will have the light of life.” (John 8:12) Our Lady speaks: November 2, 2010 “Dear children; With motherly perseverance and love I am bringing you the light of life to destroy the darkness of death in you. Do not reject me, my children. Stop and look within yourselves and see how sinful you are. Be aware of your sins and pray for forgiveness. My children, you do not desire to accept that you are weak and little, but you can be strong and great by doing God’s will. Give me your cleansed hearts that I may illuminate them with the light of life, my Son. Thank you.” In these most difficult days, when there is a great battle between light and the darkness, truth and lies, good and evil, hope and despair, love and no-love, eternal life and eternal damnation, Our Lady is calling us to receive her Son, who is Light, Truth, Good, Hope, Love, and Eternal life…the Light of Life! We can find our way through the battle, by holding on to her hand and giving her our hearts, cleansed in confession and filled with the Light of her Son! Mother, thank you for bringing us the Light of Life! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan (c)Mary TV 2022 PS. April 1, 2022 Reflection – This lost world…

In this lost world… April 1, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! Our Mother speaks to us: May 25, 2021 “Dear children! Today I am looking at you and calling: return to God because He is love and out of love has sent me to you to lead you on the way of conversion. Leave sin and evil, decide for holiness and joy will begin to reign; and you will be my extended hands in this lost world. I desire that you be prayer and hope to those who have not come to know the God of love. Thank you for having responded to my call.” It really struck me that Our Lady said: “and you will be my extended hands in the lost world…” Every time I read it, my heart thuds a bit. What does she mean by “lost world?” Is it a world already condemned? Is it a world that has become completely disconnected from the Lord? I think not. No one is lost eternally until their judgement. But what does she mean? This story from Luke 19 I think explains it: He entered Jericho and was passing through. And there was a man named Zacchae’us; he was a chief tax collector, and rich. And he sought to see who Jesus was, but could not, on account of the crowd, because he was small of stature. So he ran on ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see him, for he was to pass that way. And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up and said to him, “Zacchae’us, make haste and come down; for I must stay at your house today.” So he made haste and came down, and received him joyfully. And when they saw it they all murmured, “He has gone in to be the guest of a man who is a sinner.” And Zacchae’us stood and said to the Lord, “Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have defrauded any one of anything, I restore it fourfold.” And Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, since he also is a son of Abraham. For the Son of man came to seek and to save the lost.” (Luke 19:1-10) Zacchae’us was lost. Jesus found him and brought him back. Zacchae’us was lost like the lost sheep in the parable of the Luke 15, that wandered away from the 99 and had to be found by the Shepherd. Zacchae’us was a lost sheep and Jesus the Shepherd found him and carried him home. Our world is lost in that sense. So many of God’s children have lost their way. They have wandered off the path and ended up in a thicket, full of sin and sorrow and confusion and anger, and pain. To be lost from the Shepherd is to be alone and afraid. To be lost from the Shepherd is to be vulnerable to the enemy. That is our world today. So Our Lady has been sent to call us back to her Son, the Shepherd of our souls who can lead us home. And we can help her. If we repent and convert, and follow her, she says: you will be my extended hands in this lost world. In other words, we can help Our Lady to lead other lost sheep back to Jesus, if we follow her on the way of conversion. This lost world may yet find its way back to God. In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! March 31, 2022 Reflection – “Return to God and to prayer…”

Return to God and to prayer… March 31, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! “Return to God and to prayer…” Our Lady has called us to prayer from the very first days of her apparitions. Prayer is the 1st Stone. She has built a prayer program in Medjugorje like no other! From early morning till late at night prayer continues in and around the Church and on the mountain sides. Rosaries, Chaplets, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Veneration of the Cross, personal prayer at the Risen Christ Statue and the Statues around the Church, prayer as the people climb Apparition Hill, walk to the Blue Cross, climb Cross Mountain. Prayer in Church, prayer in the fields, prayer in the family, prayer in the pilgrim pansions…So much prayer. She has asked for three hours of prayer a day, minimum. But as we know, it is easy to wander away from prayer, especially when we return home from our pilgrimages. So she has had to call us back to prayer over and over again. She never tires. She knows that if we do not pray, we will lose our way in this world where Satan fights to drag us away from God. Our Mother speaks to us: October 25, 2020 “Dear children, At this time, I am calling you to return to God and to prayer. Invoke the help of all the saints, for them to be an example and a help to you. Satan is strong and is fighting to draw all the more hearts to himself. He wants war and hatred. That is why I am with you for this long, to lead you to the way of salvation, to Him who is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Little children, return to the love for God and He will be your strength and refuge. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Mother, help us to respond to this message with wisdom and openness of heart, so that we can be guided by you and guide others to you. Help us to pray, pray, pray, and then God will be our strength and refuge. In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2022
