July 25, 2023 Reflection – While we wait for the message…

July 25, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Today we will await a message from Our Lady!! Like children, we look forward to Our Mother’s words to us. It is a blessed thing to anticipate the message. It shows our attachment to Our Lady. She has not failed us all these years. She has come every day to the visionaries, and given us messages every 25th of the month since 1987. We are so blessed!! While we wait I have a couple of things to share with you about this week. #1 On Wednesday evening, the Youth Festival begins! At the end of the email is the schedule for the entire festival! #2 To make way for the afternoon session, Denis and I will be live from 3:00 to 3:50 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, to pray the Rosary with all of you. At 3:50 Sarah Zubac will give a brief introduction for the afternoon session! We hope to have interviews throughout the festival as well! #3 For all of you who view Mary TV on ROKU, the issue with the live windows has been resolved. Here is what Mario tells us: Hi Cathy, the update rolls out tomorrow (July 25) at 10am US time. All Roku users will automatically get the update, they won’t need to do anything. Anyhow if they are still getting the old version after tomorrow, they’ll need to manually update it. Which is easy, navigate to the Marytv app, hold the * star on the remote and hit update!! This is the new version: Update v18.2 Update v18.0 is the broken version that is being replaced. You should have v18.2 now. Ok! That’s it!! I will leave you with the message from June 25, 2023, to prepare for the new message coming later today! Dear children! The Most High permits me to be among you — to pray for you, to be a Mother to you and to be your refuge. Little children, I am calling you: return to God and to prayer and God will bless you abundantly. Thank you for having responded to my call. (June 25, 2023). God bless! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! July 24, 2023 Reflection – Fear not!

Fear not!   July 24, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! In the first reading for Mass today, Moses has led God’s people out of Egypt, and they are camped at the shore of the Red Sea. But Pharaoh has a change of heart and decides to lead his army out after Moses and the people. His army traps them by the sea, and they are terrified! The people complain to Moses: “Were there no burial places in Egypt that you had to bring us out here to die in the desert?” The have very quickly forgotten all the wonders the Lord had done for them to free them from the Egyptians. We can be very much like those people by the Red Sea. It is very easy to forget what God has already done for us, and not trust Him with our future. But here is what Moses said to the people: “Fear not! Stand your ground, and you will see the victory the Lord will win for you today. These Egyptians whom you see today you will never see again. The Lord himself will fight for you; you have only to keep still.” We know what happened! The sea parted to let the people of God pass through, and then flowed over the Egyptian army, completely destroying it! And this event was to stand as a reminder to the Jewish people and to us all of God’s power to save! Our Lady has called us to remember this event and all her Son has done to save us as well, so that we will also be faithful and strong and not give in to fear! March 25, 2021 “Dear children! Also, today I am with you to tell you: Little children, [he] who prays does not fear the future and does not lose hope. You are chosen to carry joy and peace, because you are mine. I have come here with the name ‘Queen of Peace’ because the devil wants peacelessness and war, he wants to fill your heart with fear of the future – but the future is God’s. That is why, be humble and pray, and surrender everything into the hands of the Most High Who created you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” We, like the People of God on the shore of the Red Sea, are in the hands of God! Fear Not!! The Future is God’s!!! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! July 21, 2023 Reflection – Do not be anxious or worried…

Do not be anxious or worried…   July 21, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! I found this message from 1988!! It is as relevant and important today as it was 35 years ago. Our Lady’s plans have not changed! Let’s open our hearts to her words today: May 25, 1988 “Dear children! I am inviting you to a complete surrender to God. Pray, little children, that satan may not carry you about like the branches in the wind. Be strong in God. I desire that through you the whole world may get to know the God of joy. By your life bear witness for God’s joy. Do not be anxious nor worried. God himself will help you and show you the way. I desire that you love all men with my love. Only in that way can love reign over the world. Little children, you are mine. I love you and want you to surrender to me so that I can lead you to God. Never cease praying so that satan cannot take advantage of you. Pray for the knowledge that you are mine. I bless you with blessings of joy. Thank you for having responded to my call.” In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Marytv.tv

July 20, 2023 Reflection – Come to me, all you who labor…

Come to me, all you who labor…   July 20, 2023 St. Apollinaris Dear Family of Mary! The Gospel Reading for today: Jesus said: “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.” (Mt 11: 28-30) And a message from Our Lady: April 25, 2001 “Dear children! Also today, I call you to prayer. Little children, prayer works miracles. When you are tired and sick and you do not know the meaning of your life, take the Rosary and pray; pray until prayer becomes for you a joyful meeting with your Savior. I am with you, little children, and I intercede and pray for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Marytv.tv

July 19, 2023 Reflection – You have revealed them to the childlike…

You have revealed them to the childlike…   July 19, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! In the Gospel for today’s Mass, Jesus rejoices in the Father’s gracious will! He rejoices that the Father chooses to reveal His mysteries to the childlike rather than the wise and the learned! Here is Jesus’ jubilant exclamation: At that time Jesus exclaimed: “I give praise to you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for although you have hidden these things from the wise and the learned you have revealed them to the childlike. Yes, Father, such has been your gracious will. All things have been handed over to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son wishes to reveal him.” (Mt 11:25-27) The Father loves His children! Jesus loves them too! Children depend on their parents, and they trust them in everything. Children listen very carefully to their parents, with open and pure hearts. (Yes, they can be naughty once in a while, but it doesn’t last long!) Children are openhearted! This is the quality Jesus is extolling in the Gospel. In this message, Our Lady shows us the way to become childlike again! She also understands the value of a childlike spirit. Notice how she calls us “children” four times in this message!! She can’t hide her desire for us to be childlike! July 25, 1996 “Dear children! Today I invite you to decide every day for God. Little children, you speak much about God, but you witness little with your life. Therefore, little children, decide for conversion, that your life may be true before God, so that in the truth of your life you witness the beauty God gave you. Little children, I invite you again to decide for prayer because through prayer, you will be able to live the conversion. Each one of you shall become in the simplicity, similar to a child which is open to the love of the Father. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Through our conversion and our desire for truth, we will begin to understand who God is and who we are in relation to Him. We will understand that we are little children who are open to the love of the Father!!! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan www.marytv.tv

July 18, 2023 Reflection – Give me your open, purified hearts…

Give me your open, purified hearts…   July 18, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady has asked us several times in her messages to give her our hearts. She desires the gift of our hearts. But what does this mean? How do you give someone your heart? When I ponder my heart, it seems that all my secrets, all my loves, all my hopes and dreams are somehow found in my heart. My heart is ground zero for my person. It is where I truly am found. My heart is very private, almost locked away. And yet, the doors fly open when I encounter a baby or a small child, and I see their vulnerability, their honesty and their purity. My heart opens to them automatically. My heart is me. And my heart longs for communion with others. That is what we are made for by God. That is why my heart opens so freely with little ones. They do not frighten me away! But we are meant for so much more. We are meant for the holy and eternal communion with God and all those in heaven. This is my heart’s desire, for sure. And so when Our Lady asks us to give her our hearts, it is a big request. She knows it is a big request too. But she also knows that if we give her our hearts, she will heal them and make them ready for that eternal communion with God we so long for. So what are we waiting for? Let’s give her our hearts, open and ready to be filled with God’s love. She told us: October 2, 2013 “Dear children, I love you with a motherly love and with a motherly patience I wait for your love and unity. I pray that you may be a community of God’s children, of my children. I pray that as a community you may joyfully come back to life in the faith and in the love of my Son. My children, I am gathering you as my apostles and am teaching you how to bring others to come to know the love of my Son; how to bring to them the Good News, which is my Son. Give me your open, purified hearts and I will fill them with the love for my Son. His love will give meaning to your life and I will walk with you. I will be with you until the meeting with the Heavenly Father. My children, it is those who walk towards the Heavenly Father with love and faith who will be saved. Do not be afraid. I am with you. Put your trust in your shepherds as my Son trusted when He chose them, and pray that they may have the strength and the love to lead you. Thank you.” Yes, Mother, we want to give you our hearts, open and purified, so you can make us ready for communion. We want you to prepare us for the Heavenly Father, in the love of your Son. We say yes! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Marytv.tv

July 17, 2023 Reflection – I am coming to you as a mother…

I am coming to you as a mother…   July 17, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! I chose this picture because of the beautiful young mother with her children all huddled beneath the statue of Our Lady on Podbrodo! Our Lady wants us to huddle close to her in just this same way. She wants to guide us, comfort us and teach us so that we will grow into mature sons and daughters of the Father. She is with us to do just that. Here is a beautiful message in which she invites us to be her children: March 2, 2014 “Dear children, I am coming to you as a mother and I desire that in me, as in a mother, you may find your abode, consolation and rest. Therefore, my children, apostles of my love, pray. Pray with humble devotion, obedience and complete trust in the Heavenly Father. Trust as I have trusted when it was said to me that I will bring the blessing of the promise. May out of your hearts, from your lips, always come forth ‘May your will be done!’ Therefore, trust and pray so that I can intercede for you before the Lord, for him to give you the Heavenly Blessing and fill you with the Holy Spirit. Then he will be able to help all those who do not know the Lord – you, apostles of my love, will help them to call him ‘Father’ with complete trust. Pray for your shepherds and place your trust in their blessed hands. Thank you.” Yes, Mother, we will pray as you are teaching us to pray… “May out of your hearts, from your lips, always come forth, ‘May your will be done!’” In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! July 14, 2023 Reflection – Mary, Mother of Exorcists, pray for us!

Mary, Mother of exorcists, pray for us!   July 14, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady has been with us in Medjugorje for 42 years now. She has given us many messages, much teaching, much encouragement, much love and joy! She truly is our mother. But recently I have learned much more about Our Lady. She would never say it, but she has great power to defeat the devil. In her purity, holiness, humility and complete love for God, she is invulnerable to the enemies attacks, and the devil actually runs from her in great fear. From the early days of the apparitions in Medjugorje, there would be demonic manifestations amongst the pilgrims especially at apparition time. In the midst of the great silence, as pilgrims would greet Our Lady, there would be screams and loud cries from those who were suffering from demonic infestations. The devils cannot remain hidden when Our Lady comes. They manifest and scream in fear. This is a demonstration of Our Lady’s power over the enemy and his minions. Mary is called “The Terror of Demons”! Exorcists all attest to her power during exorcisms. Monsignor Stephen Rossetti gave testimony to this power in a recent blog on his website. Here is a link to that diary entry: https://www.catholicexorcism.org/post/exorcist-diary-248-mary-mother-of-exorcists Here is what he said: I have never heard of Jesus personally showing up in an exorcism and casting out the demons. Perhaps it has happened but I have not yet heard of one. Of course, it is in Jesus’ holy name that the demons are cast out. Recently, a possessed person told me that whenever I say the holy name of Jesus, it makes the demons “seriously angry” and he finds it “very painful.” Jesus’ death and resurrection is THE fundamental exorcism that smashed Satan’s kingdom. The name and power of Christ casts out demons. So then why doesn’t He personally show up at exorcisms? Understanding who Satan is and thus his punishment is important. Satan tried to make himself equal to God. As one of our exorcism prayers addresses Satan, “In your great pride you still presume to be held equal [to God].” One might speculate that if Jesus, the God-man, were to show up in person to cast out Satan, it would support his delusions that he can be on the same plane as God, to challenge Him, and to be equal to Him. But Satan is dust compared to Jesus; he is a lowly creature who has made himself even lower because of his evil. Moreover, it is often speculated by theologians that one of the reasons Satan originally rebelled against God was in response to the revelation of the Incarnation. For Satan, it was an insult that God would choose to exalt our lowly humanity instead of his superior angelic nature. Satan’s pride blinded him and he became enraged against Jesus and all of humanity, perpetually dedicated to destroying it. In response, Jesus sends a “lowly” woman from Palestine to cast him out. Her only “weapons” are her love for Jesus, her total humility, and her obedience to God. It is precisely in these that we humans triumph over evil. According to Divine justice, Satan is enduring a reality he never learned: the essence of true power belonging to God. As St. Paul says: “I will rather boast most gladly of my weaknesses, in order that the power of Christ may dwell with me” (2 Cor 12:9). I personally believe that the entire ministry of exorcism has been delegated by God to the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is the Mother of Exorcists; I believe she is spiritually present at every exorcism; and she often makes her presence directly felt in casting out Satan. I do not know a seasoned exorcist who does not have a deep, heart-felt devotion to the Mother of God. In fact, I tell new exorcists in training that such a devotion is not simply a pious addition to one’s ministry. It is essential. We begin every exorcism invoking the aid of the most powerful Mother of God. Mary, Mother of Exorcists, pray for us. https://www.catholicexorcism.org/post/exorcist-diary-248-mary-mother-of-exorcists I agree with Msgr Rossetti! I actually believe that every time Our Lady comes to us in Medjugorje, she is doing exorcisms. She is waging a war with the devil that he cannot win. And she is beginning in Medjugorje. Why else would we feel so much peace in that place? We experience the wonderful peace of God, without the interference of the devils. It is palpable. She has come to defeat the enemy of our souls. Here are two messages in which she tells us about the battle that she is waging for us and with us: February 25, 1994 “Dear children! Today I thank you for your prayers. All of you have helped me so that this war may end as soon as possible. I am close to you and I pray for each one of you and I beg you: pray, pray, pray. Only through prayer can we defeat evil and protect all that satan wants to destroy in your lives. I am your Mother and I love you all equally, and I intercede for you before God. Thank you for having responded to my call.” October 25, 1984 “Dear children! Pray during this month. God allows me every day to help you with graces to defend yourselves against evil. This is my month. I want to give it to you. You just pray and God will give you the graces you are seeking. I will help along with it. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Let’s cooperate with the graces Our Lady is bringing to us, and help her to defeat our common enemy. This time is Our Lady’s time. This is the time of victory! Mary, Mother of Exorcists, pray for us! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Marytv.tv

July 13, 2023 Reflection – My call for you is prayer…

My call for you is prayer…   July 13, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! July 25, 2019 “Dear children! My call for you is prayer. May prayer be a joy for you and a wreath which binds you to God. Little children, trials will come and you will not be strong, and sin will reign but, if you are mine, you will win, because your refuge will be the Heart of my Son Jesus. Therefore, little children, return to prayer until prayer becomes life for you in the day and the night. Thank you for having responded to my call.” In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Marytv.tv

In a special way, little children, thank you for having responded to my call. I am preparing you for the new times that you may be firm in faith and persevering in prayer, so that the Holy Spirit may work through you and renew the face of the earth. I am praying with you for peace which is the most precious gift, even though Satan wants war and hatred. You, little children, be my extended hands and proudly go with God. Thank you for having responded to my call.” In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Marytv.tv
