In a special way, little children, thank you for having responded to my call. I am preparing you for the new times that you may be firm in faith and persevering in prayer, so that the Holy Spirit may work through you and renew the face of the earth. I am praying with you for peace which is the most precious gift, even though Satan wants war and hatred. You, little children, be my extended hands and proudly go with God. Like sheep without a shepherd…   July 11, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! “Jesus went around to all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom, and curing every disease and illness. At the sight of the crowds, his heart was moved with pity for them because they were troubled and abandoned, like sheep without a shepherd…” Mt 9:34-37 Jesus’s heart was moved by the plight of the people. He wanted to help them all. He wanted them all to know His love, the Father’s love. Jesus’ compassion consumed Him. He finally gave His all for us on the Cross, offering Himself as a ransom for all of us. We can only love Him as best we can! Our Lady has a similar love for us and is with us to draw us to Jesus, one by one, through her presence. She said to us: November 25, 1991 “Dear Children! This time also I am inviting you to prayer. Pray that you might be able to comprehend what God desires to tell you through my presence and through the messages I am giving you. I desire to draw you ever closer to Jesus and to His wounded heart that you might be able to comprehend the immeasurable love which gave itself for each one of you. Therefore, dear children, pray that from your heart would flow a fountain of love to every person – both to the one who hates you and to the one who despises you. That way you will be able through Jesus’ love to overcome all the misery in this world of sorrows, which is without hope for those who do not know Jesus. I am with you and I love you with the immeasurable love of Jesus. Thank you for all your sacrifices and prayers. Pray so I might be able to help you still more. Your prayers are necessary to me. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Mother loves us with the love of Jesus. Her compassion comes from His. Her desire for our blessing and healing comes from His desire. Their hearts are one. Jesus sent her to us in these days to prepare us for heaven, to heal us with her love and teach us holiness, so we will be able to join Him in Heaven. She is our Mediatrix in these days. Our job is to listen to her and learn from her the way. Then in turn we must help our brothers and sisters. By God’s will I am here with you in this place.   July 10, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! In the first reading for today at Mass, Jacob encounters the Lord at a shrine that he came upon on his journey. God used that place, that shrine, as a place to meet Jacob and bless him. Here is the encounter: Jacob departed from Beer-sheba and proceeded toward Haran. When he came upon a certain shrine, as the sun had already set, he stopped there for the night. Taking one of the stones at the shrine, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep at that spot. Then he had a dream: a stairway rested on the ground, with its top reaching to the heavens; and God’s messengers were going up and down on it. And there was the Lord standing beside him and saying: “I, the Lord, am the God of your forefather Abraham and the God of Isaac; the land on which you are lying I will give to you and your descendants. These shall be as plentiful as the dust of the earth, and through them you shall spread out east and west, north and south. In you and your descendants all the nations of the earth shall find blessing. Know that I am with you; I will protect you wherever you go, and bring you back to this land. I will never leave you until I have done what I promised you.”  When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he exclaimed, “Truly, the Lord is in this spot, although I did not know it!” In solemn wonder he cried out: “How awesome is this shrine! This is nothing else but an abode of God, and that is the gateway to heaven!” Early the next morning Jacob took the stone that he had put under his head, set it up as a memorial stone, and poured oil on top of it. He called the site Bethel, whereas the former name of the town had been Luz.  Jacob then made this vow: “If God remains with me, to protect me on this journey I am making and to give me enough bread to eat and clothing to wear, and I come back safe to my father’s house, the Lord shall be my God. This stone that I have set up as a memorial stone shall be God’s abode.” (Genesis 28:10-22a) God used that shrine, that spot on earth, to reveal Himself to Jacob and declare His plan for Jacob’s life. Jacob was changed by that encounter. God established His covenant with Jacob, who would be the father now of the Jewish people. God uses places. He is concrete with us! We are humans with bodies and souls. We are concrete as well. God knows we need to be attached to Him in the concreteness of our lives! And so He chose Bethel as a place of encounter with Jacob. I believe that the Lord has chosen a concrete place of encounter for us in our day. He has sent Our Lady to this concrete place in order to communicate to the people of our day His concrete plan for humanity! That plan has everything to do with Our Lady! She has come to lead us all back to God and to rescue us from the plans of Satan. Medjugorje is the shrine that God has chosen for this moment in time. It is here that we can encounter the Lord through Our Lady’s presence, and through the Sacraments that are so beautifully provided for us through the parish. Medjugorje is our Bethel! Our Lady said to us: May 2, 2008 “Dear children, By God’s will I am here with you in this place. I desire that you open your hearts to me and to accept me as a mother. With my love I will teach you simplicity of life and richness of mercy and I will lead you to my Son. The way to Him can be difficult and painful but do not be afraid, I will be with you. My hands will hold you to the very end, to eternal happiness; therefore do not be afraid to open yourselves to me. Thank you. Pray for priests. My Son gave them to you as a gift…” February 25, 1995 “Dear children! Today I invite you to become missionaries of my messages, which I am giving here through this place that is dear to me. God has allowed me to stay this long with you and therefore, little children, I invite you to live with love the messages I give and to transmit them to the whole world, so that a river of love flows to people who are full of hatred and without peace. I invite you, little children, to become peace where there is no peace and light where there is darkness, so that each heart accepts the light and the way of salvation. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady has been sent to “this place” by God! She is with us in Medjugorje to rescue us and bring us all to heaven, to eternal happiness. Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I say rejoice!   July 7, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Here is some homework for us this weekend! A scripture and a message that we need to ponder and put into practice!! These words are spiritual protection for us, and a gift we can give to others as well. First the Scripture: Philippians 4:4-9 “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let all men know your forbearance. The Lord is at hand. Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, do; and the God of peace will be with you.” And now the message from Our Lady of Medjugorje: May 25, 2006 “Dear children! Also today I call you to put into practice and to live my messages that I am giving you. Decide for holiness, little children, and think of heaven. Only in this way, will you have peace in your heart that no one will be able to destroy. Peace is a gift, which God gives you in prayer. With every morning sunrise, God calls you to convert…   July 6, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! September 25, 1998 “Dear children! Today, I call you to become my witnesses by living the faith of your fathers. Little children, you seek signs and messages and do not see that, with every morning sunrise, God calls you to convert and to return to the way of truth and salvation. You speak much, little children, but you work little on your conversion. That is why, convert and start to live my messages, not with your words but with your life. In this way, little children, you will have the strength to decide for the true conversion of the heart. Thank you for having responded to my call.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! And God will bless you abundantly   July 5, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady concluded her June 25, 2023 Message with these words: …return to God and to prayer and God will bless you abundantly…. (June 25, 2023) It seems that Our Lady has come to open our hearts to the blessings that God longs to give us. She wants us to open our hearts to God and allow Him to bless us! But this openness and trust seems to be difficult for many of us. We just don’t trust God as we aught. Mother Mary can help us to trust God. Her entire life on earth was a demonstration of how to trust God in everything, and to love Him unconditionally and totally. She can help us to learn to trust God! For example, listen to this message: November 25, 2016 “Dear children! Also today, I am calling you to return to prayer. In this time of grace, God has permitted me to lead you towards holiness and a simple life – that in little things you discover God the Creator; that you fall in love with Him; and that your life be a thanksgiving to the Most High for everything He is giving you. Little children, in love, may your life be a gift for others and God will bless you; but you, witness without interest – out of love for God. I am with you and intercede before my Son for all of you. Thank you for having responded to my call…” Our Lady wants to help us to fall in love with God. This is the key to living a wonderful life, a life full of hope and joy and peace. Return to God and to prayer…     July 4, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Dear children! The Most High permits me to be among you — to pray for you, to be a Mother to you and to be your refuge. Little children, I am calling you: return to God and to prayer and God will bless you abundantly. Thank you for having responded to my call. (June 25, 2023) Our Lady closed her message for June 25, 2023 with a call to return to God and to prayer. This call is not new. But it seems it have grown in intensity and urgency. I have collected several messages from years past, in which Our Lady called us to “return to God and to prayer”. May her words penetrate our hearts as never before! We must return to God and to prayer!!! Return to God and to prayer, and may prayer begin to reign in your hearts, families and communities, so that the Holy Spirit may lead and inspire you to every day be more open to God’s will and to His plan for each of you. (07/25/2014) Therefore, little children, return to God and to prayer so that your heart may sing with joy. (06/25/2015) Therefore, little children, in humility of heart return to God and to His commandments so that with all of your heart you are able to say: as it is in Heaven so may it be on earth. (01/02/2016) I am calling you: return to God and to prayer that it may be good for you on earth. (04/25/2016) Return to God and His Commandments, so that the Holy Spirit may change your lives and the face of this earth, which is in need of renewal in the spirit. (05/25/2020) I am with you and anew am calling you, little children: return to God and to prayer until prayer will be a joy for you. (08/25/2020) Therefore, little children, return to God and to prayer, to fasting and to renunciation, for all those who are downtrodden, poor, and have no voice in this world without God. Little children, if you do not return to God and His Commandments, you do not have a future. (02/25/2022) I am calling you to return to God and to God’s Commandments that it may be good for you on earth, and that you may come out of this crisis into which you have entered because you are not listening to God who loves you and desires to save you and lead you to a new life. (03/25/2022) Return to God, return to prayer – and the Holy Spirit will fill you with His love which gives joy to the heart. Hope will grow in you, also for a better future, and you will become joyful witnesses of God’s mercy in you and around you. (04/25/2022) Little children, do not forget that you are important in my plan of salvation of mankind. Return to God and prayer that the Holy Spirit may work in you and through you. (06/25/2022) “Dear children! The Most High has sent me to you to teach you prayer. Prayer opens hearts and gives hope, and faith is born and strengthened. Little children, with love I am calling you: return to God, because God is love and your hope. You do not have a future if you do not decide for God; and that is why I am with you to guide you to decide for conversion and life, and not for death. “ (11/25/2022) Little children, I am calling you: return to God and to prayer and God will bless you abundantly. To be your refuge…   July 3, 2023 Feast of St. Thomas Dear Family of Mary! Dear children! The Most High permits me to be among you — to pray for you, to be a Mother to you and to be your refuge. Little children, I am calling you: return to God and to prayer and God will bless you abundantly. Thank you for having responded to my call. (June 25, 2023) Our Lady told us on June 25, 2023 that God has permitted her to be with us to be our refuge!!! He has sent her for that specific reason. We need a place of safety, a place of protection from the evil one, a place of rest from the storm. We need a place of recover from all our struggles, a place of peace far from the wars that surround us. Our Lady is that refuge. She is that safe place. Her Heart is a place where we can lay down our sorrows and worries and be safe from attack. She is a strong and secure refuge from the battles of the world. Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart is the safest place to be in this world today! She told us: January 25, 2012 “Dear children! With joy, also today I call you to open your hearts and to listen to my call. Anew, I desire to draw you closer to my Immaculate Heart, where you will find refuge and peace…” St. Bernard wrote a beautiful prayer about the Immaculate Heart of Mary! Let’s pray it today, and really begin to understand that She is our refuge, that safe place that we need so very much all our lives: In the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I Trust Look to the Star, Call upon Mary! In danger, in difficulty or in doubt, think of Mary, call upon Mary! Keep her name on your lips, Never let it pass out of your heart. Following in her footsteps, you will not go astray: praying to her, you will not fall into despair: thinking of her you will not err. While she keeps hold of your hand, you will not fall … you will not grow weary … you will have no fear … Enjoying her protection, you will reach the goal. (Saint Bernard) In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!   To be a Mother to you… June 29, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Dear children! The Most High permits me to be among you — to pray for you, to be a Mother to you and to be your refuge. Little children, I am calling you: return to God and to prayer and God will bless you abundantly. Thank you for having responded to my call. (June 25, 2023) Our Lady wants to be a Mother to us!!! This is the gift of God for us! He asked her to be the Mother of Jesus all those years ago, and she said, “Let it be done to me according to your will!” And today She tells us that She has been given permission to be our Mother as well! The Father has expanded His plan for Mary, by allowing her to be our Mother as well! This gift of Mary’s motherhood was first announced at the foot of the Cross when Jesus said to her, “Behold you son!” and St. John became her son. Mother Mary is the best of mothers!! To pray for you!   June 28, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Dear children! The Most High permits me to be among you — to pray for you, to be a Mother to you and to be your refuge. Little children, I am calling you: return to God and to prayer and God will bless you abundantly. Thank you for having responded to my call. (June 25, 2023) Our Lady prays for us! She intercedes on our behalf with the Father. She is with us in our lives, and she sees what we need! Here are some of the ways she prays for us: I pray for you and I intercede to God for peace; first peace in your hearts and also peace around you, so that God may be your peace. (06/25/92) I pray for you and I intercede for you before God, so that you may comprehend that each of you is a carrier of peace. (06/25/1997) Today I pray for you and with you that the Holy Spirit may help you and increase your faith, so that you may accept even more the messages that I am giving you here in this holy place. (06/25/02) I am with you and I pray for you and your conversion until you put God in the first place. (05/25/15) I pray for you to return to the right way, to my Son, your Savior, your Redeemer, to Him who gave you eternal life. (04/02/10) Our Lady prays for us! She has only our good in mind!
