My children, my words are simple…   February 8, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady speaks to us from her Mother’s Heart. She speaks simply, but gives to us the deepest truths of the faith. This message is an example of her simplicity and her truth, given to us in such a way that we can listen and follow her as her children. She wants us to change the world. She wants us to be true apostles of her Son. Who better can lead us in that way than Mary. September 2, 2018 “Dear children, my words are simple but are filled with motherly love and care. My children, all the more the shadows of darkness and deception are being cast over you, and I am calling you to the light and truth – I am calling you to my Son. Only He can transform despair and suffering into peace and clarity; only He can give hope in the deepest pain. My Son is the life of the world. The more that you come to know Him – the more that you come close to Him – all the more you will love Him, because my Son is love. Love changes everything; it makes most beautiful also that which, without love, seems insignificant to you. That is why, anew, I am saying to you that you must love a lot if you desire to grow spiritually. I know, apostles of my love, that it is not always easy, but, my children, also the painful paths are paths which lead to spiritual growth, to faith, and to my Son. My children, pray – think of my Son. In all the moments of the day, raise your soul to Him, and I will gather your prayers as flowers from the most beautiful garden and give them as a gift to my Son. Be true apostles of my love; spread the love of my Son to everyone. Be gardens of the most beautiful flowers. I am here. I am among you…   February 7, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Yesterday Denis and I were praying together in our morning prayer, and I had a little glimpse of Our Lady, sitting on a chair right across from us in our little prayer spot. It was fleeting, but I felt Mother Mary with us, quietly praying. It gave me such peace. Denis felt her too. I think she is with us in these days in just such a way, as if she is sitting with us in our homes, coming for a visit, praying a rosary with us. She is with us. It is certain that we need her. The times are serious. But I also think she is delighted to be so close to her children. This message seems to hint at Our Lady’s closeness. Let’s listen to her words and invite her into our homes from today onward. Oh how much we need her!!! February 2, 2015  “Dear children! I am here, I am among you. I am looking at you, am smiling at you and I love you in the way that only a mother can. Through the Holy Spirit who comes through my purity, I see your hearts and I offer them to my Son. Already for a long time I have been asking of you to be my apostles, to pray for those who have not come to know God’s love. I am asking for prayer said out of love, prayer which carries out works and sacrifices. Do not waste time thinking about whether you are worthy to be my apostles. The Heavenly Father will judge everyone; and you, love Him and listen to Him. I know that all of this confuses you, even my very stay among you, but accept it with joy and pray that you may comprehend that you are worthy to work for Heaven. My love is upon you. Pray that my love may win in all hearts, because that is the love which forgives, gives and never stops. Try to feel how much I love you…   February 6, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady wants us to know her. She longs for a relationship with us. A real relationship that includes the sharing of our hearts. In this beautiful message she tells us of her deep desire to have a relationship with each one of us. She wants us to understand her heart, and how must she suffers for her children and longs for all of us to feel her love! And in the same way she longs for us to know and love her Son! Let’s not be deaf to her invitation! May 2, 2015 “Dear children, open your hearts and try to feel how much I love you and how much I desire for you to love my Son. I desire for you to come to know Him all the better, because it is impossible to know Him and not to love Him – because He is love. I, my children, know you. I know your pain and suffering because I lived through them. I laugh with you in your joy and I cry with you in your pain. I will never leave you. I will always speak to you with motherly tenderness. And I, as a mother, need your open hearts to spread the love of my Son with wisdom and simplicity. I need you to be open and sensitive to the good and mercy. I need you to be united with my Son, because I desire for you to be happy and to help me to bring happiness to all of my children. My apostles, I need you to show everyone the truth of God, so that my heart, which suffered and today suffers so much pain, can win in love. Pray for the holiness of your shepherds, so that in the name of my Son they can work miracles, because holiness works miracles. Thank you.” Our Lady needs us to spread the love of her Son! We can only do that if we have received the love of Jesus and the love of Mary. Only then will we be able to love others. We can not make it up. Great Love!   February 3, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady calls us to recognize the great love of Jesus, a love that saves us from all evil and draws us into His Heart. Listen to her call: “Dear children! I call you to, with complete trust and joy, bless the name of the Lord and, day by day, to give Him thanks from the heart for His great love. My Son, through that love which He showed by the Cross, gave you the possibility to be forgiven for everything; so that you do not have to be ashamed or to hide, and out of fear not to open the door of your heart to my Son. To the contrary, my children, reconcile with the Heavenly Father so that you may be able to come to love yourselves as my Son loves you. When you come to love yourselves, you will also love others; in them you will see my Son and recognize the greatness of His love. Live in faith! Through me, my Son is preparing you for the works which He desires to do through you – works through which He desires to be glorified. Give Him thanks. Especially thank Him for the shepherds – for your intercessors in the reconciliation with the Heavenly Father. I am thanking you, my children. Thank you.” (March 18, 2013) May we recognize the great love of Jesus which has been poured out upon us from the Cross. Today in Medjugorje the parish will venerate the Crucifix for an hour after Holy Mass. Mary TV will stream that veneration live starting at 7:00 pm Medjugorje time. It is exquisite. The Presentation!   February 2, 2023 Feast of the Presentation of the Lord! Dear Family of Mary! Today is the wonderful feast of the Presentation of the Lord. Little Jesus is presented to His Father in the temple by Mary and Joseph, as the law prescribed. And again the Holy Spirit exploded, giving both Simeon and Anna prophecies about the Messiah, Jesus, newborn!! As in the Visitation, so in the Presentation, the Holy Spirit cannot be held back! He just explodes with power, revealing the presence of the Lord!! Let us read the Gospel for today with great reverence and joy: Luke 2:22-40 And when the time came for their purification according to the law of Moses, they brought him up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord (as it is written in the law of the Lord, “Every male that opens the womb shall be called holy to the Lord”) and to offer a sacrifice according to what is said in the law of the Lord, “a pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.” Now there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon, and this man was righteous and devout, looking for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. And it had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he should not see death before he had seen the Lord’s Christ. And inspired by the Spirit he came into the temple; and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him according to the custom of the law, he took him up in his arms and blessed God and said, “Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word; for mine eyes have seen thy salvation which thou hast prepared in the presence of all peoples, a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to thy people Israel.” And his father and his mother marveled at what was said about him; and Simeon blessed them and said to Mary his mother, “Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising of many in Israel, and for a sign that is spoken against (and a sword will pierce through your own soul also), that thoughts out of many hearts may be revealed.” And there was a prophetess, Anna, the daughter of Phan’u-el, of the tribe of Asher; she was of a great age, having lived with her husband seven years from her virginity, and as a widow till she was eighty-four. She did not depart from the temple, worshiping with fasting and prayer night and day. And coming up at that very hour she gave thanks to God, and spoke of him to all who were looking for the redemption of Jerusalem. And when they had performed everything according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city, Nazareth. And the child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom; and the favor of God was upon him. (Luke 2:22-40) Our Lady has spoken to us about the sword that pierced her heart, the sword that Simeon saw. She tells us how she was able to bear this sword. Her words are powerful. March 18, 2018 “Dear children! My earthly life was simple. I loved and I rejoiced in small things. I loved life – the gift from God – even though pain and sufferings pierced my heart. My children, I had the strength of faith and boundless trust in God’s love. All those who have the strength of faith are stronger. Faith makes you live according to what is good and then the light of God’s love always comes at the desired moment. That is the strength which sustains in pain and suffering. My children, pray for the strength of faith, trust in the Heavenly Father, and do not be afraid. Know that not a single creature who belongs to God will be lost but will live forever. Every pain has its end and then life in freedom begins there where all of my children come – where everything is returned. My children, your battle is difficult. It will be even more difficult, but you follow my example.  Pray for the strength of faith; trust in the love of the Heavenly Father. I am with you. I am manifesting myself to you. I am encouraging you. With immeasurable motherly love I am caressing your souls. God’s will! February 1, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! We hear a lot about “God’s will” as Catholics and Christians. Jesus spoke of the Father’s will with such confidence and respect. He and the Father are one, and so Jesus was seeing things completely from the Father’s perspective, the Father’s plan for each one of us. And He urged his disciples to seek their part in that plan: “Not every one who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.” (Mt 7:21) But how are we to know God’s will for us? Our Lady has spoken to us so beautifully about this question. Here is one message: July 25, 2014 “Dear children! You are not aware of the graces that you are living at this time in which the Most High is giving you signs for you to open and convert. Return to God and to prayer, and may prayer begin to reign in your hearts, families and communities, so that the Holy Spirit may lead and inspire you to every day be more open to God’s will and to His plan for each of you. I am with you and with the saints and angels intercede for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” We are not aware of the graces God is showering down upon us. How do we discover them: “Return to God and to prayer, and may prayer begin to reign in your hearts, families and communities, so that the Holy Spirit may lead and inspire you to every day be more open to God’s will and to His plan for each of you.” We have to grow in prayer until the Holy Spirit will be able to lead us and inspire us in what we are to do!!! The Holy Spirit will teach us God’s will for each one of us individually and then in our families and parishes all together. God has not left us orphans. He wants to lead us in the battle of our times. This reminds me of the movement in these days to truly allow the Holy Spirit to guide us in such ministries as Encounter and Shadow on the Water. Mike Nolan has a website (Shadow on the Water) in which he shares his experiences of the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Mike prays constantly for the Lord to show him what He is doing, and how Mike can help. And there are miracles that happen through that prayer. God moves through Mike to touch others constantly. (See https://shadowonthewater.com/ ) I don’t think we realize how vital it is for us to begin to allow God to lead us moment by moment. God’s will is shown to us moment by moment. We need to ask the Lord what He wants to do, often during our day. The reason we need to do God’s will in this immediate way is that the world is being swallowed by the enemy. God wants a counter attack of love, and we are just the ones to do it: October 25, 2008 “Dear children! In a special way I call you all to pray for my intentions so that, through your prayers, you may stop satan’s plan over this world, which is further from God every day, and which puts itself in the place of God and is destroying everything that is beautiful and good in the souls of each of you. Therefore, little children, arm yourselves with prayer and fasting so that you may be conscious of how much God loves you and may carry out God’s will. Thank you for having responded to my call.” We certainly see the plan of Satan today, as it seems to be full grown. But God has a plan as well, and He wants to show us His will (His plan for us) day by day through prayer. We can make a difference. But only if we are led by the Holy Spirit. Invoke the help of all the Saints!!   January 31, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! I was reminded last night by Monsignor Rossetti, during a deliverance session, that the Litany of the Saints is a powerful prayer of deliverance! He said that the Litany, prayed for deliverance is very powerful. Each saint we invoke intercedes for us before God! We need this powerful intercession. Our Lady told us so in this message: October 25, 2020 “Dear children, At this time, I am calling you to return to God and to prayer. Invoke the help of all the saints, for them to be an example and a help to you. Satan is strong and is fighting to draw all the more hearts to himself. He wants war and hatred. That is why I am with you for this long, to lead you to the way of salvation, to Him who is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Little children, return to the love for God and He will be your strength and refuge. Thank you for having responded to my call.” So, here is your prayer assignment for today!! Pray this extended Litany of the Saints for yourselves, your families, and all who the Lord brings to mind in these difficult days! Pray for us, All you Holy Saints!! Deliver us, Jesus!   January 30, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! The Gospel for today is Mark 5:1-20. It is the dramatic story of a poor man who had a legion of unclean spirits plaguing him, so that he roamed among the tombs, crying out and bruising himself. Here is what Jesus did for him: “And when he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshiped him; and crying out with a loud voice, he said, “What have you to do with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I adjure you by God, do not torment me! For he had said to him, “Come out of the man, you unclean spirit!” “And Jesus asked him, ‘What is your name?’ He replied, ‘My name is Legion; for we are many.’ And he begged him eagerly not to send them out of the country. Now a great herd of swine was feeding there on the hillside; and they begged him, ‘Send us to the swine, let us enter them.’ So he gave them leave. And the unclean spirits came out, and entered the swine; and the herd, numbering about two thousand, rushed down the steep bank into the sea, and were drowned in the sea.” (Mark 5:6-13) Jesus performed an exorcism! He freed that poor man from the dreadful state he was in. It was a state of possession. Jesus wants us all to be free from demonic attack. He came to free us from the devil and his lies. Our Lady has many times told us that she comes to help us to choose God and reject Satan. As pilgrims, many of us have observed the process of exorcism going on in and around the Church. Fr. Here are two examples: November 25, 1989 “Dear children! I am inviting you for years by these messages which I am giving you. Little children, by means of the messages I wish to make a very beautiful mosaic in your hearts, so I may be able to present each one of you to God like the original image. Therefore, little children, I desire that your decisions be free before God, because He has given you freedom. Therefore pray, so that, free from any influence of Satan, you may decide only for God. I am praying for you before God and I am seeking your surrender to God. Thank you for responding to my call.” July 2, 2013 “Dear children, with a motherly love I am imploring you to give me the gift of your hearts, so I can present them to my Son and free you – free you from all the evil enslaving and distancing you all the more from the only Good – my Son – from everything which is leading you on the wrong way and is taking peace away from you. I desire to lead you to the freedom of the promise of my Son, because I desire for God’s will to be fulfilled completely here; and that through reconciliation with the Heavenly Father, through fasting and prayer, apostles of God’s love may be born – apostles who will freely, and with love, spread the love of God to all my children – apostles who will spread the love of the trust in the Heavenly Father and who will keep opening the gates of Heaven. Dear children, extend the joy of love and support to your shepherds, just as my Son has asked them to extend it to you. Thank you.” Let’s follow Our Lady’s message to the freedom of the Children of God!! She is a sure guide to freedom, because she is Immaculate and free herself!
