April 25, 2023 – Marija and Fr. Livio speak about the message!

Dear friends, we have now, live, Marija from Medjugorje reporting the message today the 25 April 2023! Hi Marija! Hello Father Livio! I greet all listeners of Radio Maria. Today, like every 25th of the month, Our Lady gave us the following message: “Dear children! I am calling all of you to be carriers of the peace and joy of the risen Jesus for all those who are far from prayer; that the love of Jesus, through your lives, may transform them to a new life of conversion and holiness. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (April 25, 2023) Fr. Livio: Marija, I would like you to make a brief consideration of this beautiful message. Marija:  It is a message of hope, of testimony, thank Heaven! It is a positive message, because Our Lady always from the beginning repeats to us that we are bearers of peace and joy of the Risen Jesus. She is calling us to be her extended hands to all who are far away. Therefore, She says: “Pray so the love of Jesus may transform you to a new life of conversion and holiness.” And I believe that we are all called to holiness. And we thank Heaven for this because in these days we are approaching the month of May dedicated in special way to Our Lady and through many pilgrims, especially Italians who have come to Medjugorje, pray more. And we feel Her presence even in a greater and special way. I think that each of us has a thousand opportunities to say: “Starting from this month I am converting, I will decide for holiness”. Fr. Livio: Marija I would like to give you one more small testimony. Last time She gave us a message, let’s say short and very intense and also very serious. Today we can say that Our Lady was happier. Marija: Our Lady was happy, the 25th is always a day of intense prayer, celebration, joy of gratitude, of expectation. We have a friend who celebrated his twenty-fifth year of priesthood today and we are grateful to the Lord. We need to pray that He will grant us many priestly vocations! Then there was another friend, Italian, here with us these days, who had a priestly vocation in Medjugorje. He was ill, in a coma, almost died and miraculously recovered! A great joy for all of us and also a testimony that God does not abandon us. Tonight, in a special way, Our Lady wanted to tell us that She loves us, that She walks with us, that She has not forgotten us, that She is healing us, converting us, and calling us in a thousand ways toward her Son who is the Way, the Truth and the life. Fr. Livio: Thank you Marija for these beautiful words you said and now we conclude with the prayer:   In the name of the Father….

Divine Mercy, unfathomed in all the mysteries of God, I trust in You. Divine Mercy, lifting us out of every misery, I trust in You. Divine Mercy, source of our happiness and joy, I trust in You. Divine Mercy, in calling us forth from nothingness to existence, I trust in You. Divine Mercy, embracing all the works of His hands, I trust in You. Divine Mercy, crown of all of God’s handiwork, I trust in You. Divine Mercy, in which we are all immersed, I trust in You. Divine Mercy, sweet relief for anguished hearts, I trust in You. Divine Mercy, inspiring hope against all hope, I trust in You. Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself. April 21, 2023 Reflection – With Thanksgiving!

With Thanksgiving!   April 21, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let all men know your forbearance. The Lord is at hand. Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. (Phil. 4:4-8) Thanksgiving is one of the most holy and healthy attitudes we can have. It gives us such peace when we thank the Lord in our thoughts all day long. He is so worthy of our thanks as He has done everything to secure our salvation. We are so blessed! Jesus is our Savior and friend! Thank you, Jesus! Our Lady tells us: August 25, 1988 “Dear children! Today I invite you all to rejoice in the life which God gives you. Little children, rejoice in God, the Creator, because He has created you so wonderfully. Pray that your life be joyful thanksgiving which flows out of your heart like a river of joy. Little children, give thanks unceasingly for all that you possess, for each little gift which God has given you, so that a joyful blessing always comes down from God upon your life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” God bless you and keep you!! Cathy Nolan Mary TV P.S. Mary TV has begun a very exciting project that we are inviting all our friends and shipmates to join! April 19, 2023 Reflection – God so loved the world…

God so loved the world…   April 19, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! “God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in Him might not perish but might have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. Whoever believes in Him will not be condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God…” (John 3:16-19) In this Scripture from St. John’s Gospel, St. John is trying to explain the love of God for us. He tells us that God’s love is shown in the sending of His Son, His only begotten Son, whom He loves with His infinite love that cannot be measured. God’s love for us is shown in the sacrifice of His Most Beloved Son for the likes of us. It is crazy, isn’t it. But that is what the Father did. He gave His all for us. If we could understand this sacrificial love even a little bit, we would probably go crazy. How could the Father love us that much?? Our Lady lived through that sacrifice, following her only beloved Son all the way to Calvary. She never pulled back, she just kept trusting and loving and suffering in compassion for her Son and her love for us. She alone understood and said yes with Jesus. And so I believe she can help us to learn to love the Father who gave His only begotten Son for us. Here are two messages in which Mother Mary calls us to realize the love of the Father and the Son: December 25, 2018 (Jakov) “Dear children, on this day of grace, I am calling you to love. Little children, God loves you immeasurably and that is why, little children, full of trust and without looking back and without fear, completely surrender your hearts to Him so that God may fill them with His love. Do not be afraid to believe in His love and mercy, because His love is stronger than every one of your weaknesses and fears. Therefore, my children, full of love in your hearts, trust in Jesus and say your ‘yes’ to Him, because He is the only way which leads you to the Eternal Father.” December 25, 2015 (Jakov) Dear children! All these years that God permits me to be with you are a sign of the immeasurable love which God has for each one of you and a sign of how much God loves you. Little children, how many graces the Most High has given to you and how many graces He desires to give to you. But, little children, your hearts are closed and live in fear, and you do not permit Jesus to have His love and His peace overcome your hearts and to begin to reign in your lives. To live without God means to live in darkness and never to come to know the Father’s love and His care for each of you. Therefore, little children, today in a special way pray to Jesus that as of today your life may experience a new birth in God and become a light which will radiate from within you, and thus that you may become witnesses of God’s presence in the world to every person who lives in darkness. Little children, I love you and daily intercede before the Most High for you. Thank you for having responded to my call. May we ask Our Lady to pray for us to have the grace to comprehend God’s love for us, and accept it in a deep and profound way, today and tomorrow and always… God bless you and keep you!! April 18, 2023 Reflection – You must be born from above…

You must be born from above…   April 18, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! From the Gospel for today: Jesus said to Nicodemus: “‘You must be born from above.’ The wind blows where it wills, and you can hear the sound it makes, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes; so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:7b-8) I find it interesting that the Church chose to repeat the last lines of the Gospel for Monday, April 17, 2023 as the first lines in the Gospel for Tuesday, April 18, 2023. It makes sense to me! Why? Because actually this saying from Jesus is difficult and so important. Jesus is describing for us something that in quite intangible. What can He possibly mean by saying we must be born from above? In yesterday’s Gospel Jesus told Nicodemus “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless one is born of water and Spirit he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. What is born of flesh is flesh and what is born of spirit is spirit.” It seems that Jesus is trying to bust open Nicodemus’ way of thinking about reality. Jesus wanted Nicodemus to realize that we are not just flesh. We are flesh and spirit – we have bodies and spirits. And our spirits connect us with God, with His Spirit, with Heaven, with that which is above! We are body and spirit, and we must live that reality. In fact Jesus came down from above, assuming His body from the Virgin Mary, so that He could reveal our dual nature to us and show us our true homeland, which is above. He wants us to follow Him into life, and to do that we must be born of the Spirit! We must awaken our souls/spirits and seek the things above. Well, It sounds like a riddle, but if we ponder Jesus’ life, it makes perfect sense. Jesus came from Heaven to show us the things that are above. Only with that reality can we understand why we live, why we must love, what we must do! We need the Holy Spirit to fill us and guide us! God’s Holy Spirit can speak to our souls, our spirits in ways that will blow our minds!! Pure love!!! Our Lady told us: May 25, 2017 “Dear children! The Most High has permitted me to call you anew to conversion. Little children, open your hearts to the grace to which you are all called. Be witnesses of peace and love in this peaceless world. Your life here on earth is passing. Pray that through prayer you may yearn for Heaven and the things of Heaven and your hearts will see everything differently. You are not alone; I am with you and intercede before my Son Jesus for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Once we are born from above, once we receive the Holy Spirit, we will see everything differently. We will yearn for Heaven and the things of Heaven. And we will long to help others to see everything differently as well. We will long for them to yearn for Heaven with us! God bless you and keep you!! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

April 17, 2023 Reflection – What is born of spirit is spirit!

What is born of spirit is spirit!!   April 17, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! The Gospel for today: There was a Pharisee named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. He came to Jesus at night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God, for no one can do these signs that you are doing unless God is with him.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless one is born from above, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man once grown old be born again? Surely he cannot reenter his mother’s womb and be born again, can he?” Jesus answered, “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless one is born of water and Spirit he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. What is born of flesh is flesh and what is born of spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I told you, ‘You must be born from above.’ The wind blows where it wills, and you can hear the sound it makes, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes; so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:1-8) This scripture moves us into the six weeks of preparation for Pentecost! We will be taught by Jesus about the Third Person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit!! And we will be prepared to receive an outpouring of that Spirit in our lives that can bring awesome changes to us! I am reminded of the word I received a while ago about our imaginations and how they are a faculty of our soul, given to us to be open to the realities of God and Heaven! We are given our imaginations so that God can speak to us and show us things beyond our physical reality, the things of the Spirit, the things of Heaven. But to receive these beautiful gifts we need to pray to the Holy Spirit! He will come and show us the wonders of God’s love in ways we would never have dreamed possible! We need the Holy Spirit!! Really it is like being born from above! Our Lady told us: June 2, 1984 (Saturday) “Dear children! Tonight I wish to tell you during the days of this Novena to pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on your families and on your parish. Pray, and you shall not regret it. God will give you gifts by which you will glorify Him till the end of your life on this earth. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Are you ready for this outpouring? Let’s do it!! God bless you and keep you!! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

April 14, 2023 Reflection – Through prayer you are richer in the mercy of God!

Through prayer you are richer in the mercy of God     April 14, 2023 Easter Friday! Dear Family of Mary! This weekend the Church celebrates Divine Mercy Sunday. It is the day that Jesus designated as the day when He would pour out mercy and forgiveness upon all those who approach Him. St. Faustina wrote these words from Jesus in her Diary: (298)When, on one occasion, my confessor told me to ask the Lord Jesus the meaning of the two rays in the image, I answered, “Very well, I will ask the Lord.” During prayer I heard these words within me: The two rays denote Blood and Water. The pale ray stands for the Water which makes souls righteous. The red ray stands for the Blood which is the life of souls…… (299) These two rays issued forth from the very depths of My tender mercy when My agonized Heart was opened by a lance on the Cross. These rays shield souls from the wrath of My Father. Happy is the one who will dwell in their shelter, for the just hand of God shall not lay hold of him. I desire that the first Sunday after Easter be the Feast of Mercy. 300 +Ask of my faithful servant [Father Sopocko] that, on this day, he tell the whole world of My great mercy; that whoever approaches the Fount of Life on this day will be granted complete remission of sins and punishment. Mankind will not have peace until it turns with trust to My mercy. Oh, how much I am hurt by a soul’s distrust! Such a soul professes that I am Holy and Just, but does not believe that I am Mercy and does not trust in My Goodness. Even the devils glorify My Justice but do not believe in My Goodness. My Heart rejoices in this title of Mercy. 301 Proclaim that mercy is the greatest attribute of God. All the works of My hands are crowned with mercy. Well, we can see that St. Faustina’s faithful service to Jesus brought forth this wonderful Feast of Divine Mercy!! Many parishes have a special Mass on Sunday devoted to Divine Mercy. But even at your regular Sunday Mass, you can bring the prayers and quietly pray for the graces of Divine Mercy on that day. Our Lady gave us this beautiful message which speaks of God’s Mercy: August 25, 1989 “Dear children! I call you to prayer. By means of prayer, little children, you obtain joy and peace. Through prayer you are richer in the mercy of God. Therefore, little children, let prayer be the life of each one of you. Especially I call you to pray so that all those who are far away from God may be converted. Then our hearts shall be richer because God will rule in the hearts of all men. Therefore, little children, pray, pray, pray! Let prayers begin to rule in the whole world. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady is right! If we pray, pray, pray, soon prayers will begin to rule in the whole world!!! Mercy will win!!! Mary TV will stream – live – The Divine Mercy Mass (at Surmanci) at 3:00 pm Medjugorje time!! www.marytv.tv! We are also filming the blessing and dedication of a new Divine Mercy Shrine located in Medjugorje on the road that goes through Bijakovici. You will be able to see this dedication in our archives later in the day on Sunday!! April 13, 2023 Reflection – Awaken your souls with prayer!!!

He is Risen!! Awaken your souls with prayer!!   April 13, 2023 Easter Thursday Dear Family of Mary! Today, let us pray a Rosary in honor of the Risen Lord Jesus! Let us hear Our Mother’s words about her Risen Son in her messages, and may they awaken in us a desire to worship Jesus, who is risen from the dead! Here are 5 messages in which Our Mother speaks of her Son as the Risen One! We can pray each decade of the Glorious Mysteries with a message to ponder. It will do us great good to ponder with Our Lady! March 25, 2009 “Dear children! In this time of spring, when everything is awakening from the winter sleep, you also awaken your souls with prayer so that they may be ready to receive the light of the risen Jesus. Little children, may He draw you closer to His Heart so that you may become open to eternal life. I pray for you and intercede before the Most High for your sincere conversion. Thank you for having responded to my call.” August 25, 2008 “Dear children! Also today I call you to personal conversion. You be those who will convert and, with your life, will witness, love, forgive and bring the joy of the Risen One into this world, where my Son died and where people do not feel a need to seek Him and to discover Him in their lives. You adore Him, and may your hope be hope to those hearts who do not have Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.” October 25, 2011 “Dear children! I am looking at you and in your hearts I do not see joy. Today I desire to give you the joy of the Risen One, that He may lead you and embrace you with His love and tenderness. I love you and I am praying for your conversion without ceasing before my Son Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.” April 25, 2018 “Dear children! Today I am calling you to live your new life with Jesus. May the Risen One give you strength to always be strong in the trials of life and to be faithful and persevering in prayer; because Jesus saved you by His wounds and by His Resurrection gave you new life. Pray, little children, and do not lose hope. May joy and peace be in your hearts and witness the joy that you are mine. I am with you and love you all with my motherly love. Thank you for having responded to my call.” May 25, 2022 “Dear children! I am looking at you and thanking God for each of you, because He permits me to still be with you, to encourage you to holiness. Little children, peace is disturbed and Satan wants peacelessness. That is why, may your prayer be even stronger so that every unclean spirit of division and war may be stilled. Be builders of peace and carriers of joy of the Risen One in you and around you, for the good to win in every man. Thank you for having responded to my call.” God bless you and keep you!!
