September 27, 2021 Reflection – Pray, witness and rejoice!

Youth Festival 2021 Pray, witness, rejoice!!   September 25, 2021 Dear Family of Mary! Here again is the message for September 25, 2021 from Our Lady, Queen of Peace in Medjugorje: “Dear children! Pray, witness and rejoice with me because the Most High continues to send me to lead you on the way of holiness. Be aware, little children, that life is short, and eternity is waiting for you to give glory to God with your being, with all the saints. Little children, do not worry about earthly things, but long for Heaven. Heaven will be your goal and joy will begin to reign in your heart. I am with you and bless all of you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (September 25, 2021) Our Lady calls to us: “Pray, witness, and rejoice with me…” These words are tambourine words as Denis would say! Our Lady is happy, of course, because “the Most High continues to send me to lead you on the way of holiness.” The Father is allowing Our Lady to stay with us, to pray with us, to witness with us and to rejoice with us! She brings us so many graces!! The grace of contemplative prayer! The grace to share with our lives the love of God. The grace to rejoice in the Spirit, filled with the joy of God’s love! We see these graces in a special way through the testimonies of the pilgrims in Medjugorje. In each testimony on Mary TV’s webpage in the “Fruit of Medjugorje” Archive, we encounter these graces! View the hundreds of testimonies here: https://marytv.tv/fruit-of-medjugorje/ Pilgrims share the gifts they have received in prayer in Medjugorje. They witness the changes that have occurred in their lives through their encounter with Our Lady. And they rejoice over the peace, love and happiness that have been poured into their lives because of Our Lady’s presence! Pray, witness and rejoice!!! These words describe our lives with Our Lady of Medjugorje! Let’s pray with Our Lady her own song of joy, a song that came from her heart when she and Baby Jesus visited Elizabeth and little St. John the Baptist. There was a lot of rejoicing going on at that moment! God had allowed Mary to be with Elizabeth and their little boys were together too. So much grace was flowing, so much joy, and so much witnessing. Little John was leaping in his mother’s womb!! This is the kind of joy Our Lady brings to us as well! Let us pray! The Canticle of Mary My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord, my spirit rejoices in God my Savior for he has looked with favor on his lowly servant. From this day all generations will call me blessed: the Almighty has done great things for me, and holy is his Name. He has mercy on those who fear him in every generation. He has shown the strength of his arm, he has scattered the proud in their conceit. He has cast down the mighty from their thrones, and has lifted up the lowly. He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent away empty. He has come to the help of his servant Israel for he has remembered his promise of mercy, the promise he made to our fathers, to Abraham and his children for ever. (Luke 1:46-55) Alleluia!!! Praise the Lord! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2021

September 24, 2021 Reflection – It is time, little children…

It is time, little children…   September 24, 2021 Dear Family of Mary! “Dear children! With joy I am calling all of you, little children, who have responded to my call: be joy and peace. Witness with your lives Heaven, which I am bringing to you. It is time, little children, that you be a reflection of my love for all those who do not love and whose hearts hatred has conquered. Do not forget: I am with you and intercede for all of you before my Son Jesus, that He may give you His peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (August 25, 2021) I would like to focus on this sentence from Our Lady’s message today as we await her coming tomorrow with another message: “It is time, little children, that you be a reflection of my love for all those who do not love and whose hearts hatred has conquered.” Our Lady has only said “It is time…” once in all her messages! It startled me when I first heard it. This was a clear sign to me that Our Lady was serious. This was an urgent request from our Mother. We all can remember our earthly mothers giving us warnings about a time limit of some sort. “You have ten minutes to brush your teeth…” Or, “I will give you one more chance to apologize to your sister…” Well, I think this message is similar. She has been teaching us about her love for 40 years. In so many ways she has tried to help us understand her love and the love of her Son. She has tried to get us to see that it is love that will change and heal this world, not power, not wealth, not intelligence. Love is the answer to all of our discord. Well, I think she has drawn the line now. It is time to reflect her love in every situation and with every person. No more dilly dallying. No more excuses. It is time… St. Paul wrote a similar message to the Romans: Romans 13:11-13 “Besides this you know what hour it is, how it is full time now for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed; the night is far gone, the day is at hand. Let us then cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light; let us conduct ourselves becomingly as in the day…” It is full time for us to wake from sleep!! It is time. No more excuses. What is needed is the light of Christ, the light that Mary reflects and which she wants us to reflect, the love of God! This is our job, if we are to follow Our Lady in these late days in salvation history. We are to be a reflection of her love! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2021

September 23, 2021 Reflection – Be Joy and Peace!

Be Joy and Peace!   September 23, 2021 Saint Pius of Pietrelcina (Padre Pio) Dear Family of Mary! As we draw near to September 25, and a new message from Our Lady, let’s use this time to review and strengthen our response to Our Lady’s message for August 25, 2021: “Dear children! Thank you for having responded to my call.” (August 25, 2021) Our Lady firmly calls us to “Be Joy and Peace!” This is not optional for those of us who have responded to her call. This is our responsibility! We might wonder why this is our job. Isn’t it true that we suffer and have difficulties in this very difficult world? How can we be joy and peace in the midst of so many trials? The answer is in the next sentence: “Witness with your lives Heaven, which I am bringing to you.” Our Lady doesn’t tell us we must change the present world we live in. Yes it is difficult, full of trails and troubles. But she reminds us that we have been given a great gift. Because Our Lady is with us, we live as much in Heaven as we do on earth. Our Lady is bringing us Heaven. For those of us who have been able to go to Medjugorje, it is important to remember our first encounter with Our Lady in that place. Didn’t we feel the peace? Didn’t we feel the joy and hope, the freedom and the love of God? Didn’t we experience the deep forgiveness of our sins in confession? That was our first taste of Heaven. But it doesn’t stop. As we pray, confess, convert, fast, and worship Jesus in our own countries, that same peace manifests itself in our hearts. We become that peace and joy that we have experienced. No matter what trials may come, we can share Heaven with those around us because Our Lady brings Heaven to us. And for those of us who have not been able to travel to Medjugorje, the same Heaven comes to us as we live Our Lady’s main messages and stay connected to her through prayer groups and Mary TV. Our Lady of Medjugorje will come to us where we are! We are called to be peace and joy!! This is our work for Our Lady in these days. It is a work of mercy! “Dear children! With joy I am calling all of you, little children, who have responded to my call: be joy and peace. Witness with your lives Heaven, which I am bringing to you…” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! September 22, 2021 Reflection – Believe in the power of prayer!

Believe in the power of prayer!   September 22, 2021 Dear Family of Mary! Listen to this message from Our Lady!! May 25, 2015 “Dear children! Also today I am with you and with joy I call all of you: pray and believe in the power of prayer. Open your hearts, little children, so that God may fill you with His love and you will be a joy to others. Your witness will be powerful and everything you do will be interwoven with God’s tenderness. I am with you and I pray for you and your conversion until you put God in the first place. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady constantly directs us to prayer! She knows that prayer is of the essence for us in these days, when Satan is springing his traps to ensnare as many people as possible in his deadly programs of sin. Our Lady entreats us to “pray and believe in the power of prayer!” One of our shipmates sent us a beautiful example of the power of prayer on Monday. She wrote: “All praise to St Michael the Archangel as well for saving my daughter’s life recently. She had taken an Uber home from the mall and the driver took her to a remote wooded area. She called me in a panic and I begged St Michael to save her and the Blessed Mother to wrap her mantle around her. The driver had refused to take her to her destination then changed his mind and dropped her off. He told her he didn’t know why he changed his mind and abandoned his plan to harm her. Jesus mercy!” That simple prayer of a mother worked a miracle that night. Not only was her daughter saved from harm, but the Uber driver was saved from committing a terrible crime. Prayer works miracles!! Prayer is powerful! We will one day see all the miracles that our prayers have worked, though we have no idea now. God remembers. He will celebrate with us for all the good done by our honest and heartfelt prayers for friend and foe alike. Here are five messages in which Our Lady teaches us about the power of prayer! Prayer works miracles!! Pray a miracle rosary with these messages as your meditations!! Believe!! May 25, 2018 “Dear children! In this peaceless time, I am calling you to have more trust in God who is your Father in Heaven and who has sent me to lead you to Him. You, open your hearts to the gifts which He desires to give you and, in the silence of your heart, Adore my Son Jesus who has given His life so that you may live in eternity – where He desires to lead you. May your hope be the joy of a meeting with the Most High in everyday life. Therefore, I am calling you: do not neglect prayer because prayer works miracles. Thank you for having responded to my call.” April 25, 2001 “Dear children! Also today, I call you to prayer. Little children, prayer works miracles. When you are tired and sick and you do not know the meaning of your life, take the Rosary and pray; pray until prayer becomes for you a joyful meeting with your Savior. I am with you, little children, and I intercede and pray for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” October 25, 2001 “Dear children! Also today I call you to pray from your whole heart and to love each other. Little children, you are chosen to witness peace and joy. If there is no peace, pray and you will receive it. Through you and your prayer, little children, peace will begin to flow through the world. That is why, little children, pray, pray, pray, because prayer works miracles in human hearts and in the world. I am with you and I thank God for each of you who has accepted and lives prayer with seriousness. Thank you for having responded to my call.” September 25, 2013 “Dear children! Also today I call you to prayer. May your relationship with prayer be a daily one. Prayer works miracles in you and through you, therefore, little children, may prayer be a joy for you. Then your relationship with life will be deeper and more open and you will comprehend that life is a gift for each of you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” October 25, 2013 “Dear children! Today I call you to open yourselves to prayer. Prayer works miracles in you and through you. Therefore, little children, in the simplicity of heart seek of the Most High to give you the strength to be God’s children and for Satan not to shake you like the wind shakes the branches. Little children, decide for God anew and seek only His will, and then you will find joy and peace in Him. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Prayer works miracles!! Believe in the power of prayer!! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2021

September 21, 2021 Reflection – If you wish, grasp the Rosary!!

If you wish, grasp the Rosary!   September 21, 2021 St. Matthew, Apostle and Evangelist Dear Family of Mary! One of the most pivotal messages in Our Lady’s 40 years of messages is the January 25, 1991 message. The Gulf war with Saddam Hussein was at full pitch. And the situation in the Balkans was tense. War would soon break out in Slovenia and Croatia, and move into Bosnia and Hercegovina soon after. Our Lady gave this impassioned plea to her children who were responding to her call, to stand for peace and against Satan who is behind every war. Her words still resound today as we face the ever growing darkness in the world: January 25, 1991 “Dear children! Today, like never before, I invite you to prayer. Let your prayer be a prayer for peace. Satan is strong and desires to destroy not only human life, but also nature and the planet on which you live. Therefore, dear children, pray that through prayer you can protect yourselves with God’s blessing of peace. God has sent me among you so that I may help you. If you so wish, grasp for the rosary. Even the rosary alone can work miracles in the world and in your lives. I bless you and I remain with you for as long as it is God’s will. Thank you for not betraying my presence here and I thank you because your response is serving the good and peace.” Our Lady’s words apply to us today! Man has not been able to build a world of peace, even after all these years. This is because Satan is still at work, trying to create a world without God, where he is king. We must recognize our enemy. It is the devil, Satan, who is enacting his plans to destroy us all. Our Lady has come in these days to stand with us, and to defy our enemy. And she needs us to stand with her, Rosaries in our hands, praying for the good and peace! We are small. Yes. But God is not small. And He is our refuge and hope. Our Lady is sent by Him to save us in these days. “If you so wish, grasp for the Rosary. Even the Rosary alone can work miracles in the world and in your lives!!!!!” I suggest that we all pray at least one Rosary each day in response to Our Lady of Medjugorje! She is with us to defeat the devil and to defend us from his machinations. By dedicating one Rosary a day to her intentions, we can stand with her in this end times battle against God’s enemy, Satan. Please consider this request. Denis and I pray a Rosary every day on Mary TV, in response to Our Lady’s call. We dedicate that Rosary to Our Lady, for her intentions. You can join us, as we respond to her call to “Grasp the Rosary!” We are live at 4:00 pm Medjugorje time on https://www.marytv.tv/ – in the channel. Or you can join us anytime in our recording of that day’s Rosary in the “Daily Rosary” Archive – https://marytv.tv/daily-rosary/ Let’s do this for Our Lady!! She needs us to pray with her now as never before!! Grasp the Rosary! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2021

September 20, 2021 Reflection – No one who lights a lamp conceals it!

No one who lights a lamp conceals it!   September 20, 2021 Saints Andrew Kim Tae-gon and Paul Chong Ha-sang and Companions Dear Family of Mary! Today we celebrate these courageous martyrs – Saints Andrew Kim Tae-gon and Paul Chong Ha-sang and Companions! Their witness to Jesus cost them their lives, but their light continues to shine upon the world even today. Jesus speaks about this kind of light in our Gospel for today. It is the light that shines through our witness to Him and His love. Luke 8:16-18 Jesus said to the crowd: “No one who lights a lamp conceals it with a vessel or sets it under a bed; rather, he places it on a lampstand so that those who enter may see the light. For there is nothing hidden that will not become visible, and nothing secret that will not be known and come to light. Take care, then, how you hear. To anyone who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he seems to have will be taken away.” Jesus tells us that our lives are like lamps. What we do and how we live eventually will be seen by all. And therefore we must become the light of His truth, so that our light will give witness to Jesus and be a blessing for all who see it. The alternative is that our lives will betray Jesus and spread darkness. It is up to us to embrace Jesus’ light and live it now, so that we will shine brightly for those who come after us, leading them into the Kingdom. Our Lady has asked us many times in her messages to be the light for everyone, those who witness to the light of her Son in every situation. Here is one message: June 5, 1986 “Dear children! Today I am calling on you to decide whether or not you wish to live the messages which I am giving you. I wish you to be active in living and spreading the messages. Especially, dear children, I wish that you all be the reflection of Jesus, which will enlighten this unfaithful world walking in darkness. I wish all of you to be the light for everyone and that you give witness in the light. Dear children, you are not called to the darkness, but you are called to the light. Therefore, live the light with your own life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” May we live the light with our own lives, as Our Lady asks! She will help us each day to become brighter and brighter lights for those who need to see! Mother please help us to live this message with all our hearts! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! September 17, 2021 Reflection – We praise you, Lord Jesus Christ!

We praise  you, Lord Jesus Christ!   September 16, 2021 St. Robert Bellarmine Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady said to us: November 2, 2016 “Dear children, to come to you and to make myself known to you is a great joy for my motherly heart. It is a gift from my Son for you and for others who are coming. As a mother I am calling you: love my Son above everything. In order to love Him with all your heart, you need to come to know Him. You will come to know Him through prayer. Pray with the heart and with your feelings. To pray means to think of His love and sacrifice. To pray means to love, to give, to suffer and to offer. I am calling you, my children, to be apostles of prayer and love. My children, it is a time of vigilance. In this vigil I am calling you to prayer, love and trust. As my Son will be looking in your hearts, my motherly heart desires for Him to see unconditional trust and love in them. The united love of my apostles will live, will conquer and will expose evil. My children, I was a chalice of the God-man; I was God’s instrument. That is why I am calling you, my apostles, to be a chalice of the true and pure love of my Son. I am calling you to be an instrument through which all those who have not come to know the love of God – who have never loved – may comprehend, accept and be saved. Thank you, my children.” In these difficult days, it is very important to keep our hearts focused on Jesus. He is our hope and life, our future and our joy! Our Lady wants this for us, as she said in the message above. I found this beautiful litany of praise by William McDermott based on Scripture titles that honor and praise Jesus. This litany is one way to come to know Jesus, through prayer! Let the titles from Scripture in this litany fill your hearts with wonder and awe for our Risen Lord! It will help us to keep our gaze and heart upon the Lord! A Litany of Praise Lord Jesus Christ, we long to give you all thanks and praise for you are our God, our Savior, our King, our All in All! September 16, 2021 Reflection – Your faith has saved you, go in peace!

Your faith has saved you, go in peace!   September 16, 2021 Sts. Cornelius and CyprianDear Family of Mary! Here is the Gospel for today: A reading from the holy Gospel according to Luke 7:36-50: A certain Pharisee invited Jesus to dine with him, and he entered the Pharisee’s house and reclined at table. Now there was a sinful woman in the city who learned that he was at table in the house of the Pharisee. Bringing an alabaster flask of ointment, she stood behind him at his feet weeping and began to bathe his feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair, kissed them, and anointed them with the ointment. When the Pharisee who had invited him saw this he said to himself, “If this man were a prophet, he would know who and what sort of woman this is who is touching him, that she is a sinner.” Jesus said to him in reply, “Simon, I have something to say to you.” “Tell me, teacher,” he said. “Two people were in debt to a certain creditor; one owed five hundred days’ wages and the other owed fifty. Since they were unable to repay the debt, he forgave it for both. Which of them will love him more?” Simon said in reply, “The one, I suppose, whose larger debt was forgiven.” He said to him, “You have judged rightly.” Then he turned to the woman and said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? When I entered your house, you did not give me water for my feet, but she has bathed them with her tears and wiped them with her hair. You did not give me a kiss, but she has not ceased kissing my feet since the time I entered. You did not anoint my head with oil, but she anointed my feet with ointment. So I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven; hence, she has shown great love. But the one to whom little is forgiven, loves little.” He said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” The others at table said to themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?” But he said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.” Now read this message from Our Lady, given through Mirjana Soldo: May 2, 2013 “Dear children; Anew, I am calling you to love and not to judge. My Son, according to the will of the Heavenly Father, was among you to show you the way of salvation, to save you and not to judge you. If you desire to follow my Son, you will not judge but love like your Heavenly Father loves you. And when it is the most difficult for you, when you are falling under the weight of the cross do not despair, do not judge, instead remember that you are loved and praise the Heavenly Father because of His love. My children, do not deviate from the way on which I am leading you. Do not recklessly walk into perdition. May prayer and fasting strengthen you so that you can live as the Heavenly Father would desire; that you may be my apostles of faith and love; that your life may bless those whom you meet; that you may be one with the Heavenly Father and my Son. My children, that is the only truth, the truth that leads to your conversion, and then to the conversion of all those whom you meet – those who have not come to know my Son – all those who do not know what it means to love. My children, my Son gave you a gift of the shepherds. Take good care of them. Pray for them. Thank you.” Our Lady tells us not to judge, but to remember how much we have been forgiven and be filled with love and joy. Jesus demonstrated this very thing in the Gospel for today. The woman who had sinned greatly was able to be freed from her sins, because she understood the great love of Jesus, and His power to forgive her. In her deep humility, she received His forgiveness and was filled with love. Simon the Pharisee on the other hand had no idea of his own sins, because all he could do was preoccupy himself the with sins of the poor woman at Jesus’ feet. He wasted precious time with Jesus by so doing. He could have been forgiven and freed by Jesus of all his sins that day, but his prideful and judging spirit blocked him from that moment of grace. Our Lady wants us to follow Jesus and not judge but love! Why? Because she doesn’t want us to end up like the Pharisee, lost in the blindness of his own self-satisfaction. May we listen to Jesus and Mary, and look only at our own sins, with the desire to be forgiven. Then we will be able to help others to find the same peace we will have. In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
