May 18, 2023 Reflection – The Ascension of the Lord

The Ascension of the Lord!   May 18, 2023 The Ascension of the Lord Dear Family of Mary! The eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had ordered them. When they saw him, they worshiped, but they doubted. Then Jesus approached and said to them, “All power in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” (Mt 28: 16-20) Imagine watching Jesus, your Savior, whom you had just received back from the dead, leaving you once again. Jesus, who died such a terrible death had risen. You were filled with incredible joy. But not long after this, Jesus again left you. He gave you the promise of the Holy Spirit and then rose into the sky being swallowed up by the vast expanse. Your Jesus, your Savior, your Redeemer, your Friend, was now gone again. How could this be borne? Only with the promise He gave as He rose. “And Behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” Our Lady has come from Heaven in these days to gather us together and guide us back to Jesus and Heaven. She will never stop calling us to follow her to eternity with her Son. May these messages awaken in our hearts a deep desire for heaven, a desire like that of the Apostles and disciples at the Ascension: Easter Sunday, April 22, 1984 “We all rejoice in Heaven. Rejoice with us.” November 27, 1986 “Dear children! Again today I call you to consecrate your life to me with love, so I am able to guide you with love. I love you, dear children, with a special love and I desire to bring you all to Heaven unto God. I want you to realize that this life lasts briefly compared to the one in Heaven. Therefore, dear children, decide again today for God. Only that way will I be able to show how much you are dear to me and how much I desire all to be saved and to be with me in Heaven. Thank you for having responded to my call.” July 25, 2000 “Dear children! Do not forget that you are here on earth on the way to eternity and that your home is in Heaven. That is why, little children, be open to God’s love and leave egoism and sin. May your joy be only in discovering God in daily prayer. That is why, make good use of this time and pray, pray, pray; and God is near to you in prayer and through prayer. Thank you for having responded to my call.” May 25, 2018 “Dear children! In this peaceless time, I am calling you to have more trust in God who is your Father in Heaven and who has sent me to lead you to Him. You, open your hearts to the gifts which He desires to give you and, in the silence of your heart, Adore my Son Jesus who has given His life so that you may live in eternity – where He desires to lead you. May your hope be the joy of a meeting with the Most High in everyday life. Therefore, I am calling you: do not neglect prayer because prayer works miracles. Thank you for having responded to my call.” January 25, 2021 “Dear children! I am calling you at this time to prayer, fasting and renunciation, that you may be stronger in faith. This is a time of awakening and of giving birth. As nature, which gives itself, you also, little children, ponder how much you have received. Be joyful bearers of peace and love that it may be good for you on earth. Yearn for Heaven; and in Heaven there is no sorrow or hatred. That is why, little children, decide anew for conversion and let holiness begin to reign in your life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Mother, lead us to your Son, to eternity with Him in Heaven! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

May 17, 2023 Reflection – The Spirit of Truth

The Spirit of Truth   May 17, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Jesus said to his disciples: ” I have much to tell you, but you cannot bear it now. But when he comes, the Spirit of truth, he will guide you to all truth.” (John 1612-13) Before the disciples had received the Holy Spirit, they did not have the fullness of Truth. It was the Holy Spirit who would infuse them with His Truth, the Truth about God and His love for us! We see the incredible change that took place in the Twelve after Pentecost! They were fearless and they had the truth within! Their witness was filled with power and truth. Our Lady has come in our day to help us to become witnesses in Truth as well. She has led us forward into the life of faith, the life of the Spirit. But we must cooperate, we must decide to live under her direction and care. Here is a message to ponder today: March 18, 2015 (Mirjana) “Dear children! With a full heart I am asking you, I am imploring you children: cleanse your hearts of sin and lift them up to God and to eternal life. I am imploring you: be vigilant and open for truth. Do not permit for all that is of this earth to distance you from the true cognition [understanding] of the contentment in the communion with my Son. I am leading you on the way of true wisdom, because only with true wisdom can you come to know true peace and the true good. Do not waste time asking for signs of the Heavenly Father, because He has already given you the greatest sign, which is my Son. Therefore, my children, pray so that the Holy Spirit can lead you into truth, can help you to come to know it, and through that knowledge of the truth that you may be one with the Heavenly Father and with my Son. That is the cognition [understanding] which gives happiness on earth and opens the door of eternal life and infinite love. Thank you.” We need the Truth. It is the bedrock upon which we can build our lives. Our societies need the Truth which comes from God. Let us pray for the Holy Spirit to fill us with deep understanding of the Truth which is God Himself! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

May 16, 2023 Reflection – The Advocate!

The Advocate   May 16, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Jesus said to his disciples: “Now I am going to the one who sent me, and not one of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’ But because I told you this, grief has filled your hearts. But I tell you the truth, it is better for you that I go. For if I do not go, the Advocate will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you. And when he comes he will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness and condemnation: sin, because they do not believe in me; righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will no longer see me; condemnation, because the ruler of this world has been condemned.” (John 16:5-11) Jesus spoke so kindly and yet bluntly to the disciples about His departure. He knew that they needed to be prepared for his brutal death. He was giving them a way to see beyond the Crucifixion to the future that His Death was providing for them. It was not easy to explain. He first told them that they were not listening to everything He was saying. “Now I am going to the one who sent me…” This should have been good news for them! But they just didn’t see it. All they could think about was that Jesus was leaving them. They were stuck in the present. They knew how much they depended on Jesus for everything. What would they do without Him? So then Jesus told them: “But I tell you the truth, it is better for you that I go. For if I do not go, the Advocate will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.” This incredible news was actually earth shaking!! If the disciples had known the power of the Holy Spirit, they would have rejoiced!! Actually the Holy Spirit has changed the world. In every age since Jesus’ Death and Resurrection, the Holy Spirit has built and rebuilt the Church, filling the world with the Light of Christ, and saving millions of souls through the life-giving proclamation of the Good News that Jesus Christ is Lord! The Holy Spirit changes everything when He comes. That is what Jesus was trying to get across to the disciples. But until you experience the Holy Spirit, you just don’t get it!! Our Lady has very often called us to seek the coming of the Holy Spirit. She knows the Holy Spirit better than any other human being. She knows He incredible love and strength and healing power. Here is one message: May 25, 1998 “Dear children! Today I call you, through prayer and sacrifice, to prepare yourselves for the coming of the Holy Spirit. Little children, this is a time of grace and so, again, I call you to decide for God the Creator. Allow Him to transform and change you. May your heart be prepared to listen to, and live, everything which the Holy Spirit has in His plan for each of you. Little children, allow the Holy Spirit to lead you on the way of truth and salvation towards eternal life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” This message could have been spoken to the disciples in the Upper Room. Our Lady prepared them for the coming of the Holy Spirit, and she can prepare us! Let’s listen to her words and do them! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

May 12, 2023 Reflection – Love one another…

Love one another…   May 12, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Jesus said to his disciples: “This is my commandment; love one another as I love you.” (John 15:12) September 2, 2015 “Dear children, My dear apostles of love, my carriers of truth, again I am calling you and gathering you around me to help me, to help all of my children who thirst for love and truth – who thirst for my Son. I am a grace from the Heavenly Father, sent to help you to live the word of my Son. Love one another. I lived your earthly life. I know that it is not always easy, but if you will love each other, you will pray with the heart, you will reach spiritual heights and the way to heaven will be opened for you. I, your mother, am waiting for you there because I am there. Be faithful to my Son and teach others faithfulness. I am with you. I will help you. I will teach you faith that you may know how to transmit it to others in the right way. I will teach you truth that you may know how to discern. I will teach you love that you may come to know what real love is… My children, my Son will make it so as to speak through your words and your actions. Thank you.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! May 11, 2023 Reflection – The Advocate – the Spirit of Truth

The Advocate, the Spirit of Truth   May 11, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Our Gospel today begins this way: Jesus said to his disciples: “When the Advocate comes whom I will send you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, he will testify to me. And you also testify, because you have been with me from the beginning…(John 15:26-27) Jesus knows that He ascends to the Father, there will break out a vicious war to stop His disciples. He knows this because He knows His enemy, the Devil. There is no way that the Devil will allow the Good News of Jesus to be spread, without a fight. This is the undoing of all his plans. And so Jesus prepared His Apostles and Disciples for that fight. The first preparation for His followers was to recognize the Holy Spirit and receive Him. The Holy Spirit would be able to guide them through all their confrontations with the enemy, and to give them power from on high. It is no different today. We must receive the Holy Spirit in order to grow in holiness and to stand in the battle for souls. Our Lady has spoken very often about the Holy Spirit. Here are five messages that we can pray over maybe during our rosaries. November 8, 1984 “Dear children! You are not conscious of the messages which God is sending you through me. He is giving you great graces and you do not comprehend them. Pray to the Holy Spirit for enlightenment. If you only knew how great are the graces God is granting you, you would be praying without ceasing. Thank you for having responded to my call.” April 17, 1986 “Dear children! You are absorbed with material things, but in the material you lose everything that God wishes to give you… I call you, dear children, to pray for the gifts of the Holy Spirit which are necessary for you now in order to be able to give witness to my presence here and to all that I am giving you. Dear children, let go to me so I can lead you completely. Don’t be absorbed with material things. Thank you for having responded to my call.” May 25, 1993 “Dear children! Today I invite you to open yourselves to God by means of prayer so the Holy Spirit may begin to work miracles in you and through you. I am with you and I intercede before God for each one of you because, dear children, each one of you is important in my plan of salvation. I invite you to be carriers of good and peace. God can give you peace only if you convert and pray. Therefore, my dear little children, pray, pray, pray and do that which the Holy Spirit inspires you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” May 25, 1998 “Dear children! Thank you for having responded to my call.” May 25, 2000 “Dear children! I rejoice with you and in this time of grace I call you to spiritual renewal. Pray, little children, that the Holy Spirit may come to dwell in you in fullness, so that you may be able to witness in joy to all those who are far from faith. Especially, little children, pray for the gifts of the Holy Spirit so that in the spirit of love, every day and in each situation, you may be closer to your fellow-man; and that in wisdom and love you may overcome every difficulty. I am with you and I intercede for each of you before Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Come Holy Spirit!! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

May 10, 2023 Reflection – I am the vine, you are the branches….

I am the vine, you are the branches… May 10, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Our Gospel for today speaks of the way in which we must stay attached to Jesus, as our source of life, just as the branches of a grape plant must stay attached to the vine. All life courses through the vine into the branches. We need Jesus for life! That is why Our Lady has come. To reattach us to the vine, her Son. She wants us to live and grow in Jesus. Jesus said to his disciples: “I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine grower. He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and every one that does he prunes so that it bears more fruit. You are already pruned because of the word that I spoke to you. Remain in me, as I remain in you. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you. By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.” (John 15:1-8) I thought it would be good to pray the Jesus Rosary, a prayer that Our Lady gave the prayer group in the early days. It is a prayer that can help us to attach to the vine, Jesus! The Jesus Rosary (Given by Our Lady to Jelena) Pray the Creed 1. Mystery: Contemplate the birth of Jesus. Intention: pray for peace. Five Our Father’s Exclamation: O Jesus, be our strength and our help. 2. Mystery: Contemplate how Jesus helped and gave all to the poor. Intention: Let us pray for the Holy Father and for the Bishops. Five Our Father’s Exclamation: O Jesus, be our strength and our help. 3. Mystery: Contemplate how Jesus trusted in his Father completely and carried out His will. Intention: pray for priests and for all those who serve God in a particular way Five Our Father’s Exclamation: O Jesus, be our strength and our help. 4. Mystery: Contemplate how Jesus knew he had to give up his life for us and He did so without regrets because He loved us. Intention: pray for families. Five Our Father’s Exclamation: O Jesus, be our strength and our help. 5. Mystery: Contemplate how Jesus made his life into a sacrifice for us Intention: Pray so that we, too, may be capable of offering our life for our neighbor. Five Our Father’s Exclamation: O Jesus, be our strength and our help. 6. Mystery: Contemplate the victory of Jesus over satan. He is risen. Intention: let us pray that all sins may be eliminated so that Jesus may relive in our hearts. Five Our Father’s Exclamation: O Jesus, be our strength and our help. 7. May 8, 2023 Reflection – The Holy Spirit…will teach you everything…

The Holy Spirit will teach you everything May 8, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! I am sorry to constantly be focusing on the Gospel readings for Holy Mass each day, but I can’t stop!! Jesus speaks to His disciples in such a comforting and powerful way about their life, about how they will live the days ahead, about how He will be able to guide them no matter what happens! Jesus is preparing them for His Ascension into Heaven, when He will no longer be with them bodily. He wants them to understand that they will not be left alone. But this was not something they would understand, until the Holy Spirit fell upon them at Pentecost. Only then would it all make sense!! He tells them today: Jesus said to his disciples: “Whoever has my commandments and observes them is the one who loves me. Whoever loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and reveal myself to him.” Judas, not the Iscariot, said to him, “Master, then what happened that you will reveal yourself to us and not to the world?” Jesus answered and said to him, “Whoever loves me will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our dwelling with him. Whoever does not love me does not keep my words; yet the word you hear is not mine but that of the Father who sent me. “I have told you this while I am with you. The Advocate, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in my name—he will teach you everything and remind you of all that I told you.”  (John 14:21-26) Jesus’ words were vague because what He was describing was outside of the Apostles experience. The love of the Father, the love of the Son, the indwelling of the Father and Son in them, this was all beyond them. So Jesus simply told them they would have to wait for the coming of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit would teach them everything they needed to know!! Our Lady has also called us to seek the gift of the Holy Spirit, because we too cannot understand everything she tells us. She knows the Holy Spirit intimately. She was overshadowed by the Holy Spirit at the Annunciation, and she helped and guided the Apostles to receive the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. She will help us as well: November 2, 2007 “Dear children, Today I call you to open your hearts to the Holy Spirit and permit Him to transform you. My children, God is the immeasurable good and therefore, as a mother, I implore you: Pray, pray, pray, fast and hope that it is possible to achieve good, because from that good love is born. The Holy Spirit will strengthen that love in you and you will be able to call God your Father. Through this exalted love, you will truly come to love all people and, through God, you will regard them as brothers and sisters. Thank you.” We have a call, just like the Apostles had a call. It is the way of love, the way of truth, the way of the good. And the Holy Spirit alone, can teach us our personal way of love. He will show us in our particular circumstances how to live the good, to live God’s love. We need the Holy Spirit, every day, every moment! Pray, pray, pray, fast and hope to achieve the good!! This is the way!! Mother, please pray for us to receive the Holy Spirit! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

May 5, 2023 Reflection – I am going to prepare a place for you…

I am going to prepare a place for you…   May 5, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Jesus speaks such gentle and fatherly words to the disciples in this passage from the Gospel of John. I feel like reading it over and over today and letting His love and assurance wash over me. Listen to how Jesus comforts the disciples, especially Thomas. It seems that Thomas was always a bit timid and in need of Jesus’ personal care. Maybe we are a bit timid too. We need Jesus’ personal care too!! John 14:1-6 Jesus said to his disciples: “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You have faith in God; have faith also in me. In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places. If there were not, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back again and take you to myself, so that where I am you also may be. Where I am going you know the way.” Thomas said to him, “Master, we do not know where you are going; how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Such comforting words! Jesus speaks them to us today as well. Let’s allow His words to sink deeply into our hearts. Our Lady has spoken in a similar way to us in Medjugorje. Here is one message: May 25, 2018 “Dear children! Thank you for having responded to my call.” We have been given the sweet comfort of our Mother, Mary. She too has come to lead us to the Father in Heaven, through her Son, Jesus. She is with us to accompany us into Heaven! We are not alone. All is well with us! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV

May 4, 2023 Reflection – Every Thursday read Matthew 6: 24-34

Every Thursday, read Matthew 6:24-34!   May 4, 2023 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady tells us: Thursday, March 1, 1984 – Message to Jelena: “Each Thursday, read again the passage of Matthew 6:24-34, before the most Blessed Sacrament, or if it is not possible to come to church, do it with your family.” May we keep this Scripture always in our hearts!! Matthew 6: 24-34 “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink, nor about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin; yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O men of little faith? Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek all these things; and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well. “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Let the day’s own trouble be sufficient for the day. (Matthew 6:24-34) In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV
