April 5, 2021 Reflection – Easter Monday! Novena Day 4

Easter Monday April 5, 2021 Monday of Easter Week Divine Mercy Novena Day 4 Dear Family of Mary! Today in the Divine Mercy Novena Day 4, we pray for an intention that is very dear to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. We pray for those who do not believe in God and do not know Him yet. These are the souls that cause the most suffering for Jesus and Mary! They long for these souls to recognize their love and embrace it. Let us pray with all our hearts that all souls will hear Our Lady’s call. Our Lady told us: “Dear children! I call you that this time be for you an even greater incentive to prayer. In this time, little children, pray that Jesus be born in all hearts, especially in those who do not know Him. Be love, joy and peace in this peaceless world. I am with you and intercede before God for each of you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (November 25, 2003) Our Lady has a burning love for those souls who do not know her Son, or do not yet love Him. She longs for them to be united to her Son. St. Faustina also was given by Jesus a great desire that souls would recognize and love Him. She wrote: Christ, give me souls. Let anything You like happen to me but give me souls in return. I want the salvation of souls. I want souls to know Your mercy. I have nothing left for myself, because I have given everything away to souls, with the result that on the day of judgment I will stand before you empty-handed, since I have given everything away to souls. Thus, You will have nothing on which to judge me, and we shall meet on that day: Love and mercy … (Diary, 1426) And so today, we pray for all those souls who do not yet know or love Jesus…May they be given the grace of conversion and faith!! Divine Mercy Novena Day Four Today bring to Me THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD AND THOSE WHO DO NOT YET KNOW ME. I was thinking also of them during My bitter Passion, and their future zeal comforted My Heart. Immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. Most compassionate Jesus, You are the Light of the whole world. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who do not believe in God and of those who as yet do not know You. Let the rays of Your grace enlighten them that they, too, together with us, may extol Your wonderful mercy; and do not let them escape from the abode which is Your Most Compassionate Heart. Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of those who do not believe in You, and of those who as yet do not know You, but who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Draw them to the light of the Gospel. These souls do not know what great happiness it is to love You. Grant that they, too, may extol the generosity of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen. Now we pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet: You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelop the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us. (Repeat 3 times) O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You. Our Father, Hail Mary and the Apostle’s Creed For each of the five decades (On each “Our Father” bead of the rosary, pray Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world. (On each of the 10 “Hail Mary” beads, pray) For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. Concluding prayer (Repeat 3 times) Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world. Closing Prayer Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself. April 4, 2021 Reflection – Easter Sunday!

Easter Sunday April 4, 2021 Easter Sunday Divine Mercy Novena, Day 3 Dear Family of Mary! Let’s pray together this beautiful sequence, rejoicing in the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ!! Sequence (Victimae paschali laudes) Christians, to the Paschal Victim Offer your thankful praises! A Lamb the sheep redeems; Christ, who only is sinless, Reconciles sinners to the Father. Death and life have contended in that combat stupendous: The Prince of life, who died, reigns immortal. Speak, Mary, declaring What you saw, wayfaring. “The tomb of Christ, who is living, The glory of Jesus’ resurrection; Bright angels attesting, The shroud and napkin resting. Yes, Christ my hope is arisen; To Galilee he goes before you.” Christ indeed from death is risen, our new life obtaining. Have mercy, victor King, ever reigning! Amen. Alleluia. This is Easter Sunday! Though we have been walking through a dark time, the Resurrection is a force that cannot be stopped! No pestilence can keep us from the joy of our Redeemer!! Our Lady has told us so. She called us to live in trust. Her Son has conquered: “Dear children! Also today I call you to have more trust in me and my Son. He has conquered by His death and resurrection and, through me, calls you to be a part of His joy. You do not see God, little children, but if you pray you will feel His nearness. I am with you and intercede before God for each of you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (April 25, 2006) We do not see God, but today we want to feel His nearness. We want to live in the deep awareness of the Redemption of Christ. We want to be part of His Joy!! Come, Lord Jesus, and enter the room of our Heart, even if the door is locked. Even though we may be locked down, alone, Jesus will come. He can walk through walls!! Come, Lord Jesus, come in and be with us. Today we pray for all Devout and Faithful Souls. May these souls stay firm and intercede for this poor world, so much in need of mercy! Divine Mercy Novena – Day Three Today bring to Me ALL DEVOUT AND FAITHFUL SOULS and immerse then in the ocean of My mercy. The souls brought Me consolation on the Way of the Cross. They were that drop of consolation in the midst of an ocean of bitterness. Most Merciful Jesus, from the treasury of Your mercy, You impart Your graces in great abundance to each and all. Receive us into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart and never let us escape from It. We beg this grace of You by that most wonderous love for the heavenly Father with which Your Heart burns so fiercely. Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon faithful souls, as upon the inheritance of Your Son. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, grant them Your blessing and surround them with Your constant protection. Thus may they never fail in love or lose the treasure of the holy faith, but rather, with all the hosts of Angels and Saints, may they glorify Your boundless mercy for endless ages. (Repeat 3 times) O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You! Our Father, Hail Mary and the Apostle’s Creed For each of the five decades (On each “Our Father” bead of the rosary, pray) Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world. April 3, 2021 Reflection – Holy Saturday

Holy Saturday April 3, 2021 Holy Saturday Divine Mercy Novena Day 2 Dear Family of Mary! On Day 2 of the Novena, Jesus asks us to pray for the souls of Priests and Religious. St. Faustina depended upon her spiritual directors and confessors for clarity in discernment and protection from the devil. She learned to hear the voice of Jesus through them. She understood how necessary the priests and religious are for the Church and the world. She wrote: “…O Jesus, give us fervent and holy priests! Oh, how great is the dignity of the priest, but at the same time, how great is his responsibility! Much has been given you, O priest, but much will also be demanded of you …” (941) Our Lady has told us: “Dear children! I am calling you to be generous in renunciation, fasting and prayer for all those who are in temptation, and are your brothers and sisters. In a special way I am imploring you to pray for priests and for all the consecrated, that they may love Jesus still more fervently; that the Holy Spirit may fill their hearts with joy; that they may witness Heaven and Heavenly mysteries. Many souls are in sin, because there are not those who sacrifice themselves and pray for their conversion. I am with you and am praying that your hearts may be filled with joy. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (September 25, 2017) Let us pray for The Souls of Priests and Religious today: Divine Mercy Novena – Day Two Today bring to Me THE SOULS OF PRIESTS AND RELIGIOUS and immerse them in My unfathomable mercy. It was they who gave Me strength to endure My bitter Passion. Through them as through channels My mercy flows out upon mankind. Most Merciful Jesus, from whom comes all that is good, increase Your grace in men and women consecrated to Your service, that they may perform worthy works of mercy; and that all who see them may glorify the Father of Mercy who is in heaven. Eternal Father turn Your merciful gaze upon the company of chosen ones in Your vineyard—upon the souls of priests and religious; and endow them with the strength of Your blessing. For the love of the Heart of Your Son in which they are enfolded, impart to them Your power and light, that they may be able to guide others in the way of salvation and with one voice sing praise to Your boundless mercy for ages without end. Amen. April 2, 2021 Reflection – Good Friday

Good Friday April 2, 2021 Divine Mercy Novena, Day 1 Dear Family of Mary! “Dear children! Also today I call all of you for your hearts to blaze with more ardent love for the Crucified, and do not forget that, out of love for you, He gave His life so that you may be saved. Little children, meditate and pray that your heart may be open to God’s love. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (September 25, 2007 On this most solemn day, Good Friday, we worship our Crucified Savior. In silence and fasting, we remain with Him as He dies on the Cross and is buried in the Tomb of Joseph of Arimathea. We then wait with Our Lady and the women. It is a time of silence and patient faith. We also remember that on this day at the moment of Christ’s death, His Heart was pierced by the soldier’s lance and Blood and Water flowed from our Savior’s side. Jesus revealed to St. Faustina that this Blood and Water is the infinite outpouring of the Mercy of God for sinful man. And so, through her we have been given the Divine Mercy Novena, in which we call forth the Blood and Water upon all Mankind, asking for the salvation of souls. May we pray this Novena with all our hearts, because our world is in desperate need of the Mercy of God. Our prayers are necessary! Divine Mercy Novena, Day 1: Today bring to Me ALL MANKIND, ESPECIALLY ALL SINNERS, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. In this way you will console Me in the bitter grief into which the loss of souls plunges Me. Most Merciful Jesus, whose very nature it is to have compassion on us and to forgive us, do not look upon our sins but upon our trust which we place in Your infinite goodness. Receive us all into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart, and never let us escape from It. We beg this of You by Your love which unites You to the Father and the Holy Spirit. Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon all mankind and especially upon poor sinners, all enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion show us Your mercy, that we may praise the omnipotence of Your mercy for ever and ever. Amen. March 31, 2021 Update from Denis – Blessed Triduum and Happy Easter!

Blessed and Holy Triduum and Very Happy Easter!! This grace filled Holy Week, approaching the 40th Anniversary of Our Lady’s apparitions in Medjugorje, we have so much to be grateful for.  Our Lady tells us, “Rejoice in the love, little children, that in the eyes of God you are unrepeatable and irreplaceable, because you are God’s joy in this world!”  We’re in His hands!  And she just told us in her March 25th message, “The future is God’s!” Jesus asked his apostles to have mercy on Him: “Would you not pray one hour with me?”  From Medjugorje Our Lady asks us to say, when praying to her, “Give us the grace to be merciful towards you.” In today’s Gospel Jesus speaks of his betrayal: https://marytv.tv/english-homily-in-medjugorje-2/?smid=iiIeKHsYJ0v&slid=IRBKmbjFsDA And Mary tells us: “Thank you that you do not betray my presence here.”  She says, “God has placed his complete trust in me!” And she is putting her complete trust in us – that we not leave her side! April 1, 2021 Reflection – Holy Thursday

Holy Thursday   April 1, 2021 Holy Thursday Dear Family of Mary! The second reading at the Evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper: Brothers and sisters: I received from the Lord what I also handed on to you, that the Lord Jesus, on the night he was handed over, took bread, and after he had given thanks, broke it and said, “This is my body that is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way also the cup, after super, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the death of the Lord until he comes.” (1 Corinthians 11: 23-26) The gift we receive tonight in this Liturgy of the Lord’s Supper is so beyond our wildest imaginings, that we can only adore Jesus and silently love Him. Jesus makes Himself present in the bread and wine, so that we will never be without Him, never be left alone, until we reach eternity. Like a good Father, He remains with His children until the very end. Our Lady has spoken of the Eucharistic Presence of her Son many times in Medjugorje: July 2, 2015 “Dear children, I am calling you to spread the faith in my Son – your faith. You, my children illuminated by the Holy Spirit, my apostles, transmit it to others – to those who do not believe, who do not know, who do not want to know – but for that you must pray a lot for the gift of love, because love is the mark of true faith – and you will be apostles of my love. Love always, anew, revives the pain and the joy of the Eucharist, it revives the pain of the Passion of my Son, by which He showed you what it means to love immeasurably; it revives the joy for having left you His body and blood to feed you with Himself – and in this way, to be one with you. Looking at you with tenderness, I feel immeasurable love which strengthens me in my desire to bring you to a firm faith. Firm faith will give you joy and happiness on earth and in the end the encounter with my Son. This is His desire. Therefore, live Him, live love, live the light that always illuminates you in the Eucharist. I implore you to pray a lot for your shepherds, to pray so as to have all the more love for them because my Son gave them to you to feed you with His body and to teach you love. Therefore, also you are to love them. But, my children, remember, love means to endure and to give, and never, ever to judge. Thank you.” Dear Mother, please bring us the gift of a firm faith, as you told us in this message. May your tenderness and immeasurable love never leave us. We need you, Mother, as we continue in these days of your Son’s Passion. Mother, stay with us! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! Cathy Nolan ©Mary TV 2021

March 31, 2021 Reflection – Wednesday of Holy Week

Wednesday of Holy Week   March 31, 2021 Wednesday of Holy Week Dear Family of Mary! “He who has dipped his hand into the dish with me is the one who will betray me. The Son of Man indeed goes, as it is written of him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed. It would be better for that man if he had never been born.” Then Judas, his betrayer, said in reply, “Surely it is not I, Rabbi?” He answered, “You have said so.” (Matthew 26: 23-25) It seems that it is very easy for us to lie to ourselves about our behavior, to misrepresent to our own conscience what we are doing, so that we can decide to do something objectively wrong, and tell ourselves it is “OK”, necessary, etc. If we are not vigilant about the small things that we do, naming them as sin and rejecting them, then the bigger sins will follow. We make ourselves insensitive to the harm we do, and soon we have done great harm. This may be what Judas did, after three years of mismanaging the money given to Jesus and the disciples, he became sure that his need for money was the highest good. Even Jesus could be sold for money. His conscience was marred and useless. He became capable of the most heinous crime of all. Our Lady understands how easy it is to deaden our consciences, and so she told us: December 4, 1986“Dear children! Today I call you to prepare your hearts for these days when the Lord particularly desires to purify you from all the sins of your past. You, dear children, are not able by yourselves, therefore I am here to help you. You pray, dear children! Only that way shall you be able to recognize all the evil that is in you and surrender it to the Lord so the Lord may completely purify your hearts. Therefore, dear children, pray without ceasing and prepare your hearts in penance and fasting. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Prayer and fasting are necessary for us, if we are to purify our hearts, our consciences, making them capable of recognizing sin and choosing instead the good. Mother Mary, please stay with us, constantly guiding us away from sin, and waking our consciences up to choose the good. Jesus, have mercy on us! In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! March 30, 2021 Reflection – Tuesday of Holy Week

Tuesday of Holy Week   March 30, 2021 Tuesday of Holy Week Dear Family of Mary! “Reclining at table with his disciples, Jesus was deeply troubled and testified, “Amen, amen, I say to you, one of you will betray me.”  The disciples looked at one another, at a loss as to whom he meant…” (Jn 13:21-22) It is hard to predict who might be a betrayer.  Betrayal is a secret act.  One that forms silently in the heart, far from the light.  It is like a cancer that slowly grows, dividing one from family or friends because of a self-interest that demands it.  Only the tempter joins in the conversation in our hearts, urging us on to do such a deed. Lord Jesus, may our love for you grow so strong that we will never even hear the voice of temptation to betray you.  May we give you everything we are and have so there will be no reason to do such a dark deed.  Be our only Lord and God. May 2, 2017 “Dear children, I am calling you to pray, not to ask for but to offer sacrifice – sacrificing yourselves. I am calling you to reveal the truth and merciful love. I am praying to my Son for you, for your faith which is all the more diminishing in your hearts. I am imploring Him to help you with the Divine Spirit, as I also desire to help you with my motherly spirit. My children, you must be better. Only those who are pure, humble, and filled with love sustain the world – they are saving themselves and the world. My children, my Son is the heart of the world. He should be loved and prayed to, and not always betrayed anew. Therefore, you, apostles of my love, spread the faith in the hearts of people by your example, your prayer and merciful love. I am beside you; I will help you. Pray for your shepherds to have all the more light, so as to be able to illuminate all those who live in darkness. Thank you.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! March 29, 2021 Reflection – Monday of Holy Week

Monday of Holy Week   March 29, 2021 Monday of Holy Week Dear Family of Mary! March 25, 2021 “Dear children! Also, today I am with you to tell you: Little children, [he] who prays does not fear the future and does not lose hope. You are chosen to carry joy and peace, because you are mine. I have come here with the name ‘Queen of Peace’ because the devil wants peacelessness and war, he wants to fill your heart with fear of the future – but the future is God’s. That is why, be humble and pray, and surrender everything into the hands of the Most High Who created you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady poured heavenly light into our souls through this message.  From the moment I first heard it, I felt the power of the Holy Spirit resting in my soul, and my heart was strengthened with hope.  Every time I am tempted to fear or worry about the future now, I turn to this message and my fear and worry dissolve.  Thank you, dearest Mother, for speaking the truth to us in such a powerful way. In this serious and powerful week, Holy Week 2021, we must spend our energies focused on Jesus.  Jesus is everything for us this week.  We don’t want to miss a moment with Him.  So my reflections will be short.  Today let’s remember what Mary did for Jesus during dinner at her house: “Mary took a liter of costly perfumed oil made from genuine aromatic nard and anointed the feet of Jesus and dried them with her hair; the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.” (John 12:3) Can we kneel down at Jesus’ feet, and break open our hearts to pour out upon His feet the oil of our love, of our gratitude, of our joy at being forgiven, of our total dedication to Him who has first loved us? Jesus, allow us to show you our love as we kneel at your feet today. In Jesus, Mary, and Joseph!
