November 18, 2022 Reflection – A River of Joy!

A River of Joy   November 18, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady wants our lives to be joyful thanksgiving which flows out of our hearts like a river of joy!! Think of how much we could be blessing other people if joy was flowing out of us like a river!! May it be so! August 25, 1988 “Dear children! Today I invite you all to rejoice in the life which God gives you. Little children, rejoice in God, the Creator, because He has created you so wonderfully. Pray that your life be joyful thanksgiving which flows out of your heart like a river of joy. Little children, give thanks unceasingly for all that you possess, for each little gift which God has given you, so that a joyful blessing always comes down from God upon your life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” This Psalm of David reveals the heart of King David, from whose heart a river of joyful thanksgiving really did flow out! Let’s pray with David: Ps.138 A Psalm of David. I give thee thanks, O LORD, with my whole heart; before the gods I sing thy praise; I bow down toward thy holy temple and give thanks to thy name for thy steadfast love and thy faithfulness; for thou hast exalted above everything thy name and thy word. On the day I called, thou didst answer me, my strength of soul thou didst increase. All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, for they have heard the words of thy mouth; and they shall sing of the ways of the LORD, for great is the glory of the LORD. For though the LORD is high, he regards the lowly; but the haughty he knows from afar. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou dost preserve my life; thou dost stretch out thy hand against the wrath of my enemies, and thy right hand delivers me. The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; thy steadfast love, O LORD, endures for ever. Do not forsake the work of thy hands. Amen! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan (c) Mary TV 2022

November 17, 2022 Reflection – A Rosary of Gratitude

A Rosary of Gratitude   November 17, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! I want to follow up on the idea of gratitude as an antidote to all the negativity that wants to wash over us in these days. So I did a search for a litany of gratitude. But what I found instead was a Rosary of Gratitude! I had never heard of this prayer. But as I read the description of it, I was so excited. Here is what is suggested for the Gratitude Rosary: How to Pray the Gratitude Rosary The Rosary of Gratitude is simple to memorize and pray. The opening prayers are the same as the original Rosary: the Apostles’ Creed, an Our Father, three Hail Marys, and a Glory Be. On the bead that introduces each new decade, pray an Our Father. On the 10 beads of the decades, tell God something you are grateful for. This could be as simple as your health, or as detailed as a memory you have from when you were growing up. (Trying to come up with 50 things you are grateful for might seem intimidating. Once you start though, it is easy to keep thinking of blessings in your life. If you ever get stuck, take a look around at the environment you are in and try to find inspiration there. You can also just say the traditional Rosary and add something you are grateful for at the end of each Hail Mary!) To close the Rosary of Gratitude, you can pray the Hail Holy Queen like a regular Rosary. Or, you can come up with something personal to conclude with. (https://everydayprayerco.com/) I truly believe that practicing gratitude daily will be a great boost to our mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. It will draw us close to our loving Father in Heaven and give us the peace and strength to share our faith with others. Our Lady told us: September 25, 2012 “Dear children! When in nature you look at the richness of the colors which the Most High gives to you, open your heart and pray with gratitude for all the good that you have and say: ‘I am here created for eternity’ – and yearn for heavenly things because God loves you with immeasurable love. This is why He also gave me to you to tell you: ‘Only in God is your peace and hope, dear children’. Thank you for having responded to my call.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! November 16, 2022 Reflection – Let your everyday be filled with gratitude to God

Let your everyday be filled with gratitude to God   November 16, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! I don’t know about you, but over the past few years I have had to struggle with anxiety and worry. I take it to prayer and stay close to the Rosary and Holy Mass, which helps so very much! But still there are moments when I am attacked with worry and even some resentment at the world that is so out of order. Well, I took that worry, anxiety and resentment to confession last week, and the wonderful priest who heard my confession gave me some long-needed advice. His penance for me was to turn my thoughts towards gratitude. He said gratitude is the antidote to resentment and many other negative responses to life. I tried it immediately, and realized he was right! When a negative and resentful worry-some situation appeared in my mind, I began to thank God for everything in that situation, giving Him praise and glory for those involved, and for all the good I had received even in the difficulty. And immediately, I felt a warmth flood into my heart and mind, and a joy invade my soul. I was not a hapless victim in that situation, but a person who could bring good to it, because God is in charge. And I could love the other people involved, with the love of that same God! Well, I have been simply applying gratitude to all of my daily challenges since then, and I feel like a new person. Our Lady has spoken to us about gratitude and how important it is for our lives. Here are two messages: October 25, 2002 “Dear children! Also today I call you to prayer. Little children, believe that by simple prayer miracles can be worked. Through your prayer you open your heart to God and He works miracles in your life. By looking at the fruits, your heart fills with joy and gratitude to God for everything He does in your life and, through you, also to others. Pray and believe little children, God gives you graces and you do not see them. Pray and you will see them. May your day be filled with prayer and thanksgiving for everything that God gives you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” The simple prayer we pray to God can open up a flood of gratitude as we see the miracles He is doing in our lives. The more time we spend with the Lord, the more we know what He is doing, and we can see His blessing on our lives. This brings more gratitude and joy! Gratitude must be one of the deepest emotions we will have in Heaven. We will be grateful to God for all eternity!!! Our Lady tells us in this next message that we should fill every day with the prayer of gratitude to God: April 25, 1991 “Dear children! Today I invite you all so that your prayer be prayer with the heart. Let each of you find time for prayer so that in prayer you discover God. I do not desire you to talk about prayer, but to pray. Let your everyday be filled with prayer of gratitude to God for life and for all that you have. I do not desire your life to pass by in words but that you glorify God with deeds. I am with you and I am grateful to God for every moment spent with you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” The prayer of thanksgiving and gratitude will fill us we joy, peace, truth, hope, faith and love. Once we know the incredible love that God is pouring out on us, we can never again be tempted to ingratitude. We know better! God loves us, with a love so powerful that it will never end, ever! Thanks be to God! Thanks be to our wonderful God!! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan (c) Mary TV 2022

November 14, 2022 Reflection – Heaven and Eternity

Heaven and Eternity   November 14, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! A couple of days ago, as I was praying after Communion, I had a brief but vivid image of Our Lady, standing beside me. She was tall and beautiful, and her robes were flowing around me. I was like a little child. I looked up at her, as if to ask her a question, and she looked down at me, placed her finger over her lips as if to say “Shhhhh”, and then pointed with that same finger upwards. It was as if she was telling me not to speak but to lift my gaze heavenward, because God was about to do something. That was what I saw, and it filled me with peace. I feel that there is so much we do not know, so much that is happening that is simply out of our ken! We can waste countless hours trying to figure out how to make the world a better place, or to stop evil. But there is only one thing necessary. To silence our hearts and look up…look towards Heaven and eternity, as Our Lady has said. Looking up is an act of hope, an act of faith, an act of trust in God. We can at least be those who believe, hope and trust in God. That counts for something! Our Lady told us: December 25, 2016 “Dear children! With great joy, today I am carrying my Son Jesus to you, for Him to give you His peace. Open your hearts, little children, and be joyful that you can receive it. Heaven is with you and is fighting for peace in your hearts, in the families and in the world; and you, little children, help with your prayers for it to be so. I bless you with my Son Jesus and call you not to lose hope; and for your gaze and heart to always be directed towards Heaven and eternity. In this way, you will be open to God and to His plans. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Mother, help us to keep our gaze and our heart always directed towards Heaven and eternity. We want to be open to God and to His plans! November 11, 2022 Reflection – Spread the love of my Son…

Spread the love of my Son…   November 11, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! April 2, 2017 “Dear children, apostles of my love, it is up to you to spread the love of my Son to all those who have not come to know it; you, the little lights of the world, whom I am teaching with motherly love to shine clearly with full brilliance. Prayer will help you, because prayer saves you, prayer saves the world. Therefore, my children, pray with words, feelings, merciful love and sacrifice. My Son has shown you the way – He who became incarnate and made of me the first chalice – with His exalted sacrifice He has shown you how you need to love. Therefore, my children, do not be afraid to speak the truth. Do not be afraid to change yourself and the world by spreading love, by doing everything for my Son to be known and loved by loving others in Him. As a mother, I am always with you. I am imploring my Son to help you for love to reign in your life – love that lives, love that draws, love which gives life. I am teaching you such love – pure love. It is up to you, my apostles, to recognize it, live it and spread it. Pray with feeling for your shepherds so that they can witness my Son with love. Thank you.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! November 10, 2022 Reflection – The center of your life…

The center of your life…   November 10, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! September 2, 2019 “Dear children, pray! Pray the Rosary every day – that wreath of flowers which, as a mother, directly connects me with your pains, sufferings, desires, and hopes. Apostles of my love, I am with you through the grace and the love of my Son, and I am asking for prayers of you. The world is in such need of your prayers for souls to be converted. With complete trust, open your hearts to my Son, and in them He will inscribe the summary of His words – which is love. Live in an unbreakable connection with the Most Sacred Heart of my Son. My children, as a mother, I am telling you that it is high time for you to kneel before my Son to acknowledge Him as your God, the center of your life. Offer gifts to Him – that which He most loves – which is love towards neighbor, mercy, and pure hearts. Apostles of my love, many of my children still do not acknowledge my Son as their God; they have not yet come to know His love. But you, with your prayer pronounced from a pure and open heart, by the gifts which you offer to my Son, will make even the hardest hearts open. Apostles of my love, the strength of prayer pronounced from the heart – a powerful prayer full of love – changes the world. Therefore, my children: pray, pray, pray. I am with you. Thank you.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan (c) Mary TV 2022

November 9, 2022 Reflection – I am your Mother…

I am your Mother…   November 9, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! July 25, 1988 “Dear children! Today I am calling you to a complete surrender to God. Everything you do and everything you possess give over to God so that He can take control in your life as the King of all that you possess. That way, through me, God can lead you into the depths of the spiritual life. Little children, do not be afraid, because I am with you even if you think there is no way out and that satan is in control. I am bringing peace to you. I am your mother, the Queen of Peace. I am blessing you with the blessings of joy so that for you God may be everything in your life… Thank you for having responded to my call.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan (c) Mary TV 2022

November 8, 2022 Reflection – Pray for Peace!

Pray for Peace!   November 8, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady has come to us as the Queen of Peace in Medjugorje. Peace is her main message. In these very difficult days, peace is becoming more and more precious to us. We are beginning to understand why Our Lady called us constantly to pray for peace and to live peace. Listen to her call to us: November 25, 2019 “Dear children! May this time be a time of prayer for you. Without God you do not have peace. Therefore, little children, pray for peace in your hearts and families, so that Jesus can be born in you and give you His love and blessing. The world is at war because hearts are full of hatred and jealousy. In the eyes, little children, peacelessness is seen because you have not permitted Jesus to be born in your lives. Seek Him, pray, and He will give Himself to you in the Child who is joy and peace. I am with you and I pray for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” Our Lady gave the original prayer group a beautiful prayer called “The Jesus Rosary”. Franjo Zubac often leads this prayer on Mary TV. It is powerful and draws our hearts into the Hearts of Jesus and Mary! This prayer may help Jesus to be born in our hearts, as Our Lady desires. Here is the format for praying the Jesus Rosary. November 7, 2022 Reflection – Forgiveness

Forgiveness is the most exalted form of love…   November 7, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! June 2, 2019 “Dear children, only a pure and an open heart will make it such that you may truly come to know my Son and that all those who do not know His love may come to know it through you. Only love will make you comprehend that it is stronger than death because true love conquered death and made it so that death not exist. My children, forgiveness is the most exalted form of love. You, as apostles of my love, must pray that you be strong in spirit and that you could comprehend and forgive. You, apostles of my love, by understanding and forgiveness, are giving an example of love and mercy. To be able to comprehend and forgive is a gift for which it is necessary to pray, and to nurture it. By forgiveness you are showing that you know how to love. Just look, my children, how the Heavenly Father loves you with a great love, with understanding, forgiveness and justice – how He gives me, the Mother of your hearts, to you. And here I am among you to bless you with a motherly blessing, to call you to prayer, to fasting – to tell you to believe, to hope, to forgive, to pray for your shepherds, and above all to love without limits. My children, follow me. My way is the way of peace and love, the way of my Son. It is the way that leads to the triumph of my heart. Thank you.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! November 4, 2022 Reflection – Without God you do not have a future!

Without God you do not have a future! November 4, 2022 Dear Family of Mary! Dear children! The Most High permits me to be with you, and to be joy for you and the way in hope, because mankind has decided for death. That is why He sent me to keep instructing you that without God you do not have a future. Little children, be instruments of love for all those who have not come to know the God of love. Witness joyfully your faith and do not lose hope in a change of the human heart. I am with you and am blessing you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call. (October 25, 2022) “That is why He sent me to keep instructing you that without God you do not have a future.” Our Lady has been given the job of instructing us! And she has done such a wonderful job! She often tells us that we have a future, and by that she means an eternal future. When she says that, it is with authority, because she comes back from that future to instruct us about it!! Her instructions are meant to prepare us for that future, and to keep us on that road to Heaven. Heaven! It is our future. But without God there will be no Heaven. This all makes sense only if we have faith, if God is real to us, and we believe in His revelation, through Jesus Christ. Somehow we have a longing for heaven, built into us deep down inside. But we run from that longing, and try to cover it over with worldly things, so we don’t have to think about it. Our Lady has come from Heaven to make it absolutely clear that Heaven exists and God is calling us there. We just have to convert and live for God. Here is a section of the Catechism of the Catholic Church which teaches us the plain facts about Heaven. Maybe these words will help us to grasp the reality of Heaven and our destiny there. Our Lady wants us to realize that “without God you do not have a future” (i.e. Heaven). PART ONE: THE PROFESSION OF FAITH SECTION TWO I. THE CREEDS CHAPTER THREE I BELIEVE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT Article 12 “I BELIEVE IN LIFE EVERLASTING” II. Heaven 1023 Those who die in God’s grace and friendship and are perfectly purified live for ever with Christ. They are like God for ever, for they “see him as he is,” face to face: 596 By virtue of our apostolic authority, we define the following: According to the general disposition of God, the souls of all the saints . . . and other faithful who died after receiving Christ’s holy Baptism (provided they were not in need of purification when they died, . . . or, if they then did need or will need some purification, when they have been purified after death, . . .) already before they take up their bodies again and before the general judgment – and this since the Ascension of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ into heaven – have been, are and will be in heaven, in the heavenly Kingdom and celestial paradise with Christ, joined to the company of the holy angels. Since the Passion and death of our Lord Jesus Christ, these souls have seen and do see the divine essence with an intuitive vision, and even face to face, without the mediation of any creature. 597 1024 This perfect life with the Most Holy Trinity – this communion of life and love with the Trinity, with the Virgin Mary, the angels and all the blessed – is called “heaven.” Heaven is the ultimate end and fulfillment of the deepest human longings, the state of supreme, definitive happiness. 1025 To live in heaven is “to be with Christ.” the elect live “in Christ,” 598 but they retain, or rather find, their true identity, their own name. 599 For life is to be with Christ; where Christ is, there is life, there is the kingdom. 600 1026 By his death and Resurrection, Jesus Christ has “opened” heaven to us. the life of the blessed consists in the full and perfect possession of the fruits of the redemption accomplished by Christ. He makes partners in his heavenly glorification those who have believed in him and remained faithful to his will. Heaven is the blessed community of all who are perfectly incorporated into Christ. 1027 This mystery of blessed communion with God and all who are in Christ is beyond all understanding and description. Scripture speaks of it in images: life, light, peace, wedding feast, wine of the kingdom, the Father’s house, the heavenly Jerusalem, paradise: “no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him.” 601 1028 Because of his transcendence, God cannot be seen as he is, unless he himself opens up his mystery to man’s immediate contemplation and gives him the capacity for it. The Church calls this contemplation of God in his heavenly glory “the beatific vision”: How great will your glory and happiness be, to be allowed to see God, to be honored with sharing the joy of salvation and eternal light with Christ your Lord and God, . . . to delight in the joy of immortality in the Kingdom of heaven with the righteous and God’s friends. 602 1029 In the glory of heaven the blessed continue joyfully to fulfill God’s will in relation to other men and to all creation. Already they reign with Christ; with him “they shall reign for ever and ever.” 603 596 1 Jn 3:2; cf. 1 Cor 13:12; Rev 22:4. 597 Benedict XII, Benedictus Deus (1336): DS 1000; cf.
