Dear Family of Mary!
July 25, 2024 “My dear children, with joy I have chosen you and am leading you…
I think it is important that we all realize that we have been chosen by Our Lady! It is no accident that we are joined together by Our Lady of Medjugorje, and that we pray together each day. Our Lady has called us, and she needs us. We are her prayer team, her support!
Here are five messages that speak about our being chosen by the Lord. Let’s take them to prayer, possibly one for each decade of the Rosary. Let Mother’s words speak to our hearts about being chosen by her. We need to understand this. We have been chosen by God through Mary, and we have responded as best we can. It is amazing!
Let her words explain this process to us!
January 25, 1987 The first apparition of the 25th of the month, given to Marija, for the parish: “Today I want to appeal to all of you to start living a new life from this day on. Dear children, I wish that you would understand that God has chosen each one of you to have a part in the great plan for the salvation of mankind. You cannot fully understand how great your role is in God’s design. For that reason, pray, dear children, so that through prayer, you may be able to know your role in God’s plan. I am with you, so that you may be able to realize it fully.
December 25, 2020 “Dear children! I am carrying to you little Jesus who brings you peace, Him who is the past, present and future of your existence. Little children, do not permit for your faith and hope in a better future to be extinguished, because you are chosen to be witnesses of hope in every situation. That is why I am here with Jesus that He may bless you with His peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” 12/25/2020
March 25, 2021 “Dear children! Also, today I am with you to tell you: Little children, who prays does not fear the future and does not lose hope. You are chosen to carry joy and peace, because you are mine. I have come here with the name ‘Queen of Peace’ because the devil wants peacelessness and war, he wants to fill your heart with fear of the future – but the future is God’s. That is why, be humble and pray, and surrender everything into the hands of the Most High Who created you. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
September 25, 2023 “Dear children! I am calling you to strong prayer. Modernism wants to enter into your thoughts and steal from you the joy of prayer and of meeting with Jesus. That is why, my dear little children, renew prayer in your families, so that my motherly heart may be joyful as in the first days, when I had chosen you, and day and night prayer resounded — and Heaven was not silent but abundantly bestowed peace and blessing on this place of grace. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
April 2, 2008 “Dear children, Also today as I am with you in the great love of God I desire to ask you: Are you also with me? Are your hearts open for me? Do you permit me with my love to purify and prepare them for my Son? My children, you have been chosen because, in your time, the great grace of God has descended on earth. Do not hesitate to accept it. Thank you.”
