June 7, 2021 Reflection – “Be prayer and hope for those who have not come to know the God of love.”

Dear Family of Mary!

“I desire that you be prayer and hope to those who have not come to know the God of love.” (May 25, 2021)

Our Lady is very concerned for her children who still do not know God and His love. She watches with great concern each life, each person on earth. She is The Mother. Jesus gave her to each of us as our mother from the Cross. But so many of us do not know her. So many of us do not know Jesus. So many of us are lost.

And so she has asked those of us who know her to “be prayer and hope to those who have not come to know the God of love.”

You can feel her love and hope coming through in the way she refers to those of her children who do not know God or His love. She doesn’t blame them or disparage them. She simply says “those who have not come to know the God of love.” Those who have not come to know… Our Lady loves and is concerned for these ones, the ones who have not come to know the love of God.

Many, many things can keep us from knowing the God of love. Our Lady doesn’t point fingers or blame. She just longs for her children to come to know the God of love!! We can adopt her way of looking at things as well. It will make our job of “being prayer” much easier. Once we leave the job of judging to the One who will come as a just Judge, and we look at others through The Mother’s love-glasses, we will be able to pray so freely and joyfully for those who do not know Jesus (yet). We will be able to have hope for all of them, because we know how powerful The Mother’s love is!!

Here are three messages in which Our Lady asked us to “be prayer”. They will help us to grasp how much Our Lady loves all her children, and how we can help to share that love with those who as yet do not know her or Jesus. Our job is to learn to “be prayer” for them, until they can enter into that loving relationship with God themselves. It is her wish and ours:

February 25, 2014“Dear children! You see, hear and feel that in the hearts of many people there is no God. They do not want Him, because they are far from prayer and do not have peace. You, little children, pray – live God’s commandments. You be prayer, you who from the very beginning said ‘yes’ to my call. Witness God and my presence and do not forget, little children: I am with you and I love you. From day to day I present you all to my Son Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

April 25, 2014“Dear children! Open your hearts to the grace which God is giving you through me, as a flower that opens to the warm rays of the sun. Be prayer and love for all those who are far from God and His love… I am with you and I intercede for all of you before my Son Jesus, and I love you with immeasurable love. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

May 25, 2020“Dear children! Pray with me for a new life for all of you. In your hearts, little children, you know what needs to be changed. Return to God and His Commandments, so that the Holy Spirit may change your lives and the face of this earth, which is in need of renewal in the spirit. Little children, be prayer for all those who do not pray; be joy for all those who do not see the way out; be carriers of light in the darkness of this peaceless time. Pray and seek the help and protection of the saints so that you also could yearn for Heaven and Heavenly realities. I am with you and am protecting and blessing all of you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
