God’s joy!

(c)Mateo Ivankovic 2016 JMJ August 29, 2016 The Passion of St. John the Baptist Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady gave us this incredible message on Thursday, August 25, 2016: “Dear children! Today I desire to share Heavenly joy with you. You, little children, open the door of your heart so that hope, peace and love, which only God gives, may grow in your heart. Little children, you are too bound to the earth and earthly things, that is why, Satan is rolling you like the wind rolls the waves of the sea. Therefore, may the chain of your life be prayer with the heart and Adoration of my Son Jesus. Give over your future to Him so that, in Him, you may be joy and an example with your lives to others. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (August 25, 2016) Why is it that in these difficult, violent times Our Lady would call us to heavenly joy? Why would she want to share heavenly joy with us? What is it about God’s joy that is relevant to us here on earth? I want to say that Heavenly Joy is everything for us in these days. God’s joy is the power that will see us through all our trials and holy labors. God’s joy is the truth that underlies everything. God is love, a love so deep and powerful it cannot be stopped. And that love is aimed at us! We are the recipients of God’s love every moment of every day. And that love is joy for us! Eternal, everlasting joy! This is our future, our legacy and our destiny. So God’s heavenly joy is everything for us! Our Lady has spoken of joy many times in her messages. I have collected five of them for us to use in our rosaries for meditation today. We can meditate on the August 25, 2016 message on the opening beads, and use each of these messages for the five decades. We want to let God’s joy penetrate our beings. Let’s begin to pray on it! May 25, 1988 “Dear children! I am inviting you to a complete surrender to God. Pray, little children, that satan may not carry you about like the branches in the wind. Be strong in God. I desire that through you the whole world may get to know the God of joy. By your life bear witness for God’s joy. Do not be anxious nor worried. God himself will help you and show you the way. I desire that you love all men with my love. Only in that way can love reign over the world. Little children, you are mine. I love you and want you to surrender to me so that I can lead you to God. Never cease praying so that satan cannot take advantage of you. Pray for the knowledge that you are mine. I bless you with blessings of joy. Thank you for having responded to my call.” October 25, 1997 “Dear children! Also today I am with you and I call all of you to renew yourselves by living my messages. Little children, may prayer be life for you and may you be an example to others. Little children, I desire for you to become carriers of peace and of God’s joy to today’s world without peace. That is why, little children, pray, pray, pray! I am with you and I bless you with my motherly peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” October 25, 2015 “Dear children! Also today, my prayer is for all of you, especially for all those who have become hard of heart to my call. You are living in the days of grace and are not conscious of the gifts which God is giving to you through my presence. Little children, decide also today for holiness and take the example of the saints of this time and you will see that holiness is a reality for all of you. Rejoice in the love, little children, that in the eyes of God you are unrepeatable and irreplaceable, because you are God’s joy in this world. Witness peace, prayer and love. Thank you for having responded to my call.” December 25, 2006  “Today is a great day of joy and peace. Rejoice with me. Little children, in a special way, I call you to holiness in your families. I desire, little children, that each of your families be holy and that God’s joy and peace, which God sends you today in a special way, may come to rule and dwell in your families. Little children, open your hearts today on this day of grace, decide for God and put Him in the first place in your family. I am your Mother. I love you and give you my Motherly Blessing.” September 02, 2013 “Dear children, I love you all. All of you, all of my children, all of you are in my heart. All of you have my motherly love, and I desire to lead all of you to come to know God’s joy. This is why I am calling you. I need humble apostles who, with an open heart, will accept the Word of God and help others to comprehend the meaning of their life along side God’s word. To be able to do this my children, through prayer and fasting, you must learn to listen with the heart and to learn to keep submitting yourselves. You must learn to keep rejecting everything that distances you from God’s word and to yearn only for that which draws you closer to it. Do not be afraid. I am here. You are not alone. I am imploring the Holy Spirit to renew and strengthen you. I am imploring the Holy Spirit that, as you help others, you too may be healed. I am imploring Him that, through Him, you may be God’s children and my apostles.” In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan ©Mary TV 2016 PS. We are approaching the canonization of Mother Teresa of Calcutta. I feel that Mother’s intercession will be very powerful for us on her canonization day. Let’s prepare our hearts for that day by asking for her intercession and thanking her for her great fidelity to God’s plan for her life. She is a true hero for us all! Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, you allowed the thirsting love of Jesus on the Cross to become a living flame within you, and so became the light of His love to all. Obtain from the Heart of Jesus (here make your request). Teach me to allow Jesus to penetrate and possess my whole being so completely that my life, too, may radiate His light and love to others. Amen. Immaculate Heart of Mary, Cause of Our Joy, pray for me. Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, pray for me. (Text © Missionaries of Charity Image Courtesy of Father Woody and Regis University)

August 29, 2016 – Important Maintenance Tips For Diesel Engines

When driving a semi truck cross-country and trying to meet all your delivery deadlines, you should carry some extra items with you. That way, if you have issues in the middle of nowhere and are fifty miles from the closest town, you can just take care of the problem yourself. We suggest you carry the following: extra oil, coolant, washer fluid, and DEF fluid, a fuel filter, and a fuel filter wrench. But take note that when changing your fuel filters, you must install the new fuel filters full of diesel fuel. In addition, as a professional driver you need to keep a lookout for engine overheating, oil leaks, and coolant leaks, and keep up with general preventive maintenance. Keeping your engine maintained will help you make that delivery on time and help prevent breakdowns. The last thing you want is a premature engine failure that requires an engine overhaul. This is a major expense and a time-consuming repair that will ultimately delay your delivery. Preventive maintenance and taking note of engine performance changes should be a top priority, to keep you on the road! Make some time in your busy schedule and perform these basic tasks, as they will ultimately save you time and money and keep you out of the repair shop. But keep in mind that if you use Wyoming Diesel Service for your preventive maintenance needs, we will perform a free 59-point inspection to make sure your vehicle is ready for the miles ahead! Find out the best used and brand new deals at Kenworth truck auctions. 1. Keep Your Truck & Engine Clean Whether you are driving across town or across the country, dust, road grime, and soot can make your truck rather messy. Keeping your truck clean allows you or your service technician to notice any issues before they become major problems. For example, on a clean vehicle you can spot new oil leaks, broken hoses, coolant leaks, etc. In addition, dirty engine components such as radiators and intercoolers are going to affect your engine. So, take preventive measures to keep things clean. 2. Keep an Eye on Your Fluids If not for engine oil, your truck would not be able to roll on, furiously notching up miles, and would die a natural death. Engine oil lubricates the moving parts of the engine. But it becomes acidic and contaminated over time and needs to be changed regularly. Lack of oil changes will minimize performance and engine life. You should also keep an eye on engine coolant as it’s just as important as engine oil. Keeping your coolant topped off and balanced with proper chemicals will help prevent engine overheating, coolant freezing, and engine-damaging electrolysis in your cylinder liners. Yes, improper coolant maintenance can lead to holes in your cylinder liners and allow coolant to dump into your cylinders! Lastly, we need to include window washer fluid. It’s pretty easy to get a dirty windshield when you are zipping past someone on a wet or snowy road, and in the summer those bugs can muck up your windshield pretty quickly. Dirty windshields are dangerous and can be remedied with some windshield wiper fluid in your reservoir. 3. Change Filters Regularly Just as your truck needs to be clean, your fluids need to be clean, too, and all your filters are an integral part of preventive maintenance. Fuel filters need to be replaced every now and then to ensure good, clean fuel flow to your engine. Dirty fuel filters don’t bypass and will restrict or stop fuel flow to your engine. With reduced fuel flow you will notice reduced engine performance, and with completely clogged filters, you will have an engine that won’t start or run. Oil filters ensure your oil is clean by removing particles that can cause engine wear and damage. Every time you change your engine oil, you need to change your oil filters. A clean air filter ensures your engine is breathing clean air. Air filters need to be changed from time to time, and the frequency depends on the environment you are operating in. A dirty, clogged air filter will restrict airflow and degrade engine performance. Diesel particulate filters (DPF) are important to maintain as well. You can read more about them under “Your Exhaust System.” 4. Change Your Oil Regularly To keep your motor running smoothly, replace your oil consistently. It’s tough coming up with a hard and fast rule on engine oil change intervals. It depends on so many factors, such as engine idle time, number of engine cold starts, engine workloads, and the list goes on. If you need help coming up with an engine oil change interval, please refer to your specific engine manufacturer guidelines. Additionally, our staff would be happy to discuss all these factors and help you come up with the ideal oil change interval for your specific diesel engine. Finally, you need to utilize the proper oil for your vehicle. In case you don’t know which type to utilize, refer your engine manual or have a diesel engine repair professional change your oil for you.
