September 20, 2021 Reflection – No one who lights a lamp conceals it!

No one who lights a lamp conceals it!   September 20, 2021 Saints Andrew Kim Tae-gon and Paul Chong Ha-sang and Companions Dear Family of Mary! Today we celebrate these courageous martyrs – Saints Andrew Kim Tae-gon and Paul Chong Ha-sang and Companions! Their witness to Jesus cost them their lives, but their light continues to shine upon the world even today. Jesus speaks about this kind of light in our Gospel for today. It is the light that shines through our witness to Him and His love. Luke 8:16-18 Jesus said to the crowd: “No one who lights a lamp conceals it with a vessel or sets it under a bed; rather, he places it on a lampstand so that those who enter may see the light. For there is nothing hidden that will not become visible, and nothing secret that will not be known and come to light. Take care, then, how you hear. To anyone who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he seems to have will be taken away.” Jesus tells us that our lives are like lamps. What we do and how we live eventually will be seen by all. And therefore we must become the light of His truth, so that our light will give witness to Jesus and be a blessing for all who see it. The alternative is that our lives will betray Jesus and spread darkness. It is up to us to embrace Jesus’ light and live it now, so that we will shine brightly for those who come after us, leading them into the Kingdom. Our Lady has asked us many times in her messages to be the light for everyone, those who witness to the light of her Son in every situation. Here is one message: June 5, 1986 “Dear children! Today I am calling on you to decide whether or not you wish to live the messages which I am giving you. I wish you to be active in living and spreading the messages. Especially, dear children, I wish that you all be the reflection of Jesus, which will enlighten this unfaithful world walking in darkness. I wish all of you to be the light for everyone and that you give witness in the light. Dear children, you are not called to the darkness, but you are called to the light. Therefore, live the light with your own life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” May we live the light with our own lives, as Our Lady asks! She will help us each day to become brighter and brighter lights for those who need to see! Mother please help us to live this message with all our hearts! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! September 17, 2021 Reflection – We praise you, Lord Jesus Christ!

We praise  you, Lord Jesus Christ!   September 16, 2021 St. Robert Bellarmine Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady said to us: November 2, 2016 “Dear children, to come to you and to make myself known to you is a great joy for my motherly heart. It is a gift from my Son for you and for others who are coming. As a mother I am calling you: love my Son above everything. In order to love Him with all your heart, you need to come to know Him. You will come to know Him through prayer. Pray with the heart and with your feelings. To pray means to think of His love and sacrifice. To pray means to love, to give, to suffer and to offer. I am calling you, my children, to be apostles of prayer and love. My children, it is a time of vigilance. In this vigil I am calling you to prayer, love and trust. As my Son will be looking in your hearts, my motherly heart desires for Him to see unconditional trust and love in them. The united love of my apostles will live, will conquer and will expose evil. My children, I was a chalice of the God-man; I was God’s instrument. That is why I am calling you, my apostles, to be a chalice of the true and pure love of my Son. I am calling you to be an instrument through which all those who have not come to know the love of God – who have never loved – may comprehend, accept and be saved. Thank you, my children.” In these difficult days, it is very important to keep our hearts focused on Jesus. He is our hope and life, our future and our joy! Our Lady wants this for us, as she said in the message above. I found this beautiful litany of praise by William McDermott based on Scripture titles that honor and praise Jesus. This litany is one way to come to know Jesus, through prayer! Let the titles from Scripture in this litany fill your hearts with wonder and awe for our Risen Lord! September 16, 2021 Reflection – Your faith has saved you, go in peace!

Your faith has saved you, go in peace!   September 16, 2021 Sts. Cornelius and CyprianDear Family of Mary! Here is the Gospel for today: A reading from the holy Gospel according to Luke 7:36-50: A certain Pharisee invited Jesus to dine with him, and he entered the Pharisee’s house and reclined at table. Now there was a sinful woman in the city who learned that he was at table in the house of the Pharisee. Bringing an alabaster flask of ointment, she stood behind him at his feet weeping and began to bathe his feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair, kissed them, and anointed them with the ointment. When the Pharisee who had invited him saw this he said to himself, “If this man were a prophet, he would know who and what sort of woman this is who is touching him, that she is a sinner.” Jesus said to him in reply, “Simon, I have something to say to you.” “Tell me, teacher,” he said. “Two people were in debt to a certain creditor; one owed five hundred days’ wages and the other owed fifty. Since they were unable to repay the debt, he forgave it for both. Which of them will love him more?” Simon said in reply, “The one, I suppose, whose larger debt was forgiven.” He said to him, “You have judged rightly.” Then he turned to the woman and said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? When I entered your house, you did not give me water for my feet, but she has bathed them with her tears and wiped them with her hair. You did not give me a kiss, but she has not ceased kissing my feet since the time I entered. You did not anoint my head with oil, but she anointed my feet with ointment. So I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven; hence, she has shown great love. But the one to whom little is forgiven, loves little.” He said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” The others at table said to themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?” But he said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.” Now read this message from Our Lady, given through Mirjana Soldo: May 2, 2013 “Dear children; Anew, I am calling you to love and not to judge. My Son, according to the will of the Heavenly Father, was among you to show you the way of salvation, to save you and not to judge you. If you desire to follow my Son, you will not judge but love like your Heavenly Father loves you. And when it is the most difficult for you, when you are falling under the weight of the cross do not despair, do not judge, instead remember that you are loved and praise the Heavenly Father because of His love. My children, do not deviate from the way on which I am leading you. Do not recklessly walk into perdition. May prayer and fasting strengthen you so that you can live as the Heavenly Father would desire; that you may be my apostles of faith and love; that your life may bless those whom you meet; that you may be one with the Heavenly Father and my Son. My children, that is the only truth, the truth that leads to your conversion, and then to the conversion of all those whom you meet – those who have not come to know my Son – all those who do not know what it means to love. My children, my Son gave you a gift of the shepherds. Take good care of them. Pray for them. Thank you.” Our Lady tells us not to judge, but to remember how much we have been forgiven and be filled with love and joy. Jesus demonstrated this very thing in the Gospel for today. The woman who had sinned greatly was able to be freed from her sins, because she understood the great love of Jesus, and His power to forgive her. In her deep humility, she received His forgiveness and was filled with love. Simon the Pharisee on the other hand had no idea of his own sins, because all he could do was preoccupy himself the with sins of the poor woman at Jesus’ feet. He wasted precious time with Jesus by so doing. He could have been forgiven and freed by Jesus of all his sins that day, but his prideful and judging spirit blocked him from that moment of grace. Our Lady wants us to follow Jesus and not judge but love! Why? Because she doesn’t want us to end up like the Pharisee, lost in the blindness of his own self-satisfaction. May we listen to Jesus and Mary, and look only at our own sins, with the desire to be forgiven. Then we will be able to help others to find the same peace we will have. In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! September 15, 2021 Reflection – Our Lady of Sorrows

Our Lady of Sorrows   September 15, 2021 Our Lady of Sorrows Dear Family of Mary! On this day we honor Our Lady of Sorrows, remembering her brave and constant heart which endured the Passion of her Son, His death on the Cross, and His 3 days in the grave. We marvel at her strength and courage, her patience and long suffering. Our Lady loves with an incredible strength from God. And she wants to lead us into that same love. Listen to her call in this message: February 2, 2013 “Dear children, love is bringing me to you – the love which I desire to teach you also – real love; the love which my Son showed you when He died on the Cross out of love for you; the love which is always ready to forgive and to ask for forgiveness. How great is your love? My motherly heart is sorrowful as it searches for love in your hearts. You are not ready to submit your will to God’s will out of love. You cannot help me to have those who have not come to know God’s love to come to know it, because you do not have real love. Consecrate your hearts to me and I will lead you. I will teach you to forgive, to love your enemies and to live according to my Son. Do not be afraid for yourselves. In afflictions my Son does not forget those who love. I will be beside you. I will implore the Heavenly Father for the light of eternal truth and love to illuminate you. Pray for your shepherds so that through your fasting and prayer they can lead you in love. Thank you.” Mother, please teach us how to love as you love. Please mold us with your Immaculate Heart into those who can love like you love. Teach us real love! Stabat Mater (The Mother was standing…) At the cross her station keeping, Mary stood in sorrow weeping When her Son was crucified. While she waited in her anguish, Seeing Christ in torment languish, Bitter sorrow pierced her heart. With what pain and desolation, With what noble resignation, Mary watched her dying Son. Ever-patient in her yearning Though her tear-filled eyes were burning, Mary gazed upon her Son. Who, that sorrow contemplating, On that passion meditating, Would not share the Virgin’s grief? Christ she saw, for our salvation, Scourged with cruel acclamation, Bruised and beaten by the rod. Christ she saw with life-blood failing, All her anguish unavailing, Saw him breathe his very last. Mary, fount of love’s devotion, Let me share with true emotion All the sorrow you endured. Virgin, ever interceding, Hear me in my fervent pleading: Fire me with your love of Christ. Mother, may this prayer be granted: That Christ’s love may be implanted In the depths of my poor soul. At the cross, your sorrow sharing, All your grief and torment bearing, Let me stand and mourn with you. Fairest maid of all creation, Queen of hope and consolation, Let me feel your grief sublime. Virgin, in your love befriend me, At the Judgment Day defend me. Help me by your constant prayer. Savior, when my life shall leave me, Through your mother’s prayers receive me. With the fruits of victory. Virgin of all virgins blest! Listen to my fond request: Let me share your grief divine. Let me, to my latest breath, In my body bear the death Of your dying Son divine. Wounded with His every wound, Steep my soul till it has swooned In His very Blood away. Be to me, O Virgin, nigh, Lest in flames I burn and die, In His awe-full judgment day. Savior, when my life shall leave me, Through your mother’s prayers receive me With the fruits of victory. While my body here decays May my soul your goodness praise, Safe in heaven eternally. Amen Alleluia. In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2021

September 14, 2021 Reflection – The Exaltation of the Holy Cross

The Exaltation of the Holy Cross   September 14, 2021 The Exaltation of the Holy Cross Dear Family of Mary! On September 12 ,2021, Fr. Goran Azinovic, a parish priest from Citluk, gave the homily for the Mass celebrated on Cross Mountain, in honor of the Triumph of the Cross. It was a beautiful day in Medjugorje, with a brilliant blue sky. The Cross on the mountain was white as snow, and the entire hill was packed with people! Pilgrims and parishioners were together, praying in that most holy spot. Fr. Goran gave a powerful homily that day. It is more powerful to hear him speak than to read it. You can watch him speak at this link on the Mary TV website: https://marytv.tv/more-from-medjugorje/?smid=iYfHu3s0PV5&slid=iNOPuXnisQF But I have transcribed a portion of his homily for you. Fr. Goran spoke powerfully about the glory and power of the Cross. Today in the broader Church we celebrate the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. Thanks be to God for the Cross, the sign of our salvation!! Fr. Goran Azinovic – excerpt from his Homily We need the people who built this cross. We need Wyszyński and Stepinac (holy martyrs of our time). For in the valley of the world we only worry about what we buy, what we have, everywhere in the world this is so. But that is why Our Lady has appeared on Podbrdo. And people are climbing to this Cross. Because Our Lady tells us to come out to the Hills from the valley and you will see that you have enough. God gave you even more than you need! This Cross couldn’t be built in a valley. This Cross couldn’t be down there because people wouldn’t see it. Though it is about 8 ½ meters high, people wouldn’t see it if it was down in the valley. But here (on top of Mount Krizevac) people see it. Many times, I drive down from Citluk and I look up at it! As in the first reading for today, I say, “Jesus help me!” This is the same cry as when the people in the desert were being bitten by the snakes. What are the snakes today? Career, money, lack of prayer, curses, those who say, “My son is living somewhere with someone. And when someone says, Mother, did you try to stop him? And she says that she didn’t want to fight.” Look, these are the serpents. Today we die because of these snake bites. Sister Faustina was once called outside by the Lord – “Let me show you something!” Jesus said. She saw a fight behind her convent, between the angels and the devil, and Jesus said to her, “I need your prayer. If you do not pray and love and adore the Cross, your convent will be closed, and you will have to leave.” And she began to pray, humbly and sincerely. The same applies to you and your families. Outside your homes it is a constant fight between the angels and the devil, so if you do not pray you will lose the faith… So many people live formally. They have a house but there is no home. There is no love, no living faith, no prayer. This Cross we built, that is the living faith. That is why the message to us parishioners here is that we cannot give up on the Cross. Everything would be much better if we loved and adored the Cross more, that the Cross would become the center of our life. Often, we come to our house, and we look around and we see all we have, and we see the comfort, the big kitchen, two refrigerators, and we create comfort, but we will not be comfortable in the biggest house you can find, if Jesus is not inside. You will not have joy. Jesus wants you to make a home in which He can be present. That is why Our Lady says to make a little altar, put up a Cross, put the Bible there. More than ever, we need the Cross. Through the Cross the victory comes. Father Marinko said about this Cross, “It was the women who were carrying the cement blocks up the mountain to build this Cross. Grandmas were bringing the cement blocks up this mountain so that this Cross would be built. That was the faith…. Our Lady said this Cross was in God’s plan. This was meant to be built so that you could continue to believe. So that you would remain united. Now think of this, if every pilgrim who has come here had brought a little cement block, this Cross would go all the way up to heaven, through those 40 years…this Cross would reach Heaven. Why? Because that many people have passed through Medjugorje and that many people have converted. A priest once said, “It is Our Lady, using Cross Mountain and Apparition Hill, so that many, many people here are converted through the stones, not through us, priests. It is not us. If you ask pilgrims how they were touched, they will not say it was the food they ate, or the welcome they received from us, they will say, “Yes, it was Apparition Hill with the thorns, it was the Cross on Cross Mountain with the stones! It is Our Lady who is still today using the thorns and the stones. Why? We did not become prophets. We are not the ones evangelizing. From this place, Gospa, Mary, Our Lady, thank you! Because despite the silence, You are the one speaking to us! Despite us, who are not witnessing, you are witnessing! Go try to make another hill, with a path, but people will not go there. Take any mountain in the world, but the people will not go there. No, it is this hill where people want to be broken before God. (The Hill where Our Lady has come.) That is why Jesus said, “Every knee will bend before Me!” That is why you must make your decision! Will you give Jesus glory during your life, or when you die? If it is only when you die it will be too late. That is why when you come home, as a Father or a Mother, and your child asks you what you are doing, you must kneel down. And the child will ask why? Before whom are you kneeling? Then put the Cross up and pray before the Cross. Say “I want to be mother or father to you, my child, in that you see I kneel before the Cross. I want you to do the same.” The Cross is not a decoration. The faith is not in words but in deeds. So, show your deeds. Be holy!… Like Wyszyński, like Stepinac , like Fr. Slavko. Amen! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2021

September 13, 2021 Reflection – Fr. Daniel Reehil – Homily

Fr. Daniel Reehil –  Homily in Medjugorje   September 13, 2021 Dear Family of Mary! On September 10,2021, Fr. Daniel Reehil gave the homily for English Mass in Medjugorje! I have transcribed it for you below. It is a homily you will want to ponder and pray over. You can listen to him deliver it at this link: https://marytv.tv/english-homily-in-medjugorje-2/?smid=iYqN2Hs0wpI&slid=IRBKmbjFsDA Fr. Daniel Reehil English Mass Homily – Sept 10, 2021 Everyday all the priests on the entire planet pray the Liturgy of the Hours, something we promise to do at our ordination. And it’s the prayer for the Church. The first prayer in the morning when we get up starts with Psalm 95. It begins by saying: “Come let us sing to the Lord, shout to the Rock who saves us. Let us approach Him with praise and thanksgiving.” This is a very uplifting beginning. It is really David proclaiming this, right? We should be doing this. We should be giving Him songs and hymns and thanks and praise! But the psalm ends a little differently, because then it changes to the perspective of God the Father. The way the Psalm ends is “Forty years I endured that generation. I said, ‘They are a people whose hearts have gone astray, and they do not know my ways. So, I swore in my anger that they shall not enter into my rest.’” It is a bit daunting – the first thing in the morning, before coffee. But we have to be reminded also of God’s justice. It wasn’t a far stretch this past June 24th, as things came to fruition with forty years of Our Lady’s coming here in Medjugorje, that as I was praying that prayer, I thought of Our Lady. And I said to myself – I wonder if she feels the same way? “Forty years I endured that generation.” Because we are no better today than we were back in 1981. In fact, many would argue that we are worse. The world is falling away. And so, I started pondering – what is Our Lady’s posture? And I thought of the natural order, in my own life…it is much easier to go to Mom when there is a problem or you are in trouble, than to go to Dad. So, I thought that in the spiritual realm it must be similar. It is much easier to go to Our Lady, because women, mothers by nature are said to be more compassionate, more kind, more forgiving. And so, forty years…14,600 daily appearances. Why? To bring us back to her Son. In today’s Gospel (Luke 6:39-42) Jesus asks us, “Can a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a pit?” The answer is yes! They both will. Humanity has been walking with a blind man for quite some time, following the ways of the world. For the most part we are not walking by faith, we are walking by fear. And the Church is not excluded. In Proverbs 29 God tells us “My people perish for lack of vision.” Our Lady has come to lead the blind and to give us God’s vision because we have strayed far away from Jesus, from His Gospel. And the tactics of the enemy have not really changed over the thousands of years he has been harassing us. We can learn much by looking back to Genesis 3. This is where it all unravels. We continue today to grasp for that proverbial fruit. So let me just refresh you with some of Genesis 3: “Now the serpent was more crafty that any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, ‘Did God really say you must not eat from any tree in the garden?’ The woman said to the serpent, ‘We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden, but God did say you must not eat the fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden. And you must not touch it, or you will die.’ ‘You surely will not die,’ the serpent said to the woman, ‘for God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be open and you will be like God, knowing good from evil.’ When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it.” You see they disobeyed God because they wanted to be like God, in fact they wanted to be God. And thousands of years later, we still want to be God. We don’t want to be lorded over by God, we want to become God. We have removed God from our schools, from our marketplace, from our hospitals, and for many of us right out of our homes. And when Satan donned black robes in America, on January 22, 1973, we voted for the right to kill babies in the wombs, and we decided that we would determine when life begins and ends. Many nations have followed suit. Ireland and recently Mexico. These are very Catholic nations. Do you know that in Belgium children can ask for assisted suicide and the parents can’t stop it? We are also under the illusion that man can assign his own gender. Something that was formerly a Divine Right. But now man proclaims he can do these things. We have taken the position of God. So, Our Lady who has been visiting us for 40 years, has come to steer us back to Jesus, back to truth and away from the world, the flesh and the devil. To truly walk as the children of God who we were created to be. When you were made, God saw that you would become a saint, not just in heaven but in this life, reflecting God’s light to the world, just like Our Lady does. And drawing others back to Him. To take back his Kingdom! We pray it everyday in the Our Father: “Thy Kingdom come; Thy Will be done on earth as it is in heaven!” Do you know how they do things in Heaven? They don’t do them like they do them here. In Heaven, when God asks something of an angel or a saint, three things happen. They do it immediately, they do it completely, and they do it joyfully. How many of us act like that when God asks us to do something for Him? I’ll be honest. Some days if I get 2 out of 3, I feel like I am doing pretty good! Because it is hard! It’s hard being a Christian. If you find it easy, either you should be canonized, or you might be doing something wrong. He says to us, “Pick up your cross, daily!” Daily! So, every day there is going to be a cross somewhere. Often times it is the bending of our will to our Father. That is a very hard thing to do on a daily basis. Now when considering all the many attributes of our Blessed Mother: her purity, her love, her courage, her compassion…one stands out for me…her humility! And directly tied to humility is obedience, because the only visible sign of humility is obedience! Her obedience is rooted in her perfect love for God. This is where obedience should always be rooted. It shouldn’t be done out of fear of retribution, it should be done out of love for God. So, if we are not in that place where we love God enough to do everything He asks, pray for more. Everything is a gift. Say, “Lord I want to be a saint!” Say it out loud! “I want to be a saint, and I want you to take any block away from me that is preventing me from being a saint in this life. Give me your perfect obedience out of love for You!” This love Our Lady experienced for God was so profound that she never made a single decision in her entire life that was motivated by her own personal gain. Not one! Can you imagine? That is what she is calling us to do, to reflect the way she lived her life, the way her Son lived His life. All for the glory of God! The days are growing darker, and time is running out. We have been called here to this place right now, to Medjugorje, to be strengthened by our Mother. To be given the same gifts she was given, her courage, her purity, her compassion, her humility, her obedience. You have been born for such a time as this. Just like Queen Esther! To be part of Our Lady’s army, and to fight for souls. This is a battle for souls. There is no higher price, and we are part of the army. The Militia of the Immaculata! And there is some wonderful news in all of this. God has a secret weapon. It is called the Cross. And anyone who is uniting their cross to His Cross is going to be victorious, because the Cross always wins. It never loses for those who love God. So every day when you are picking up your cross, you unite it to His Cross and say, “Lord this is a suffering for me, it is a trial, so I give you my cross and I ask you to unite it to your Cross in the Mystical Body of Christ so that this cross can be converted into grace and rescue souls and take them back to your Kingdom. It might be the greatest thing you ever do with your life. There is nothing God likes more than when we unite with Him to save souls. And there is one final great news in this. We look at our life and we say, today I am having a good day. I woke up rested.  I had bacon and eggs for breakfast. All the lights turned green on the way to work. Nobody argued with me. This was a good day. Ok. It was a good day. That is the day that God gave you graces to enjoy the day. Other days everything goes wrong. You didn’t get any sleep, sour milk in the morning, red lights, pulled over by the cops, my boss was angry at me and threw me more projects to do, I’m going to be working late. Guess what, He is giving you crosses. These are the days He is giving you graces to endure. But these days are better than the days when you didn’t have crosses, because on these days you can save souls. If you start looking through life with that lens, there are no more good days and bad days, there is only days of grace. Truly! Praised by Jesus and Mary! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! September 10, 2021 Reflection – Be a reflection of my love for those who do not love…

Be a reflection of my love for all those who do not love…   September 10, 2021 Dear Family of Mary! In the August 25, 2021 message Our Lady challenged us to something that seemed to me impossible. It was this: “It is time, little children, that you be a reflection of my love for all those who do not love and whose hearts hatred has conquered…” She challenged us to be a reflection of her love! That alone is difficult, since she is the Queen of love, the Queen of compassion and goodness and tenderness. But she carried it further, she challenged us to become a reflection of her love for “those who do not love and whose hearts hatred has conquered.” I have not yet been able to rectify myself to this challenge. I am too weak. I can’t feel love for those who hate. It is not humanly possible. And yet, she said “It is time…” She is not waiting any longer for me to love with the love of Her Son. It is time. Then I found this little meditation in the September Magnificat – the Meditation for September 9. It is by Saint Claude La Colombiere. St. Claude finally showed me the way I could attempt such a love, even taking into account my weak humanness: Saint Claude wrote: I have often pondered with joy and admiration over the extreme care Jesus took to urge us to love others. In the Gospel we read that he commanded it above all things. Love one another as I have loved you. By this shall all men know that you are my disciples if you have love one for another. Another time he tells us that no reason either of interest or of honor allows us to hate another; he will not acknowledge us and he ranks us with pagans and infidels if we do not love our enemies, if we will not pray for them and serve them when occasion offers. In fact, it seems as though the whole Christian code were reduced to this point. It is the summing up of all the commandments. Saint Paul tells us this: Love is the fulfilling of the law. My God, how sweet and humane this commandment seems! How worthy of the goodness and wisdom of God! It is but reasonable that men who have the same nature, the same religion, the same Father, men who are obliged to live together, who are fellow travelers, and who are to be together for all eternity in heaven, should begin to love each other here and should render each other mutual services such as they would wish themselves to receive. As for feelings of resentment, I can only say one thing: anything which is not voluntary is not sin, and great charity may exist simultaneously with strong indeliberate feelings of hatred and revenge. All that is required is that in spite of them you do not give up praying for the people for whom you feel an aversion; that you speak and act toward them as if you liked them, and that in the depths of your heart you desire to have all the charity that God wishes those who really love him to have. Saint Claude La Colombière (Magnificat – September 2021 p. 119-120) Thank you, St. Claude, for helping me to find a way to respond to Our Lady’s call without utter discouragement. Yes, we can will to love, even when everything in us rebels. We can will to love! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2021

September 9, 2021 Reflection – Do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus!

Do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus!   September 9, 2021 St. Peter Claver Dear Family of Mary! Over the years Our Lady has given us a lot of good advice. She has taught us the way to live our Christian calling with heart-felt enthusiasm. Here is one such message: June 2, 2014 Message “Dear children, I call you all and accept you as my children. I am praying that you may accept me and love me as a mother. I have united all of you in my heart, I have descended among you and I bless you. I know that you desire consolation and hope from me because I love you and intercede for you. I ask of you to unite with me in my Son and to be my apostles. For you to be able to do so, I am calling you, anew, to love. There is no love without prayer – there is no prayer without forgiveness because love is prayer – forgiveness is love. My children, God created you to love and you love so as to forgive. Every prayer that comes out of love unites you with my Son and the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit illuminates you and makes you my apostles – apostles who will do everything they do in the name of the Lord. They will pray with their works and not just with words, because they love my Son and comprehend the way of truth which leads to eternal life. Pray for your shepherds that they may always lead you with a pure heart on the way of truth and love – the way of my Son. Thank you.” Notice that Our Lady calls us to be: …apostles who will do everything they do in the name of the Lord. This is the way to stay connected to Jesus and Mary. To live in Jesus’ name all the time, not in our own name. We are not free agents. We are members of the Body of Christ, and do everything for Jesus. Today’s first reading at Mass from St. Paul is also a convincing demonstration of how to live as Christians. Colossians 3:12-17: Brothers and sisters: Put on, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another and forgiving one another, if one has a grievance against another; as the Lord has forgiven you, so must you also do. And over all these put on love, that is, the bond of perfection. And let the peace of Christ control your hearts, the peace into which you were also called in one Body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as in all wisdom you teach and admonish one another, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Notice what St. Paul concludes with: And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus… Like Our Lady, St. Paul understood that our lives will only make sense if they are lived for Jesus!!! In these difficult days, there is all the more reason to live in the name of the Lord Jesus! May we strive to do so at all times and in all circumstances!! We will not regret it! September 8, 2021 Reflection – The Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary!

Happy Birthday, Dearest Mother!   September 8, 2021 The Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary! Dear Family of Mary! Our Lady is just like all of us! She had to be conceived in her mother’s womb, carried for 9 months, and then be born! She has a birthday, just like we do. Of course, we are conceived into all the generational sins and weaknesses that our family has collected. We need to be cleaned up by our Baptism and years of training and Sacraments, in order to even approach a state of holiness. But Our Lady was conceived without sin by a prevenient grace from Jesus’ sacrifice on the Cross. It was a gift sent back in time by Jesus to the moment of her conception, so that she could protect and care for Jesus with all the graces needed Still, Mary was born like all of us, and so the Church celebrates her birthday on September 8 each year. We need to celebrate this birthday!! Our Lady is our sister, our sweet companion in this life. She lived it just like we do. One day at a time! We can pray our Rosaries with all our heart today, and give those prayers to Our Lady as our gift to her. She tells us that she needs our prayers. So let’s give them to her today. Here is a lovely prayer that I found at this website of the Marian Sisters: http://www.mariansisters.com/blog/the-nativity-of-the-virgin-mary The prayer is introduced this way: The liturgy today commemorates the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This feast, very important to popular piety, leads us to admire in Mary the Child, the purest dawn of the Redemption. We are contemplating a little girl like every other, at the same time the only one who was “blessed among women” (Lk 1:42). Mary was the immaculate “Daughter of Zion”, destined to become the Mother of the Messiah. ~ St. John Paul II “Queen of Angels, Thou are our Queen also; accept us as Thy servants. On this day, when the first movement of Thy holy soul was towards God, and the first smile of Thy lovely eyes was for Thy happy parents, may holy Anne allow us to kneel and kiss Thy little hand, already filled with the divine bounties of which Thou are the predestined dispenser. And now, grow up, sweet little one! Let Thy feet be strengthened to crush the serpent, and Thy arms to carry the treasure of the world! Angels and men, the whole of nature, God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, all are awaiting the solemn moment, when Gabriel may fly down from Heaven to hail Thee full of grace, and bring Thee the message of eternal love.” ~ Abbot Gueranger Happy Birthday, dearest Mother Mary! We love you and celebrate with all of Heaven your birthday today! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2021

September 6, 2021 Update from Denis

Don’t let the Rosary out of your hand… September 6, 2021 Dear Family of Mary TV, Apostles of Our Lady of Medjugorje! During Mass this morning my wife heard these words: “You have to understand, this particular attack on the world is Margaret Sanger Eugenics .” In a letter to her grandchildren, Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, had advised that they have sex one hundred times a day, and with different people. She was sainted by the atheist church. Gandhi wouldn’t let her into his country…saying she would destroy the family in India. She stated publicly that all Catholic and African American babies should be aborted. Hitler learned eugenics from Margaret Sanger. A diabolical plan has been unleashed upon the world. As I remember it, a little over 10 years ago Our Lady started asking regularly in her messages that we pray for our shepherds. It’s no secret today that there are renegade priests, bishops and even cardinals. But the vast majority are good, very good shepherds. The devil wants to take them out. Not long ago a bishop I know (a very good bishop) was accused of sexual impropriety. I knew it was an attack from the devil. (All it takes nowadays is one phone call….even made anonymously. I know of one diocese that is advertising if anyone has a charge against a priest, they can expect to receive a monetary sum from that diocese)! I reminded that bishop of Our Lady’s August 8, 1985, message, telling him that my rosary wasn’t going to leave my hand until the devil’s plan to destroy him was defeated. That plan very soon unraveled and the bishop resumed active ministry. Today, September 6, 2021, the devil is planning to destroy holy shepherds. He wants them taken out. Again, the Rosary isn’t leaving my hand until he is defeated! “Dear children! Today I call you especially now to advance against Satan by means of prayer. Satan wants to work still more now that you know he is at work. Dear children, put on the armor for battle and with the Rosary in your hand defeat him! Thank you for having responded to my call.” (August 8, 1985) After the Rosary that Cathy and I just now prayed for our shepherds, we received Isa. 41: “Fear not, for I am with you…Fear not, I will help you!” On the 40th anniversary of Our Lady’s apparitions she crossed the Rubicon. Now Our Lady of Medjugorje needs us to place our footprint right inside of hers. Let’s not let the Rosary out of our hand until this plan of Satan’s is defeated. It will be quick! “It is time, little children!” (August 25, 2021) God bless you! Denis Nolan MaryTV.tv
