Be proud that you are baptized….

(c)Mateo Ivankovic 2018 March 28, 2018 Wednesday of Holy Week Dear Family of Mary! “Dear children! I am calling you to be with me in prayer in this time of grace when darkness is fighting against the light. Pray, little children, confess and begin a new life in grace. Decide for God and He will lead you towards holiness; and the cross will be a sign of victory and hope for you. Be proud that you are baptized and grateful in your heart that you are a part of God’s plan. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (March 25, 2018 message) “Be proud that you are baptized and grateful in your heart that you are a part of God’s plan…” Baptism is at the heart of the Easter Liturgy! Every Easter Vigil, Catechumens are baptized before the whole congregation, in a long and meaningful Rite! This Baptism is the reception of Christ’s salvation. Indeed, we should be very proud that we have been baptized. We have been rescued, adopted, given a heavenly family, and counted as one of God’s children. In the Office of Readings for Holy Week, we read St. Basil’s wonderful explanation of Baptism. I couldn’t resist sharing it with you: From the book On the Holy Spirit by Saint Basil, bishop (Cap. 15, 35: PG 32, 127-130) By one death and resurrection the world was saved When mankind was estranged from him by disobedience, God our Savior made a plan for raising us from our fall and restoring us to friendship with himself. According to this plan Christ came in the flesh, he showed us the gospel way of life, he suffered, died on the cross, was buried and rose from the dead. He did this so that we could be saved by imitation of him, and recover our original status as sons of God by adoption. To attain holiness, then, we must not only pattern our lives on Christ’s by being gentle, humble and patient, we must also imitate him in his death. Taking Christ for his model, Paul said that he wanted to become like him in his death in the hope that he too would be raised from death to life. We imitate Christ’s death by being buried with him in baptism. If we ask what this kind of burial means and what benefit we may hope to derive from it, it means first of all making a complete break with our former way of life, and our Lord himself said that this cannot be done unless a man is born again. In other words, we have to begin a new life, and we cannot do so until our previous life has been brought to an end. When runners reach the turning point on a racecourse, they have to pause briefly before they can go back in the opposite direction. So also when we wish to reverse the direction of our lives there must be a pause, or a death, to mark the end of one life and the beginning of another. Our descent into hell takes place when we imitate the burial of Christ by our baptism. The bodies of the baptized are in a sense buried in the water as a symbol of their renunciation of the sins of their unregenerate nature. As the Apostle says: The circumcision you have undergone is not an operation performed by human hands, but the complete stripping away of your unregenerate nature. This is the circumcision that Christ gave us, and it is accomplished by our burial with him in baptism. Baptism cleanses the soul from the pollution of worldly thoughts and inclinations: You will wash me, says the psalmist, and I shall be whiter than snow. We receive this saving baptism only once because there was only one death and one resurrection for the salvation of the world, and baptism is its symbol. (from On the Holy Spirit by St. Basil) During the Baptismal Liturgy on Easter Vigil, we all renew our Baptismal Vows. We can begin a new life of grace, as Our Lady calls us to do in her message. What a great moment of grace!!! I can’t wait! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan © Mary TV 2018 PS. On Good Friday we will begin the Divine Mercy Novena of St. Faustina. I will send out the prayers for each day, with a message from Our Lady!! This Novena is so powerful. Let’s pray it with Mary!

Be with me in prayer!

(c)Mateo Ivankovic 2018 March 27, 2018 Tuesday of Holy Week Dear Family of Mary! Thank you for having responded to my call.” (March 25, 2018) I believe that this message is a call to battle. Our Lady is calling us to join her in the fight against the darkness: “Dear children! I am calling you to be with me in prayer in this time of grace when darkness is fighting against the light…” She says to us: “be with me in prayer.” Prayer is the battle ground in our day. The Rosary is the preferred weapon in this battle. But how often do we realize that we are called to pray WITH Our Lady? To pray our Rosary WITH her? It seems to me that I am more often praying TO Our Lady. I am asking her for this and that, interceding for those I am concerned about, those who need her help. But to pray WITH Our Lady? Not usually on my radar. Yet she asks us to pray WITH her!! She made this request in another message from December 2, 2012: My children, help me in my motherly battle and pray with me that sinners may become aware of their sins and repent sincerely. Pray also for those whom my Son has chosen and consecrated in His name. Thank you.” 12/02/12 She asked us then to help her in her motherly battle and pray with her for sinners. We see that praying with Mary means to join her in her intercession, in her intentions, for what she sees is most important at this time. To pray with Mary is to be united in heart with her and put her in charge of our prayer. To be with her in her prayer!!! This idea of praying with Mary reminds me of a couple of moments in Scripture. One is at the foot of the Cross, when Our Lady was locked in deep suffering, united with Jesus, but she was not alone. There were women with her, and John. They were praying WITH Mary! They were joining her prayer in that terrible and incredible moment when Jesus was saving us all. What must it have been like to pray WITH Mary at the foot of the Cross where our salvation was won? Maybe we can think about that on Good Friday. Another moment was the Upper Room, where the Apostles had gathered after Jesus ascended into Heaven. Our Lady was there, praying. And the Apostles were praying WITH her. They were part of her prayer. And look what happened to the Apostles on Pentecost! They were inundated with the Holy Spirit! That is also what happens when we pray WITH Mary. So, let’s try to respond to her request during this powerful time of Holy Week and Easter. Let’s pray WITH Mary. Let’s realize that this is a time when the darkness is fighting against the light, and join Mary’s prayer. Because it is her prayer that will defeat the enemy, not our puny prayers. She is the one who has been set at enmity with the Devil. She is the one who will crush his head. Her prayer will defeat the darkness Let’s pray WITH Our Lady, united with her in love and devotion, in consecration to her. Let’s pray WITH Mary! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan ©Mary TV 2018

The March 25, 2018 Message

Every pain has its end!!

(c)Mateo Ivankovic 2018 March 23, 2018| St. Turibius of Mogrovejo Dear Family of Mary! “…My children, pray for the strength of faith, trust in the Heavenly Father, and do not be afraid. Know that not a single creature who belongs to God will be lost but will live forever. Every pain has its end and then life in freedom begins there where all of my children come – where everything is returned….” (March 18, 2018) Our Lady continues in her March 18 message with a very powerful exhortation. She is lifting our eyes towards heaven and our eternal heritage. She is showing us how to keep heaven in our field of vision through our daily life. In this way we will not lose hope! Here is her program: 1. Pray for the strength of faith… Faith is a gift from God and He can give it to you if you ask! 2. Trust in the Heavenly Father… Once you ask for faith, trust that God is listening and will respond! 3. Do not be afraid… Continue to have faith and trust in God, and He will drive out fear. 4. If you belong to God you will NOT be lost… Belonging to God is an act of the will, “O Jesus, I surrender myself to you!” 5. If you belong to God you will live forever… Believe in your future life with God, forever. “O Jesus I surrender myself to you, take care of everything!” 6. Believe that every pain has its end (pain is finite)… When we suffer it feels like an eternity. Our Mother gives us hope that it will end. 7. Believe that after pain is vanquished life in freedom begins… There is a new life awaiting us, free of sin and its consequences. 8. Understand that life in freedom exists in the place where Our Lady’s children come… Our Lady is leading us to that place of freedom from sin and death!!! 9. Understand that everything will be returned in that place where Our Lady’s children go… Nothing is lost. “Not a single creature that belongs to God will be lost but will live forever!” This is our future. This is coming for all of us. Our Lady wants us to keep our eyes focused on Heaven, and on God. She knows what she is talking about. She comes from Heaven! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan ©Mary TV 2018 PS. On Sunday we will receive the March 25, 2018 message! I will send out the message as soon as I receive it!! PPS. At the desired moment!!!

(c)Mateo Ivankovic 2018 March 22, 2018 Dear Family of Mary! “…I loved life – the gift from God – even though pain and sufferings pierced my heart. My children, I had the strength of faith and boundless trust in God’s love. All those who have the strength of faith are stronger. Faith makes you live according to what is good and then the light of God’s love always comes at the desired moment. That is the strength which sustains in pain and suffering…” (March 18, 2018) I am so interested when Our Lady speaks from her own memory, her experience of life on earth. She traveled through time just as we do, facing so many different situations. Our Lady faced all of her earthly situations with the same attitude, thanksgiving for her life and for all life, because life is precious, a gift from God. Her love for life made it possible for her to bear the sufferings and pain that came her way. She would never go back on her “yes” to life, no matter what happened, because she knew that God was in her life, that God was not distant or uncaring. God was present and involved. This heart knowledge was the source of her strength of faith and her boundless trust in God. She knew God. He loved her and was with her through everything, even as her heart was pierced. She trusted Him above all others. And so she was strong. Our Lady gives us her plan for life: “Faith makes you live according to what is good and then the light of God’s love always comes at the desired moment.” Our Lady’s strong faith in our loving God kept her focused on doing that which God would desire, on love and selflessness. She chose the good always, no matter how hard. When she did that, God would shine the light of His love into her heart and into the situation she was facing, like a light in the darkness. That light would make sense out of everything, and give Mary the strength to continue. “…the light of God’s love always comes at the desired moment.” What does she mean? That God reveals His providential care just when it is most necessary. The desired moment is the critical moment, when the need is great. It always comes. But we have to wait and believe until the time is right! Haven’t we all experienced this waiting time, when our prayers seem to fall on deaf ears, but then just in the nick of time, everything works for the good!! This is God’s timetable. “…That is the strength which sustains in pain and suffering.” The faith which develops in our hearts as we live out our lives in God’s presence, observing His gentle and firm hand at work in our daily lives, bringing order and wisdom and peace, that faith makes us strong enough to bear the sufferings that come our way. Our Lady was able to manage the Way of the Cross, in unbelievable pain and suffering, probably because she had lived this program of trust, of choosing the good, of waiting on God to act, her entire life. She had built incredible spiritual muscles over those years! She wants us to start building our spiritual muscles as well. As we move towards Holy Week, we have an opportunity to meditate on Our Lady’s faith. She followed Jesus on His journey to Calvary, not excusing herself from the slightest moment of Jesus’ sorrowful Passion. The Father was walking with her that entire way, suffering with her, suffering with Jesus, loving us sinners without limit. Doesn’t this give us a reason to stop and ponder? Do we love life? Do we really love life, the gift of God? Are we ready to endure our pain and suffering in faith and out of love? Can we wait for the light to come at the desired moment? I am sure we are, for we have Our Lady as our example. And she is with us now! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan ©Mary TV 2018 PS. Last call for the April Pilgrimage to Medjugorje!! My earthly life was simple!

(c)Mateo Ivankovic 2017 March 21, 2018 Dear Family of Mary! “…My earthly life was simple. I loved and I rejoiced in small things….” (March 18, 2018) Our Lady is such an example of living a simple and humble life. I have always associated her with Psalm 131. She is simple like a child. And she also is an example of a mother who quiets her child so beautifully. She is the Madonna. The Mother!! Psalm 131 A Song of Ascents. Of David. O LORD, my heart is not lifted up, my eyes are not raised too high; I do not occupy myself with things too great and too marvelous for me. But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a child quieted at its mother’s breast; like a child that is quieted is my soul. O Israel, hope in the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. May we all be quieted in just this way, trusting in the Lord and trusting in the Mother. May we rejoice in the small things, the little things that God does for us every day, almost unnoticed, like the sunrise, the constancy of time, the silent growing of the trees and plants, the running waters, the gentle breezes, family love, friendship, hope, laughter, peace. Thank you Lord, for all your kindnesses to us. Draw us to yourself as little children, and keep us safe in your embrace. In Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Cathy Nolan Mary TV 2018 PS. Children of God!

(c)Mateo Ivankovic 2018 March 20, 2018 Dear Family of Mary! Dear children! My earthly life was simple. I loved and I rejoiced in small things. I loved life – the gift from God – even though pain and sufferings pierced my heart. My children, I had the strength of faith and boundless trust in God’s love. All those who have the strength of faith are stronger. Faith makes you live according to what is good and then the light of God’s love always comes at the desired moment. That is the strength which sustains in pain and suffering. My children, pray for the strength of faith, trust in the Heavenly Father, and do not be afraid. Know that not a single creature who belongs to God will be lost but will live forever. Every pain has its end and then life in freedom begins there where all of my children come – where everything is returned. My children, your battle is difficult. It will be even more difficult, but you follow my example. Pray for the strength of faith; trust in the love of the Heavenly Father. I am with you. I am manifesting myself to you. I am encouraging you. With immeasurable motherly love I am caressing your souls. Thank you. (March 18, 2018) “Dear children…” Here is what St. Paul tells us about being children of God! His description has much in common with Our Lady’s exhortation in the March 18, 2018 message. “The Spirit himself bear[s] witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs…!!!” May we drink in these bold words of faith!!! Romans 8: 14-39: For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the spirit of sonship. When we cry, “Abba! Father!” it is the Spirit himself bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him. I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God; for the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will but by the will of him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and obtain the glorious liberty of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning in travail together until now; and not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. Likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words. And he who searches the hearts of men knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the first-born among many brethren. And those whom he predestined he also called; and those whom he called he also justified; and those whom he justified he also glorified. What then shall we say to this? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, will he not also give us all things with him? Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies; who is to condemn? Is it Christ Jesus, who died, yes, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who indeed intercedes for us? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, “For thy sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things weare more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Mirjana’s March 18th Apparition

(c)Mateo Ivankovic 2018 March 16, 2018 Dear Family of Mary! On Sunday, March 18, Mirjana will have her yearly apparition, the one Our Lady promised her on the last day of her daily apparitions. That last daily apparition was Christmas Day 1982. Mirjana had been seeing Our Lady daily for 18 months. But those daily apparitions were to end on Christmas day. Mirjana shares what she experienced in her book, “My Heart Will Triumph”. On this final day, Our Lady promised Mirjana she would come to her every March 18th. She writes: My parents told me later that my final daily apparition lasted for an extraordinary 45 minutes. Our Lady and I talked about many things. We summarized our entire 18 months together – everything we had said to each other and everything she had revealed to me. She entrusted me with the tenth and final secret, and she explained that I will need to choose a priest for a special role. Ten days before the date of the event foretold in the first secret, I am to tell him what will happen and when. He and I are then supposed to pray and fast for seven days, and, three days before the event, the priest will reveal it to the world. All ten secrets will be revealed in this way. Our Lady also gave me a precious gift. She told me that she would appear to me once a year, on March 18, for the rest of my life. March 18 is my birthday, but Our Lady did not choose that date for that reason. For her, my birthday is not different from anyone else. Only when the things contained in the secrets start to happen will the world understand why she chose the 18th of March. The significance of the date will be clear. She also said that I would experience some additional apparitions. (These became the 2nd of the month apparitions.) She then held out something like a rolled-up scroll, explaining that all the secrets were written on it, and that I should show it to the priest I choose when the time comes to reveal them. I took it from her hand without looking at it…” (Mirjana Soldo. “My Heart Will Triumph”. P. 136-37) Mirjana suffered greatly from the loss of Our Lady’s daily apparitions. But she was brave, and has continued to follow Our Lady all these years. Her book is wonderful, and I recommend it to all of you as a way to glimpse the life of a visionary. (You can order the book here: www.MyHeartWillTriumph.com) I want to share the message Our Lady gave Mirjana on March 18, 2017 with you all. It is helpful to review what Our Lady says to us on these occasions. It is a wonderfully loving message: “Dear children! My motherly desire is for your hearts to be filled with peace, and for your souls to be pure so that in the presence of my Son you could see His face. Because, my children, as a mother I know that you thirst for consolation, hope and protection. You, my children, consciously and unconsciously are seeking my Son. I also, as I passed the time on earth, rejoiced, suffered and patiently endured pains, until my Son, in all His glory, removed them. And that is why I am saying to my Son: help them always. You, my children, with true love, illuminate the darkness of selfishness which all the more envelopes my children. Be generous. May both your hands and heart always be open. Do not be afraid. Abandon yourselves to my Son with trust and hope. As you look towards Him, live life with love. To love means to give oneself, to endure, and never to judge. To love means to live the words of my Son. My children, as a mother I am speaking to you: only true love leads to eternal happiness. Thank you.” (March 18, 2017)   Mary TV will record Mirjana’s apparition on Sunday, and post it as soon as we can. You can view it at www.marytv.tv ! In Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
